Taa sai(塌菜)is suitable for stir-fry (cooking)
Taa sai is a Chinese vegetable that is in season in winter. It has this Chinese name because it crawls on the ground as if crushed. They are dark green and rich in nutrients such as vitamin A. I arbitrarily call it "Lao Tzu's chair to sit". Brassicaceae.
It's perfect for stir-frying, and it's a vegetable that was born for that purpose.
On the top is Taa sai and various ingredients and "udon", stir-fried with sauce "sauce yaki udon" The red one are cherry tomatos.
The bottom is pork tenderloin cutlets and stir-fried with Taa sai and sauce. The red ones are wolfberries.
