It’s been awhile since I’ve put anything in the tags huh?

Well, heya - I’m here to drop something. I’m not gonna chatter to much.

But, tldr: I’m a viva piñata content creator who did some stuff back in 2019 (I ran that one Patch askblog, @healthydoseofprettypills, yeah that one). I want to get back into that. The problem is that I ended up in a vortex of drama, and pulled back completely and vanished until now. I wanna explain that.

THIS. IS NOT. A FUCKING CALLOUT. Please, please, please read with that in mind, as well as keep in mind a lot of this in the first part is context for the way I was treated later. I have no urge to rehash the issue. I simply feel nausea-levels of uncomfortable coming back without having my side of the story out there. Because this has been, and I predict, would become an issue again otherwise regardless. I just wanna make content without this hanging over my head.

I can’t quite explain it, but starting a new garden in Trouble in Paradise just doesn’t feel the same as in the original. It’s a lot easier, but the fact that it’s already sort of done is kinda lame. It’s still really nice though, minus the very long, hand-holdy tutorial.

I find quite funny the fact that I will have played this game for the first time at least 10 years ago, and only now I've beat it.

Tips:

Before a piñata hatches from an egg or a cocoon it will not be considered a piñata and you will not have a life taken away if you romance your two adult piñata quick enough (very effecrive with whirlm)

I can't stress this point enough use fences to protect prey piñata from predators when trying to breed them (unless they are birds)

Don't buy romance cadies all at once buy 4 or six at most they will spoil if you don't use them quick enough and piñata will eat it and get sick.

Don't bother getting all of the coins in the romance games its not worth it and just wastes time

When you are finished getting the "Master romancer" reward for a species save 4 of them and sell the rest so you can have every variant of piñata in your garden while still making a nice chunk of money

If you have a cluckles having it sit on an egg will make it hatch faster!

When you master romancing piñata that are able to transform into other piñata (E.x. Sparrowmint) save 6 piñata instead of 4 to transform the extra 2 without wasting money at Gretchen's

Alternatively to the point above, if a piñata has an easy transformation process (E.x. Taffly>Reddhot) you obtain its master romance badge you can transform every new piñata you've bred(in this case we'll use taffly again) into Reddhot's halving the process of romancing them over and over again. However you still will have to romance the Reddhot's at least 1 time. [This method will leave you with one life for the only piñata that has to be romanced to get the reward, so don't say I didn't warn you.] <credit to 'Soulfire-of-Void' for this tip>

Hi, this was a really nice thing to log back into.

Sadly, I didn't get a lot of this information and proof of it until this year, which revealed things were worse then I expected. So it was either let it go because it had been 'to long' and feel unsafe returning and posting content, or swallow the nerves and say something - just to get things out there.

Yes, it's been years. But if someone is going to do things up to the level that was done in the background, then I'm going to cover myself before I poke my head back in. Not to mention while time has passed, the effects of social ostracization and system-based-bullying have in fact lingered. Like I said; I'm not interested in rehashing things, I'm interested in protecting myself in advance.
