After ages of stressing out and overthinking, I could not decide the topic. Sardonic humor and science memes are always the safe and satisfying options accessible. But some dark power inside me wanted this page to be ray of sunshine, so here we are.

To prove yourself an Indian, tell authorities you have played cricket. With Indian cricket soaring new heights and let us just admit because I am another document to argue with those who doesn’t, Indian team is the best out there. The sheer passion and focus we have today has turned matches in last overs. The determination and devotion of fans adds toppings to the cake.

Coming to the topic mentioned above, Indian premier league (IPL) is a festival celebrated with deep passion, obsession and bets. Indian fans have always been welcoming cricket players with loving and warm hands. The tricks and strategies appeal to adrenaline rush. Today the benchmark is higher than ever before, possibility of magical things happening on fields is stronger than ever. IPL is a great platform for encouragement of young talent and polishing. I will completely go out of context here and mention MS DHONI, the god for millions and me. The man’s patience, knowledge and devotion for nation and nation’s pride has made him the coolest and most successful captain. He shaped and sharpened the cricket team to the trophies (we will again applaud him for 2011 world cup). He is one of the many reasons I glue myself to the television, his capabilities and predictions etch hope in minds and hearts of viewers. There are 8 teams in the tournament, and you are invited to fangirl over any with me. Virat kohli and ABD, Rohit sharma, Kane Williamson as captain, Japreet Bumrah, Trent boult, these are all names you have gained quite an attention to themselves. The list of players-that-will-leave-you-in-awe-of-their-wrist-movements is lengthy and will compel you to scroll down (though I know only true cricket fans will survive my rant). Corona has been a meteor for cricket fans, leaving us with almost no matches or cups this year. Hence to see players back up on field and gearing up after months of relaxation and practice has us fans on toes. We are excited than expected to fall back into routine of cheers and tears. I would like to stop myself here because the word limit is scaring me, but if you have managed to stuck till end, which team are you supporting in the 13th season. My opinion (that nobody asked for, DC because with the players create an amazing balance of fierceness and experience). Resting my case, not my thoughts, thank you, please be inside and safe.
