Hooray! The time has finally come! I was able to drop my bag off today for a woman in need. @bunnings are now accepting bag donations for the amazing charity @sharethedignityaustralia drive “It’s in the Bag” to help women and girls in need and to help end period poverty. If you want to put a bag together, do so, and drop it off at any Bunnings nationwide, or if you can’t put together a bag yourself but want to sponsor a bag, go to the Share The Dignity website to see how. ********************************* “It’s in the Bag is one of Australia’s most loved Christmas appeals, where we encourage everyday Australians to put together bags filled with essential items, and maybe some everyday luxuries, to donate to someone in need for Christmas. **New comission** SESSION 1: Portrait of Actor Robert Shaw as ‘Quint’ from the classic 1975 horror movie ‘Jaws’. Directed by Steven Spielberg. - BP•S Black Finepoint @pilotpenau on paper - A5 size ++++++++++++++++++++ Well it’s been a minute since I’ve done a ballpoint pen portrait, so I decided to start sketching Quint out in blue drafting pencil first (swipe to see the blue sketch). I’m glad I did as it helped to blow out the cobwebs. Once I was happy with the blue sketch, I moved on to the ballpoint. As you can see, I have yet to erase the blue as I had to make sure my black pen was dry to avoid smudges. This is going to be a fun one!
