concept: i’m standing at the window wrapped in a well-loved blanket. a mug of strong tea warms my fingers, the steam making small, fleeting shapes on the glass before me. it’s dark out and the snow is just beginning to fall. i turn, smiling, back towards the warm centre of the room where you’re holding your arms out to me from the couch. my heart flutters in my chest as i move towards you. i’m exactly where i belong.
