The Strength and Protection Spell

It's fucking 3:40 am dear gods

The first thing you'll need to do is make sure you have the following: - whirly birds that are already growing tree saplings (or really any small, just grown tree sappling will do - burr sprouts (aka hitchhikers burr, cockaburrs, etc.) - a bowl or cup - moon water - something to cleanse your space with - whatever items or charms you see fit to use during this spell. Anything that brings you strength or protection.

The next step is to cleanse your area. Now, I know a lot of baby witches might not see the need in this but it is VERY IMPORTTANT FOR A FULLY FUNCTIONING SPELL!! Make sure that the room has a clean, happy vibe and you feel confident in your ability.

!Remember, personalizing spells and tailoring them to fit you will make the outcome better. message me if you need any help on that!

Face east. East symbolizes the beginning, and new start. Take the charms or items you have decided on and place them around or beside you, maybe even in arms length of your view. The only thing that will be in front of you during this spell is your intention, and the potion you WILL NOT drink. Please do not.

Next, set the saplings and sprouts in front of you. Think about what these two plants symbolize. A whirlybird sapling symbolizes strength and endurance. The little helicopter like seeds will grow anywhere they land. Hence, endurance. The burr sprouts symbolize protection and abundance, aand are believed to ward off the evil eye.

Think about how you can relate to these plants in the near future, and how you will become strong, endurant, and abundant (as well as protected). Once you have meditated on this, grab your bowl and moon water. sprinkle some of the oon water from your fingertips to around your space. Make sure that as the water droplets leave your finger tips, yoju are sending out the intention you have with them.

Grab your bowl or cup and pour some moon water into it. Then, one by one, you will place the whirlybird saplings into the bowl of moon water. With each sapling think of the strength you wish to gain, and how you will endure anything thrown your way with the help of this strength. Once you are done, sit for a moment and close your eyes. Whisper to yourself aloud, "I am strong. I will endure."

Next, take each burr sprout and place them around the bowl in a circle, connecting. Do the same with the burr sprouts as you did the whirlybirds and place each one with intention. Once you are done say aloud, "I am protected, and abundance is coming my way."

When you have completed all of this, take the saplings and the burrs and return them to a wooded area or one where they can return to nature. pour the moon water into house plants or dump it out with the saplings and burr if you feel more comfortable.

I will say, you may have to search for these items as you can't buy them, but the reward pays off for hardwork. You could substitute the plants, if you please. Again, personalized spells do work better.

Fast spells for the lazy witch⭐️

Something I Always See in witchblr

Alright, listen up witches. This is something I've noticed that older witches in the community alwayas try to annouce to baby witches, but I don't think it always gets through. When you first start out in the craft, you have no idea what you're doing, where to start, nor how valuable basic household things that you already have are. You don't need an latar or fancy witchy tools to be a witch. What you need is your intention, and the belief that you have the power to make whatever you want happen. Tat is the only true rule. Always believe in yourself, and always have an intention. Well, maybe exept for in divination, but that's a whole other topic. Anyway, this is youf journey. your practice. Make it personal, make it something that you enjoy doing. Don't make it feel like a chore because a website from some blog said to do the ritual in this specific way. Spells always work better when you personalize them anyway. Make it yours, and make it fun! Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again.

BETTER SHIT TO PUT IN YOUR GRIMOIRES THAN THE BASIC SHIT EVERYONE SAYS:

Maps! Maps! MAPS! If you're a death witch, get one for the cemeteries you visit and mark gravestones/areas you've practiced in! Garden witches! Map out your gardens! Green witches! Map where you find specific herbs in your area! Lunar witches! Mark the best spots to go look at the sky! Make a key! Take notes!

Recipes for COMPONENTS! Write down how to make the mixtures you use in spells often- A special salt mixed with herbs and put under the moon, a mixture of oils for protection, the herb mixes sachets you keep making to add to sachets, whatever!

For green witches- press samples of stuff and glue them in! Go to an arboretum and ask for permission to take leaves to press, they'll usually let you take some- add them in with your notes about trees

Cool ways to make spells! I make spells in envelopes and on empty spools, what are some ways you do?

The local plants in your area and what they do. You're not going to be likely to find chrysanthemums to forage in Missouri, but you will find creeping charlie and prairie plants. What can you do with a thistle?

When you celebrate a sabbat, write down what you did and include samples! Ribbons from your Beltane altar, a pressed sample of your lemmas harvest, a scrap of your Yule decorations. Maybe do a spell and tape the remnants into your grimoire in a plastic baggie

Learn how to make an envelope out of paper just by folding it, how to string seeds, how to dry plants, how to macrame rocks and hang them from your window. Find those little witchy skills and write them down.

How to incorporate your hobby into your magic. Sigiling origami paper, weaving knot magick into your crochet, making blessed bookmarks, etc

Substitutes! Rosemary, rose and clear quartz are good for most things, but there are more substitutes to be used that are more powerful. Roanoke bells are good substitutes for bluebells, apparently.

Correspondences of odd things. Turns out different kinds of cats have different correspondences, huh.

Superstitions and such from where you're from.

For kitchen witches: easy to alter recipes. An egg noodle recipe that takes herbs really well, a simple bread recipe that can be dressed up for spells or rituals, how to make a good pie crust that you can sprinkle nutmeg in or whatever you desire.

Or: What foods go good with what herbs. You'll make a better apple pie (and get the benefits of apples, nutmeg, and cinnamon together!) If you know how your herbs taste together with your cooking. (Most kitchen witches know this stuff, but for a green witch who likes to make teas or a sea witch that likes to make soup, etc, this is important)

Hekate shower cleansing

Now, this is a spell/meditation for when you get into the shower to get clean on multiple levels. It works mind, body, and soul to give you a new self when you get out of the shower. Best used as you are about to go to bed. 

1. start your shower and get it to the temperature you like it. I personly like it warm but not hot. 

2. Get your soaps and whatever else you use to smell and feel awesome shower bombs what ever. 

3. Get into the shower and let the water run over you for a bit get a feel for the water washing down you. 

4. Close your eyes and let darkness fall around you once you can envision the water think where does it come from. Three statues with torches warming vases of water that are pouring down on you. 

5. Now get your soaps and start scrubbing your body and hair chanting 

“Great mother Hekate make me clean wash away my negativity and strife and make me clean.”

6. Once you have done this lets the water once again wash over you taking the soap and the bad vibes down the drain. 

7. Envision the water not just flowing over you, but through you let this happen until the water is able to flow through your spirit without impedance. 

8. Take your hands and from the top of your head to your feet rub down your body this will help you get a feel for your clean body and it just feels great. 

9. Once you are done give thanks to Mother Hekate and dry off. 

I hope this can help allot of my sisters feel better when they have a long day.
