This is Jouri (ju-or-ree) the god of Transmutation! I kinda smashed my love of star themed characters with my love of aquatic themed characters and got this fella! That being said he is a recluse and out of all the gods doesn't really take on disciples too often. He is also very self centered and will generally only do something if there is a direct benefit to him. His giant monster form is a giant octopus (think kraken but Octopus) in his monster form the star patterning on his body is bioluminescent (he looks like those stars every one attached to their ceilings). I really like how I did the shading on this one!

More 2021 pixel art dump!

First is Noise she is a party member (I had a couple others I was working on but she is the main one and only on I "finished" at the time) Noise used to work with Beat before he got stuck together with Echo. She was going to be the commentary character, you know the one that has a cheeky remark about what is happening.

Second is Doreimi the merchant. I did actually post more recent redesign sketches for him on my old twitter(R.I.P) but those are lost now. He kinda has a gimmick involving his name where if you try to say only a part of it he splits into 3 smaller demons (named Do, Rei, and Mi)

So this is from 2021, I was trying to design talking and walking sprites for a game I want to make but tbh I am redesigning a pile of the characters so I am dumping the old sprites here I am just going to do only a couple characters per dump! Also I said want to get better at pixel art but like how am I supposed to show improvement if I never shared my older stuff

First is Echo she's the protag I am temp calling this game "DeadBeats" (if I ever get around to finishing rpg maker's tutorial I'll try and make something with this) I want to make all the human characters blue and the demon characters pink tones. Beat is the shadow character and the other protag, basically main plot is Echo and Beat end up trapped together in a symbiotic relationship because of a accidental mistake and both of them want to get their previous lives back so they have to got through the demon realm to find something that can undo the magic that caused them to be trapped together!

God of Enchantment Howell! He is generally a calm and peaceful god. He usually resides in a "dreamworld" and can only be reached while the person trying to reach him is asleep. He is usually seen drinking tea or reading a book when someone manages to reach out to him. When Howell is angered his form tends to break and change into a massive shadow where he develops multiple eyes and does not have a solid shape. No one knows how big he is in that form as he is basically darkness with eyes staring back.

We have finally hit another "I am ignoring in game races and just wanna draw hot monsters" character (Iris was the other one cause dnd lacks bugs) also I am very proud of his shirt and colour pallet *pats own back* compared to his og design, that will forever stay off the internet, I AM SUPER HAPPY WITH HIM!!!

This is Apiris (A-peer-is) They are the god of Conjuration! They appear to be a cheerful and playful deity, but they are actually are a very sad individual. They are the god that spent the most time with mortals in my game, So they have a lot of in game folklore, and are viewed as a a hero. But because of their love of being around mortals (Even the long living ones) they have had to watch their friends age a pass away a lot.

They are visually based off elves, Their large form tbh is a work in progress (I thought about dragon, BUT THAT WOULD BE TOO CLOSE TO ONE OF THE OTHER GODS) Tbh I have been thinking their form would be like a big version of a biblical angel, but also that is too close to another god's big form. (I USED ALL MY GOOD IDEAS FOR THE OTHER ONES AND THEY ARE GETTING THE SHORT END OF THE STICK!!) So if anyone has any cool ideas feel free to suggest them cause after all the "humanoid" forms are done I am gonna try my hand at the big monster forms of them all (Tbh one of them actually already has their monster form done I just have not shared it yet)

This is Hoaurain (Ha-ow-rain) She is the god of Necromancy. She is based around a Halfling for appearance except for her skin being a pale green gray. Her personality is very soft spoken and seems to always been in a state of melancholy. She is however very possessive of her followers to the point that if they die she tends to keep their souls close to her, or will reanimate them to continue to serve her.

Her Kaiju like form looks like a leech!

Took me months to finish colouring her cause I kept bouncing around for how to shade this

2024 Art Goals.

So I have things I feel I want to try and do this year and if I write it out on the internet I'll feel like I have to:

1. PRACTICE: I need to practice way more and do more gesture drawings, I also need to practice doing pixel art (and badly attempting small janky movements)

2. FIND A DIGITAL COLOURING STYLE: I find it hard to like how I colour things digitally so this year I am going to try and mess around a BUNCH till I find things I like.

3. ATTEMPT FAN ART: I other than when I was in that pokemon dnd game have never drew fan art, I over think it and crave perfection when I should just draw the character. Art fight 2023 despite being in a stressful time for me actually helped me with getting over it, a little bit. I am going to try to start with nostalgic characters for me and hopefully GET BETTER!

4. DRAW A PNGTUBER MODEL: It may not be my own, heck I may not even keep it but I want to try doing a pngtuber model I have watched many vids on making models and it seems like a fun project!

5. TRY AND GET THROUGH THE DAMN RPG-MAKER TUTORIAL: I am going to try not to get overwhelmed by it again, but I really want to try rpg-maker, it's been a goal to make a small (prolly terrible) game as many artist I have looked up to and admired have made really interesting and fun games. Will I be good at it? PROBABLY NOT, but I still want to try though

Will I actually get through my goals idk, kinda depends on my life outside of art, I want to try and get at least one thing off this list this year (even if it is just finishing the rpg-maker Tutorial) I have a lot of personal goals outside of art that I want to do (like actually get medically diagnosed for anxiety by a psychiatrist, I KNOW IT'S BAD BUT LIKE HOW BAD IDK) But if I can a least do 1 thing I feel like that would be progress!

Cowrye The god of Abjuration! I will say they are very much basic on anime school delinquents, AND I AM NOT ASHAMED. Some lore facts! Their belief is the strong shield the weak so despite their prickly outer shell if you are a follower they will do their best to protect you as your "boss" I will say their appearance is very teifling coded. But their big angry kaiju god form is kinda like ocarina of time ganon. I will say I had a lot of fun with her arm tattoos (tbh I wanted to do full sleeves, but feared my inability to recreate them the same if I went too crazy.

First one down! This is Iris, she is a god for a dnd campagin I am slowly working on (I am trying to draw all the "main" npcs). LITTLE LORE, just for the folks that like lore. Iris is the goddess of Illusions in the campaign I am working on the island players are gonna be on is run by gods that embody the types of magic Illusions, Enchantment, necromancy ect. Iris is the goddess of illusions, she loves extravagance and as well as playing tricks. I would say personality wise she kinda acts like royalty, but in the self centered and I like that and this is mine sort of way she is also big on THEATRICS! I will say all the gods/goddess I am making have an alternate form (think Kaiju) and her's is a mix of a centipede and a moth and is HUGE!! Next one I am working on is the deity for abjuration so if you look at the line art that I doodled for the designs and shared previously maybe you can guess!!

Galtea redesign. I realized her previous look was more sci-fi than fantasy so I tried a more fantasy look! she is kind of based off of a giant phantom jellyfish, but I did want more purple and blues (they are more of a redish black colour).

More marker drawings of some oc's, Bombettle and Jackie. They are from the same universe as Jackal. Bombettle is an explosion witch(/ wannabe ninja) while Jackie is a ice witch.

Some more universe deets for the interested folks:

This universe witches/sages/wizards all look like normal humans until hitting puberty where in the middle of the night their magic forms and changes their appearance to suit their magic. I have plans for other designs, but Bombettle, Jackal, and Jackie are my oldest ocs for this universe. My brain kinda wrote their universe as like a slice of life/ self discovery adventure where Bombettle is the energetic voice of reason and Jackal and Jackie are rivals (hot and cold). I kinda gave up on their universe and story (mainly due to me having a hard time thinking of the kind of media to tell it in) I usually draw these three after huge art blocks or for halloween/Christmas!
