Mechanic/Feat Idea

Silliest worshipper

Description: You have the ability to use Divine Intervention and all the other “Ask to your God” spells any times you want with an instant recharge only if you use it for something silly (DM’s decision) and if your God is Chaotic-Neutral/Good aligned.

Functionality: You use the spell to ask something silly to your God (another of the same meal you just had, to win a low/no reward slug race, have a nice silly hat, find a good pun on the spot, etc etc) and the God does it, then you feel a pat on your head and hear an astral voice say “Yes, sure darling, no need to use your precious spells for this” you feel warm and then everything turns back to normal, with your wish granted.

This can also work for warlocks only if your patron is Chaotic-Neutral/Good aligned.

In general, this can take effects if your deity is a momma type, even if it’s Lawful/Good but if it is Lawful/Good sometimes it will say things like “But next time use it for good alright sweetie?” making you feel slightly guilty, the more you use it for sillies without using it for something good.

Candor, greater god of Fate, Chance, Prophecy. The Silver Lord, the one horned Holy, He Who Plays.

Another god from my setting. This artwork was started in like 2021 or something and it's been finished since 2023 if that gives you any idea. They are one of the oldest gods in my setting and later were consumed by Caerus, the current god of Chance, as the result of a divine chess game. Funfact: the child they are holding represents humanity!

So my main dnd character is canonically adopted by a level 26 magic idk my DM refuses to drop more lore about powerful wizard dude

Anyways in the lore my dnd character also has a mom, there is no broken relationship or hurt

Just a completely loving family

This is Hoaurain (Ha-ow-rain) She is the god of Necromancy. She is based around a Halfling for appearance except for her skin being a pale green gray. Her personality is very soft spoken and seems to always been in a state of melancholy. She is however very possessive of her followers to the point that if they die she tends to keep their souls close to her, or will reanimate them to continue to serve her.

Her Kaiju like form looks like a leech!

Took me months to finish colouring her cause I kept bouncing around for how to shade this

DnD God lore just in time for Funny Fish Friday

Was listening to ‘Hell’s Comin With Me’ by Poor Man’s Poison on loop, and felt inspired to draw this

Panthalassa (shark) is the god of ocean, Hadal (Anglerfish) is the god of the Abyss, the abyss is essentially hell and while it was originally the darkness between the stars but over time mortals have twisted it to being the deepest depths of the ocean due to the idea of a tangible yet wholly inhospitable place being scarier then some intangible concept. Hadal dislikes this and views his domain as too small and too similar to Panthalassa and doesn’t think he should have to share, so he hatched a plan to overthrow the shark god in order to claim control of her Domain

During the conflict Hadal was blinded by Panthalassa as a mix of self defense and her being spiteful at the fact that Hadal had the gall to attempt to overthrow her. Additionally, in the aftermath, Panthalassa (with the help of the god of land) sunk Hadal’s city, Atlantis (which is another longer story), into the sea creating a blue hole. Finally she sealed Hadal within the abyss of the ocean, the newly created blue hole acting as an entrance to the subterranean cave system and trenches. The blue hole later becoming known as the Mouth of the Abyss
