This past week I had two assignments to complete. I'm happy to report that they're done! But I'll have to wait and see if my tutors think they're any good...
Now I don't have anything due for a few weeks, so my motivation to do anything productive has declined significantly. I just want to play Sims 4 and read my book! I also have a holiday to plan and book - my boyfriend and I are going to Scotland in November (we're going to freeze, I know).
Anyone Scottish, or who's been to Scotland, I would love to hear your experiences there or any advice you have. I'm super excited, but nervous too.

The highlight of my week was taking a break from the city to visit Winterbourne House & Garden. I enjoyed a scone, picked up this book, marvelled at some pretty flowers and worked on my stats assignment 🌷🌼💖🌻🌸✨

More eco revision – it’s not going too badly, though remembering some of the equations is going to be a challenge. This morning we bought tickets for me and my dad to see Dream Theater later this year, which is exciting!

It's difficult to fathom that it's 2024 and I am in the final year of my bachelor's degree. Between 2020 and 2022 I feel like time passed differently, probably because of the pandemic.
I recently had a story published on my university's magazine website. It's a children's adventure short story. You can read it here, if you'd like. I'm really proud of myself for submitting something and having it chosen to be published; it's a boost to my self-confidence that I think I really needed.
I'm currently reading Eclipse in the Twilight Saga, having recently finished New Moon. New Moon was incredible - Stephanie Meyer captures Bella's emotions so vividly. Eclipse is wonderful so far, but not as captivating.

I forgot how to study in the sense of memorising facts to reproduce in an exam... It has been more than 7 years since the last time I was tested this way and I have to say, I do not like it...
