maybe you're anxious about something subconsciously? I know when i have dreams about someone accusing me of having some sort of illness (or if i believe i have some sort of illness), it's usually because i'm anxious about something irl, feel neglected, or think there might actually be something wrong with me that i dont want to admit to myself. maybe monitor your health and mentality to see if there might be something wrong?

oh woah that’s actually crazy (positive) honestly !! i have a bipolar disorder, and it’s easy for me to admit i’m manic, but i only just recently realized i also get really really depressed, and often. i’ve kinda just been thinking i’m lazy lol. and also i just started me/cfs deconditioning to get the fatigue to a minimum if at all possible lol
