[initial reactions] Doctor Who - Power of the Doctor

What a lovely ending for Thirteen. My brave heart. What a beautiful send-off.

And I loved that Yaz started out with barely any friends, chafing for big things. And she ended it with a lot more friends and saving the entire universe. I love the quiet moment Thirteen and Yaz had.

And I love Tegan and Ace's moments with each of their respective Doctors. I love Kate's bravery and faith in the Doctor AND NO MENTION OF HER DAD FROM HER. She was her own person.

AND WE GOT MARTIN!DOCTOR!

And, oh, Master. He hates his existence so much. "Don't let me go back to being me."

He wants to be the Doctor, be with the Doctor but he's too mired in his own pain to see anything beyond.

But oh Thirteen. What a lovely send-off, done with such grace. I'm glad for that.

This was such a classic feel to it and Chibnall is such a fan of classic with his own modern twist and I love it.

The era had some flaws but overall with its themes and everything about it, I loved it.

Picard 3x05 - 3x06

The pacing of S3 Picard is so good, which I kind of knew because Terry Matalas's run of 12 Monkeys especially the last seasons was so GREAT.

Also, the next next generations are so GOOD.

I love this season so much!

Shaw being a dick but also being a fanboy of Geordi is fantastic.

But also Ro Laren! I'm so sad Ro and Kira never met but also Ro and Picard's relationship, it makes me so sad they lost so much time.
