Face to face Friday! Today, and everyday, I celebrate how far I have come🎉 Which is losing the weight of another human off my skeleton, put on in childhood! I am so grateful. . Sometimes we can get so laser focused on our goals that we forget how far we have come! Humans are so forgetful! Sometimes, I don't immediately see the difference when I'm looking in the mirror - it takes me a second. And then I look up from my body and extra skin, and into my eyes, smile, and tell myself to "Stop! You're doing great!!" 😅 Change is in the mind.🧠 . I used to make comparison photos all the time which helped me see my progress. I took a break last year when all the craziness happened. One of the most important things we can do is to listen to our bodies👂🕺. That’s what intuitive eating is all about! So even though we THINK we would love to eat a burger 🍔 or a donut 🍩 every single day, the truth is it could be too much for our bodies. They are wise enough to know what we need, when we need it and where’s our limit. We just have to pay attention.
