It hit me recently that my own GitHub profile was pretty plain – it didn't reflect my personality, skills, or who I am.

Now, how you can give your GitHub profile that much-needed makeover:

Start by creating a new repository.

Name it exactly the same as your username.

GitHub will throw up a message indicating that this repository is special and will serve as your profile representation.

Add in a README file and get creative with customizations.

Learning to accept that my life is sometimes hectic and out of my control is actually really soothing. I will take care of myself when I can and enjoy life in little ways.

Did a flashcards for Biology that took me 5 hours

Watched a bunch of Biology cell videos with my roommate

Watched a few Lectures on Biology

Went to the drive-ins with my roommate again to visit one of our friends

as reading week comes to a close, i’ve been polishing off some economics revision, as well as doing the actual expectation of this week and finishing some required reading.

only two months left until final exams, and then summer’s finally here (for uni folks anyway) !

trying to get back in reading for my own enjoyment but it’s been tough with all the required reading coupled in.

plan to have a few long study days this weekend to get ready for my upcoming week !

just about to start studying for today, again, around an hour later than i had planned because my alarms are refusing to sound until tomorrow.

i think i should be able to finish everything ive planned for today though, because i have already looked at the material for my second independent study section of society and culture and it doesn't seem too long, so im thinking i may even be able to get a headstart on tomorrow's work.

I've recently returned from my travels, marking the conclusion of my final summer trip. I've attained a sun-kissed tan, and my body is fully entrenched in vacation mode. With just one week remaining before resuming my university studies, I'm mentally preparing to transition back into academic life.

Entering my fourth year this academic year, I'm under no illusions that it will be challenging.

Today doesn't hold any special plans for me; my focus is on tomorrow when I'll begin the process of gearing up for the upcoming school term. I intend to chronicle my day-to-day experiences here, so time will tell how it all transpires.

I'm setting positive intentions for this year, hoping it will unfold exceptionally well.

Does anyone have tips on studying better?

I could study for hours and then just forget all of it when I do some practice questions.

And I also get distracted by games on my phone so easily.

I really need some tips my finals are almost there.

I also haven't really found a study technique that works for me so I literally don't know HOW to study.
