I’m sorry but it needs to be said. I think they merged hulkling and that other character skaar. Idc what you have to say about the comics this is the mcu. His dad doesn’t exist. The skrulls don’t have a monarch as far as we know. He’s mother can still be a skrull /kree giving him shapeshifting abilities.

LIKE WOAH??? he looks hot idk about you it seems like they twink-ified him a bit but i don’t mind it all that much.

i thought it was cute, so here’s the description from the marvel.com article:

“King. Leader. Friend. There are a lot of ways to describe Teddy Altman, especially after his ascension to the throne as Emperor of the Kree-Skrull alliance. Before he seized his birthright as Dorrek VIII, though, Hulkling was an Earth hero in his own right, serving as a member of the Young Avengers alongside his future husband Billy Kaplan, AKA Wiccan. As a shapeshifter, Hulkling knows what it means to adapt to new situations and he sure can pack a punch, making him a formidable warrior and a noble leader.”

the marvel.com article also includes this brief statement but i got a KICK out of it.

“Hulkling’s a shapeshifter, but a terrible liar; luckily he’s a great fighter!”

the article also praises teddy’s “good communication skills”, which is debatable but not completely wrong. here’s another look at some of teddy’s artwork in the game:

do you see where i got the “twink-ified” thing from? i’m mostly kidding by the way, i think the artwork is amazing.

i’m already dealing with the clash of champions chaos to get both billy & teddy and make them my top champions, so i sadly won’t be checking this out. if you do, let me know how it goes!

Help me out here people. I'm trying to remember a very specific Young Avengers panel. It's a flashback of the original 4 training against some fake versions of the Sinister Six. I'm not remembering this wrong right? This does exist? Because I can't find it anywhere.
