Early mornings with Aaron were always so breezy, sometimes it felt like you were still dreaming. Just soft breathing no words needed. He runs his hands through your hair, and you instinctively lean into it “can’t we just stay in bed?” your words a mere utterance being drowned out by the ruffling of the covers due to him suddenly moving. “Well.” he started, his morning voice was deep, a small grin appeared on your face. “We got up early enough

If we used this time wisely, we could shower and have a good breakfast before we have to get Jack up for school.” that did sound appealing being able to eat and get all clean before they had to work. Working at the BAU was extremely fulfilling but so tiring. The stuff you see on a daily basis is enough to drive anyone mad but the lives you save made it worthwhile. “Or we can stay in bed and cuddle up to the very last minute, quickly get ourselves and Jack ready for school and pick up something to eat on the go.” now.

Weighing out your options you knew any reasonable adult would go with the first option, I mean a shower and a nice breakfast before having to deal with all the obscenities of your job, sounded amazing. But the second was more tempting. You give your answer via a small kiss and cuddling back into his warmth. Aaron was a tree trunk of a man, so strong and big. You had not been with a guy like him before.

Even if he was a bit older than you, you kept him on his toes. His arms wrap around your waist comfortingly and it all feels so good. Exchanged kisses as he slowly moved you to where you now sat on top of his lap his hands soothingly rubbing up and down your waist. You hadn’t realised how good he looked till now staring him directly in the eyes. His usually furrowed brows relaxed, his dark eyes softened under your gaze. He was the embodiment of all things stern yet turned so soft under you touch. You brought out the youth in him, the playful youth he thought passed on with the death of Haley.

You and him both knew you weren't a replacement for Haley you were simply just you. And both of you preferred it that way. You place another kiss on the top of his head “if I could, I'd just freeze us here. Forever.” you finally broke the silence, he chuckled slightly “me too.” he simply murmured.

He wasn’t usually a big talker in the morning. Most of your mornings spent with him getting up way before you to get ready for work, you had a simpler approach especially being a night showerer over a day showerer (which you still sometimes argue over) and him getting Jack ready for school, you having already made all the lunches for the three of you yesterday. You’d never met a man like Hotch before, a man who was both a night owl and a morning bird. A perfect balance. “Come on, we should get ready for work.” he said giving you another quick kiss. Early morning with Aaron were always great.

- just a super romantic guy he sends flowers to wherever u work (if you work with him he just places them on ur desk) and isnt afraid to show off the fact ur with him , he keeps it professonal but he’ll have a hand on ur waist or kiss the side of ur head just general very nice stuff

- he is such a romantic guy very traditional romance though . he likes sendig poems of the romantic poets like wordsworth and blake etc 

- he writes journal entries of his journeys and allows you to read through it 

- talks all about u to his mom and she absoloutely adores the idea of you 

- you helped him alot through his sobriety

- Techno only got into greek mytholgy bc wilbur was going through a percy jackson phase and he wanted to correct him on all the shit he got wrong like the nerd he is lmao

- tommy has wings like philza. thats it thats the headcanon just imagine him zipping around with them and thwyre this bold firey red colour and he flys through the nether and fully blends in pratically 

- tubbo has a shaggy haircut to hide his horns though during schlatts reign he always had to slick his hair back to show them off ‘with pride’

- ranboo is the tallest on the server , he stands at around maybe 6′8-6′9 due to his endermen size and techno wasnt expecting this as he USED to be the tallest being like 6′7 which got completley crushed when he met ranboo , his ego faltered a little with that having this scarwny anxious 17 year old be taller then him (though it came back realasing he was larger in the muscle aspect as ranboo is built like mf jack skeleton)

- GhostBur tried wheat once bc he wanted to knwo ‘why friend ate it so much’ and he regretted it immensly 

- schlatt had claws like yeah

homie knows hes a ‘bad’ dad!!! hes self aware and he knows what hes done!! but you cant put the people on the SMP into boxes of good or bad. you cant do that with anyone really. people are morally grey (im going to use the word ‘people’ alot as alot of them are more humanoid lmao) as yes phil did some shitty things but so has Tommy! and Tubbo! and Will! and every other character, you cant pin everything on one person

homie you can see how the family dyanamic is already toxic, clearly they all have there own issues . it reminds me alot of bojacks family from bojack horseman. they all recognise one another as drowning and suffering but none know how to save one another or help one another. sure phil has permamantly fucked up his kids with trauma he also has it , having to kill his own son and have the rest deal with it. plus i feel like this new arc with ranboo will be his redemption arc personnaly

AND ALL HIS KIDS ARE STROMG ASF. ofc he shouldnt have traumatised them or anything but people try and make his character into having to be some uwu soft father uwu when he wasnt and never has been . he did what he thought was right. and there are no good parents in the smp . i mean all the father figures Tubbo had abused him and will was terrible towards fundy and eret never showed to fundys adoption. yet ppl seem to hound in on Philza!!
