Glam Metal Pole Dance workshop Wicked fun workshop with bloggeronpole I debated posting my final run from the workshop. I made a lot of mistakes and total lost the thread at the end there. I want (and need for myself) to normalize the mistakes I make. I have perfectionist tendencies which keeps me from seeing things through. A short routine feels like a mountain to big to climb. A big wake up for me was leaving classes more grumpy then when I started. Why? because I didn't nail that move? because I couldn't reach that flow state? Possibly because I'm crashing and need some protein... A snack and rethinking my attitude towards my progress is getting me a lot further then sulking and quitting ever will. ♥️ You're doing great.
