Time to make something for the summer

As we all know there are times during the summer time where we get unbelievably hot. Duvet can even be sweltering at night so after a very long time of hopeless repetitive hand movement and making granny squares crochet them its time to sew them all together to make a blanket just to have the basic cover to keep us a little warm without feeling like we're swimming in our own sweat

Manga binge

I have decided to take a little bit of me time and decided to binge read through the whole set of twilight princess manga from the legand of zelda. I have nearly comepleted the whole set and the storyline is very good but then the next game of action is the bridgerton series

Diamond art

I have started up a new crafting hobby of doing some diamond art. It makes you feel a little bit of relief a little small if your not into that sort of thing however difficult it can be i can always make sure that i feel like i am in Paris once this one has been done

Alot of pets

Even though for a number of reason we are not allowed pets in the house i can always have a wide selection of pets in cross stitch form. I can have anything from small standard house pets to owning a load of zoo pets. so many decisions to choose from but which one do i cross stitch first

Get stuck in

It is always the best thing to get stuck in all the time with these things. I know for one that once I get stuck into something I am determined to see it through. I have started cross stitching for a few years and I have loved it ever since I first started it. Now I'm getting more into it. There are some very nice ones that I started and didn't want to put down and that goes with the same with my reading get into it and get to it. It brings me out of the blues when I'm feeling upset.

The little Mermaid effect

When you have a lot of cross stitch patterns within you creative corner there are lots of patterns you can be getting on with. I have a lot of miniatures that have been dying for my attention that has been had started but never finished. now there is the little mermaid sampler that I got from one of my many magazines hat i follow and this one didn't take me long but it always makes you feel sometimes that you are in the Disney's little mermaid.

Purchased a book yesterday called “the little book of Bridgerton” and even swallowing up the books content I’m not entirely sure if I can keep up with the society of that era. Basic outline

Once you have done the basic outline of your cross stitch pattern, it is so much easier to do the job and makes your life alot easier. Some projects are easier then others and I know that not all of them you need to do colour at a time however if you have a project where you can do the outline and just fill in the colour in after it’s so much easier

Time for peace
