Twisted Wonderland Fionna and Cake AU

Perhaps Twisted Wonderland takes a different route than the one we think. I think twst would be really interesting if it took more of a Fionna and Cake approach, with and without a few of the concepts present in that show.

The player(y/n) is a normal person living in a normal world. Doing mundane jobs, in a stereotypical city(think LA or New York), with no love life. They adopted a pet cat, which they name (c/n), and loves them more than anything else. Yuu is unhappy with their monotonous life, and longs for something different, something magical, and c/n also wants a bit more excitement in their life as well. In Twisted Wonderland, Malleus has daydreamed for many years about someone, an imaginary friend or something similar. Before the start of the ceremony to welcome students back to NRC, Malleus's magic accidentally turns the player real, summons the black carriage to pick them up, and wipes the player of their memories of their beloved c/n. This magic would also transform c/n into the beast we're familiar with. His memories would be lost, be able to talk, have magic, and be brought to this new world too. From this point twst would proceed normally.

This was messy as hell, it's just something I came up with randomly. I'll make a fic out of this, but if someone wants to give my AU a try, go on ahead. Just give @ me and give me credit.

Royal Sword Academy Dorms: Savanaclaw☀️

Leoglow (レオグロウ, Reogurou Ryō):

The name Leoglow comes from the words "Leo", which is latin for lion, and "afterglow" which is the glow in the sky after a sunset. "Afterglow" also references the Afterglow Savannah.

The sixth dorm of Royal Sword Academy. It was founded on the bravery of the Exiled Prince. The students in this dorm are gifted in necromancy. This dorm only consists of beastmen. Hyenas, jackals, and hogs are frequent. However, only one lion beastman and one baboon beastmen have ever been accepted to the academy, both of which were admitted into Leoglow.

Magical Shift

Although Leoglow does have a magical shift team, the team forfeits every tournament, despite the housewardens enthusiasm to play, and his pointing out the irony of them "tucking their tails". Many athletic students of Leoglow prefer to focus their efforts on track and field.

Royal Sword Academy Dorms: Heartslabyul🫖

Everything in this post is fan-made, and are not canon in the Twisted Wonderland universe. These are my ideas, please do not claim them or use them without my permission.

Curiositea (キュリオシテア, Kyurioshitea Ryō):

The second dorm of Royal Sword Academy. It was founded on the inquisitiveness of the Lost Maiden. The students in this dorm are gifted in all subjects, and are known for pranking visitors from other dorms with magical teas and cookies. There are many beastmen enrolled in this dorm, most notably cats, mice, and rabbits.

Unbirthday Parties

Similar to Heartslabyul, unbirthday parties are a dorm tradition. However, the unbirthday party tradition is different in this dorm.

They sing in flowerbeds instead of playing croquet.

Tarts are only allowed at an unbirthday party if the unbirthday takes place in May.

A large, multi-layered cake is the main dish of an unbirthday, and must be served, even when a tart is served.

The housewarden is the only one allowed to blow out the candle on an unbirthday cake. If the housewarden is absent or late to an unbirthday party, the one sitting furthest away from the cake will be permitted to blow out the candle.

Cats must be at an unbirthday party.

Rules of the Queen of Hearts

Just like Heartslabyul, the Queen of Hearts's rules well-known throughout this dorm. However, the rules are not enforced in Curiositea, and many have been cut.

If you get soaking wet, you have to run in the sea to dry

You must not pick flowers from the garden on Wednesdays

If the dormouse wakes up at an Unbirthday Party, you are to paint its nose with jam

All persons more than a mile high must leave the court immediately

If a dorm member is accused of breaking a rule, they are allowed to request a trial.

Housewarden of Curiositea. A bright, outgoing young man who is kind to everyone who he meets. Despite his leniency toward the rules, he is a strong housewarden who will bring the gavel down upon those who deserve it. Has been known to greatly annoy Riddle Rosehearts.
