Mind's Eye Masterpieces
It all started with an idea and three creative mad men. The idea was to combine the talents of these men, Jonathan Pavan, Christopher Danelon & Anthony Cruz, into one collective. By creating MEM, we can feed from each other artistically and create brilliant masterpieces unlike ever before.
Now, lets take a second to dissect our name, Mind's Eye Masterpieces for a second.
The phrase "mind's eye" refers to the experiencing of visual mental imagery; in other words, one's ability to "see" things with the mind. Word choice is very important and when we call ourselves "Mind's Eye Masterpieces," we're not using the term "Masterpiece" in a narcissistic way. The way we see it here at MEM, "masterpiece" can be a very tough word to follow, which is exactly why it's in our name. It is to motivate us, to push us to live up to the word. Besides, every work of art IS a masterpiece.

stuck with your crew
split, a trap box
listen, hear their mocks
wall of glass
they bypass
on the other side
where you don’t have to hide
so go and break free
where you’re meant to be
don’t just take it, defend yourself
until we think as all ourself
to judge and enslave is in the past
lets destroy this idea of the glassed
where we are divided and all cooped
and become as only one grouped
yes everyone wants some time to look
so just talk or read a textbook
imagine being stuck for your whole life
no idea what is good, bad, wildlife
freedom is earthlings right
cant keep it out of sight

Mesmerized

a blanket in the sky
ever soothing the eye
suspends above us all
where the bright light can crawl
it can help save lives
but when Death’s throne thrives
it turns into a vicious beast
one which can be barely ceased
yet we still stand mesmerized
cause we are always surprised
look to the atmosphere
for this great veneer
then soon each outline
are drawn by sunshine
and the blue sky crowds
in a sea of clouds
