OnS better do something about THAT

So last chapter (89) was a load of crap- I know probably this kind of reaction is what hoped from us, author probably realize that if the main beloved character dies (before the finale) the rating will sank so we might have hopes that everything gonna be OK... Or he just pulling it out of his ass to make something happen after lots of chapters not explaining shits.

There’s something that I kinda feel sad about, HUGELY, sad about.... Is how Yuu treats Mika, I’m all with the Mikayuu stuffs, I do really wish that be the case & happening, too bad... Yuu seems to choose everyone else but Mika in his journey. He claim Mika is family, sibling like soulmate or whatever and we were shown as such, but he never listen to him and pick motherfucking Guren-’Itch in the ass nose’ over Mika. He CHOOSE any other people that have ulterior motive on being kind to him: 1) Guren want to use him for his own desire 2) Shinoa want to fuck him & having babies probably, when Mika, as a vampire, only have this last desire to live together with Yuu like the old day, Mika want Yuu to be safe, it is not changed at all, his resolve is still the same like when the last time they were in sanguinem. It’s fcking genuine, yes it is still as selfish as other, but in the process all he want is Yuu free from bad people that want to use him. He prioritize Yuu’s safety above all else. 

The “THAT” I mean in the title is really for Yuu’s relationship with Mika, Yuu’s whole damaged mind of “family” & his forced hero characteristic. I know OnS is about how greed fuck you over and now we see it in full force, Yuu being greedy & can’t pick a person to save, want to save everyone despite half of them being absolute asshole, and I will say it: If Yuu actually choose Mika & did not hold back on fighting Guren, I think the result would be different, he can fight Guren more all out, if he’s not pity him and actually want to protect the rest of his new found family. Guren speak grand on saving humanity, reviving everybody, but to be honest I think in my mind it is his own family he want to save above any other thing in the world & I never think that the shinoa squad count (aside from shinoa herself).  

IF, after all these bullshit Yuu still listen to Guren, I swear I’ll drop this series & read it later when all the shit actually done & wrapped up. I hate Guren so much I wish his character just die. He really influence Yuu to the level I can’t understand, is Yuu really that cheap? Get saved once now he’s gonna lick Guren’s ass if he told so?? Back then Yuu was an angry bastard but that angry bastard have more brain cells than what recently served before us, he’s not trusting, he’s alert, he have this smug rivalry dynamic with everyone, but then started in Ferid’s mansion he just act like a dog when Guren appeared, it is so annoying. 

This post might be pessimistic as hell, I still think apocalyptic end like devilman crybaby still better, but with what happening recently I feel that it’s gonna go the tropey shonen way....
