Grians birb instincts become more distinct when either little or when being a caregiver.

When he's a caregiver and someone is little, he scoops them up and puts them in his nest, hiding them with his wings and chirping possessively when someone comes near.

When little he does the same thing with his stuffies and toys.

I can imagine the first few times the Hermits witnessed this protective behavior, they were a little startled and confused. On the other end, I bet the little ones he protects feel very safe (and probably amused)

Y'all fr I'm gonna be so fucking bummed if Maddie is alive. Cause then the show is a mystery, yeah, but it's not emotionally engaging anymore because everyone just gets to go back to their lives. Well except the actual dead people. And on that note, it seems unfair that she leaves them behind. Especially Wally but shes friends with all of them, even Rhonda said so. If they do go that route then they absolutely have to a. Have the rest of them cross over and b. Give us some inkling of what that actually means for them because as of right now it's a very nebulous concept that I struggle to call a happy ending.

I know when people say: "kiddo safe interactions only" "baby safe interactions only", It means "Please don't follow/interact with my blog if you post stuff that's not appropriate for kids". I.e. Don't follow if your posting ish. I get that. But at the same time, ever single time I read it in someones bio who's trying to follow. It makes strikes major discomfort. there's an entertainment rating system already. G, PG, PG-13, Mature/R. I'd prefer if people would use this. "My blog is rated G". Or "my blog is sfw". *sighs* It be much easier. And neither of these terms or systems of rating really makes me uncomfortable. But anytime I see "Kiddo" or "baby safe" I quickly get uneasy. I also get worried these people are going to flip out in my dms. (because I've had this happen. "This anime you reblogged isn't baby safe!!!"... "Please can you add a tag for this anime!!! sorry it's not baby safe. it's got vampires and blood which is spookies"... ugh. and yeah "spookies" is the "reason". ) I really dislike infantilization, and I feel like it's apart of that. Because it is. By all means peoples interests can be childlike, I have "childlike" interests, but I really dislike the phrase "Kiddo safe" "baby safe" because it again pushes my interest(s) into something only "babies and kids like". All ages can enjoy pokemon, calico critters etc. All ages can enjoy anime, sanrio and pastels. Like all ages can. I feel really nervous because I also like to reblog anime's I really don't think are suited towards kids/babies & I don't want to have to censer my blog & equally I don't want someone really upset in my dms because they started following me and I happened to reblog castelvaina which isn't "kiddo safe" /"baby safe".

Evangeline is ever the social butterfly, frequenting large events and popular spaces to mingle and to learn. This night brings her to a casino she's had no reason to visit before now, before this client.

She's been floating between tables, chatting up the affluent and the impoverished both- all set on the same goal to hit it big but instead falling short. What some of her conversation partners don't realize is she's leaving with more than just their names and perhaps their chips, she's been pickpocketing the richest patrons dumb enough to let their guards down.

Or she was, until as she's striding away from the black jack tables where she just oh so gracefully lost a voice rings out behind her.

〝You look like you could use a hand with that. 〞

Her heeled steps pause, back to her new acquaintance as she smooths her hands over her white gown- always white. A clearing of her throat, Evangeline turns on her heel to face the unknown proprietor of the establishment she's made her playground.

〝Well hello to you too, now I don't know what you're referring to but I assure you I am perfectly capable of handling whatever it is this evening.〞

Out of a habit of making herself seem smaller and less intimidating Eve has been pulling in on herself and shrinking a few inches as she walks throughout the casino. Though faced with this new challenger-that's out the window. Her back straightening and shoulders squaring bringing Evangeline to her full height of nearly 6'2 in her chosen shoes. Her face and tone however are sickly sweet, not divulging even a hint of malice.

Would Silver be a fire fighter? After coming from a burning world he would hate fires threatening people and he'd be really good at it because he could grab people out of burning buildings and put out large flames easily.

It's not a bad pick for a career for him! Physically active, responding to distress calls, able to take people out without going in himself - definitely in his skillset!

I think in a good future, Silver probably does what Sonic does: wandering folk hero, ready and eager to lend a hand whenever someone's in trouble. He's a good egg, really, and he is, after all, an "aspiring hero" *grumble grumble*

But this would be one of his strengths. General mass rescue missions and such are really where he shines. He's not got such a good track record at identifying culprits and sources of problems, unless they run smack bang into his face, but as a Guy on the Ground, he's one of the best around!
