This is one of those manhwa that I wish had a tighter plot and writing. It has quite a potential with its premise, however it is not that unique. Heroine-with-special-defect-slash-ability has been written and explored many times before. This is not a problem if we as the readers are presented with something new. I feel that the author did not present a unique take on it. Everything felt formulaic.

If I can categorise the story, then it would probably fit more with the young adult section. There are explorations of one’s identity, admittance of strength and weaknesses amidst personal growth. It is just a bit cliche at times, and the characters’ struggles felt forced. Subplots are created but not explored properly, leaving the readers with unfinished feels.

As this story is not heavily relying on plot (it is moving so slow, similar to slice of life style, but not quite), then the character in my opinion, should be fully fleshed out as any other good character-driven stories. However, I do not find side characters to be as engaging as the main character, yet they are given too much space. As I said, this story could do with heavy editing and tighter writing.

Now on the yandere, it is unfortunately not fully fleshed out as well. Whatever potential is there at the end of season 1 did not come as I hope. Maybe it is just me, I wish it was something darker. Not as dark as let’s say Red Fox’s Iza lol but it has soo much Cheese in the Trap’s Jung’s vibe. Alas, it was not like that at all. I would describe it as super mild yandere: dual face when facing FL vs meanie people.

I feel that many people would enjoy this story. Especially if you are new to yandere and might get the introduction benefit (as to not get scarred from the crazier ML) of a light yandere read. It is just… I have read many similar story like this one, and there are titles that are more superior. That is why it is just a let down for me. But don’t let that deter you, even if to get that doki-doki feelings seeing this eery smile, you will probably like it more than I do.

Fnaf movie was pretty good

The Muppets Take Manhattan (1984). Kermit and his friends go to New York City to get their musical on Broadway only to find it's a more difficult task than they anticipated.

Not my fave Muppet movie, but still a lot of fun. The puppetry is, as always, top notch, but it really does feel more like a sketch show than a cohesive narrative. Ending on the note of Miss Piggy tricking Kermit into marrying her isn't the best one either, but still, it's always a good time to see these characters. 6.5/10.

Yes guys! I am back almost a whole year later to give you a review of Heartstopper!! wasnt gonna watch it but then i remembered this account and felt nostalgic.

ok so.... complete honesty at first i thought i wouldnt get through the first episode.. it was just so cringe i thought i would die im sorry. but a couple episodes in i was competely invested and could see past some of the weird writing and acting and stuff. SOO fluffy and gay, i knew it was gay but honestly its wayy more gay than i thought, a good surprise. very much reminicient of my baby gay years rip, also i am british and went to a same sex school so it was a bit TOO reminicient? even though alot of it was not the same. for example there were definitely more than 2 gay people out. but very cute and im sure its accurate for A LOT of people. loveee how theres a guy figuring out his bisexuality. u dont really see much of that in lgbt cinema (or at least not enough) and it was very fun and also im sorry but i laughed at the 'am i gay' quiz, but im allowed to cause i lived it. there is a trans girl character actually played by a trans girl! which sounds like the bare minimum but its ridiculously rare as your probably know. WHO thought tao's hair was acceptable???? maybe its realistic to the graphic novel or whatever but i dont care cause sometimes things dont translate well to screen and i literally cannot take him seriously at any time. cute and fun and if you want to be reminded of your young gay self i reccomend although i probably wont be watching again and literally the only thing i do is rewatch shows ive seen before so. 6.5/10 olivia colman is the best part

what can i say it's a modern classic. it's personally not one of my favorites to watch but i don't regret turning it on at all. it defiantly has that mid 2000's cringy humor that makes me have to look away while it happens but it's not too bad compared to other of this time period. the mix of animated and live action is an element that i wish didn't go out of style because if it's done right it's the coolest thing ever, the costume design in this film is magnificent it's truly some of the best that I've seen from a disney original.

Lay's wavy chips - Cuban sandwich flavor

First off, I'm not huge chip person but if I am getting chips, I like 'em crunchy and THICCUMS.

Wavy definitely dose that here however this is more based on flavor.

These taste almost indecernable from normal pickle flavored lays chips. They are so pickle-forward that its still semi-convincing me that any other slight flavors I'm picking up maybe purely placebo because of the semi-islandy and meat themes on the bag it's self.

Other than pickle, Im getting alittle spice and/or alittle smoke flavors. But its more like a chilli pepper and a bottle of liquid smoke farted in the room they were made in aka make up like 5-10% of the flavor palette. I also think I might picking just a little bit of pineapple but again, I think it's just the island stuff on the bag.

Final verdict: if you like a slightly spicy and even slightlyer savory pickle flavor, you'll like these chips but cuban sandwich really isn't coming through at all and I could just get wavy pickle chips if that's what I wanted. I like the flavor and will definitely finish this bag, maaayyybbbee buy another while they are still available but definitely not a new flavor and not worth a slight mark up on price due to being a limited time flavor.

All in all, it gets 6.5 out of 10 sinks.

This chip is barely everything.

This is really more fun than it has any right to be, and the chemistry between Stallone and Weathers is infectious and covers for a multitude of sins. For a sports film too, it toys with compelling themes of aging and class mobility in a way that implies there's a better movie in here somewhere, but at the end of the day, it never quite achieves that degree of greatness. Still, a pretty fun movie overall. 6.5/10.

Tonight I watched “Hitler - Dead or Alive” (1942) Drama

Oh my god.

WOW WOOOOW

This movie man.

This movie was available for rent for only $1.99 which is the cheapest I’ve ever seen a movie for rent for, it’s in absolute dogshit quality, both in visuals and audio. The scar they put on Hitler’s lip looked so fake, like they put a little bit of play dough there. I also couldn’t keep most of the characters straight, and I don’t remember a single name.

I was laughing at how ridiculous everything was for most of the movie, but things slowly got more and more serious until I was shocked and appalled once they got to the end.

The Hitler was obviously not historically accurate at all, dude was way to skinny, the actual Hitler had gotten a bit fat during the war. He also wouldn’t have reacted to being kidnapped the way movie Hitler did, also the clothes were inaccurate, and the voice was nothing like Hitler’s. Anyway it was pretty funny to watch the one gangster call Hitler by all these nicknames, and then watch him give him a shave, he was so enthusiastic that I wonder if he was getting some kind of sexual kick out of it. I’m very glad they kidnapped Hitler rather than just killing him, because that’s very lame. A living person is way more interesting than a corpse. Also in the credits he’s credited as “Hitler” not “Adolf Hitler”, just “Hitler” lol. Also there were multiple backwards swasticas throughout the film.

Spoilers: Throughout the movie the gang begins to get killed off, which I was saddened by but not enough to make me take the movie seriously. At the end of the movie the Nazis don’t recognize Hitler because he got his mustache shaved off (stupidly impossible but whatever) and when he tries to explain himself they shoot him in the back of the head, and that was the point in the movie where I stoped laughing. Then they kill 5 children just to show how evil they are (it’s clearly a propaganda tactic there for shock value but it still shocked me) then they kill the main characters and the main gangster guy dies before he finishes saying his final words. Then the million dollars is donated to the military and the rich guy gives a little speech about the war or something but I wasn’t listening because I was absolutely flabbergasted. SHOCKED.

Not really sure how to rate this movie, it’s very much a product of its time, the acting is sub par, it’s kinda cheep, not well preserved, completely ridiculous, cringe, shocking. It falls into the good-bad category I think, it might be fun to watch with a friend if you like this sort of thing.

I think I’ll give this a 6.5/10. despite it’s heeping flaws I did enjoy it, and it far exceeded my rock bottom expectations, but I don’t think i would want to see it again due to the high levels of cringe and very sad ending.
