Lexus IS - a film that took 5 days from briefing to releasing

One day our client's boss had an idea that it would be nice to appeal to a young female demographic, and a mid-form video should be made to do the job. It had to feature a college student who's a keen driver and has an instagram-worthy image. We were given 5 days to finish the said video. 5 days!

And sometimes you just know you cannot resist your client's needs. So this was made possible all because of good friendship and personal connections. We worked with the production house that we believed was one of the best when it comes to cars. They asked one of their cinematographers' niece, who is a prominent Instagram influencer and ticked all the boxes, to star and she said yes within a day. The production house worked super hard to find everything from location, shooting gears, lighting equipments, hair and makeup team, wardrobe team, etc. Everyone brought all the props we could use, like expensive handbag, shoes, etc. It's a project made possible only when we really come together and do it for the sake of the work. We could have done less but it would kill us to not maintain our standard.

So here it is. Thanks heap to Triton Film Bangkok, Iris our actress, Bangkok University for location, and everyone that made this crazy project possible.

The All-new Lexus NX PHEV: well, it was not long after COVID and things were not so fluid back then, so this car was introduced to the Thai market using materials provided by the global team. What we did was to re-edit the original TVC, putting emphasis on the selling points the Thai marketing team believed were winning factors, selected a song and recorded the voice over. I wish we had an opportunity to do more because this car has so much potential. But even with our limitations, it sold out within months.
