Russia Introduces E-Visas for Indian Tourists

Government officials involved in this project view the implementation of the electronic visa system as a significant stride towards promoting tourism and streamlining visa procedures for Indian visitors. Additionally, the Aeroflot flights between Delhi and Moscow will contribute to making Russia more accessible than ever before. Reports indicate that the validity of the e-visa will extend up to sixty days, providing visitors with ample time—up to sixteen days—to immerse themselves in Russia's captivating sights and sounds.

Ankara (Times Of Ocean)- The Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Saturday that Ankara and Riyadh have demonstrated a commitment to developing bilateral relations at the highest level.

Recep Tayyip Erdogan told journalists on the presidential plane returning from Saudi Arabia that Riyadh and Ankara are committed to continuing their cooperation in the interests of the region’s stability.

“I believe my visit will herald a new era in the ties between our two countries. We have demonstrated our common will to enhance ties on the basis of mutual respect and trust, most clearly and at the highest level,” he said.

Both countries and the region will benefit from joint bilateral efforts, Erdogan said.

He discussed various international, regional, and bilateral issues with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman during his two-day trip to Saudi Arabia.

“We focused on the joint steps we can take to improve our relations in the future … I reiterated our support for the security and stability of Saudi Arabia,” said Erdogan.

Turkey also attaches great importance to the security and stability of the Persian Gulf region, he added.

He added that Ankara and Riyadh agreed to bring together business people and investors from the two countries.

Turkey will support Saudi Arabia’s bid to host the 2030 World Expo in Riyadh, the Turkish president announced.

Relations between Turkey and Saudi Arabia have deteriorated in recent years, but both countries are now seeking to improve relations.

Turkey has also been negotiating to normalize relations with Egypt, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates.

Erdogan said that making friends instead of enemies is the way forward, and that ties should be improved with countries with whom “we share the same values and beliefs.”

Turkey has a decisive role in regional relations with Egypt and Israel, and by cutting ties, it will lose nothing.

“Turkey has a policy on Israel, and that is also possible with Egypt,” Erdogan said, adding that positive results indicate steps can also be taken at a higher level.

Erdogan said the elimination and loss of extremists is a “win for the entire world.” President Emmanuel Macron won a second term, defeating far-right candidate Marine Le Penne in the second round of voting.

I'm Korean, and i have to say i completely agree with your take on Yong Soo!! He doesn't have to be stupid, he can be a fun person to be around but also clever and mature at times, reflecting how old Korea is. My heart would always break a little whenever i saw fanfiction of him being a stupid boob grabbing plagiarizing jerk, because?? Those aren't even existing stereotypes?? I totally agree with hima giving yong soo a gaming and drama addiction, but anything else?? no way. Personally i hc yong soo as someone who is super fun and keeps a cheerful appearance, but he struggles immensely from all the previous scars of history, like japan colonizing korea, and the war he had with his twin brother north korea, so his mental health fluctuates a lot. now that I think about it, both 'boob-obsessed pervert who gropes people' and 'can't come up with anything themselves, just steals the ideas of others and improves on it' are both stereotypes that racist Americans have of the Japanese. so seeing Himaruya depict Korea that way is, uh, really something. if an American author depicted the personification of Japan that way (and I am very aware they have, even just within this fandom) there'd be hell to pay, so imo any fans who complain that the Koreans' reaction was too much... was it, though? was it really?

Yong Soo thinks Alfred should take his own advice first and give lectures later. perfectionist workaholics, the both of them. they're both very reliable and efficient though, and they have a lot of fun working on engineering (both software and otherwise) together.

now that I'm having more ideas, Alfred and Yong Soo would be so fucking infuriating. they're both tech geniuses. they're both incredibly good-looking, charismatic, and popular, they're both the ones setting the latest trends, they're both fucking rich, and the worst part is that they're genuinely so nice- yeah, that'd be infuriating. the two smartest, most popular boys in school are dating.

also realizing that Korea has several very specific traits that makes Yong Soo especially, extremely attractive to Alfred and those are 1) being a major US ally during the Cold War and not hating us afterward, 2) maintaining a reliable and combat ready military, 3) having similar governments, and 4) being located in the Pacific. these two get off on ruining Ivan and Yao's day (and then they go on dates with Mei/Taiwan).

The difficult part comes when the US wants to recreate NATO in the Pacific before he realizes that, you know, maybe it's better that we not try to merge the Japanese and Korean armed forces.... whoopsies. our bad.

Yes, that is an animal. Yes, scientists refer to it as the purple sock worm. No, that’s not it’s real name, silly, it’s real name is Xenoturbella!

When these deep-sea socks were first discovered, no one knew what the fuck they were looking at (and, really, can you blame them?). They have no eyes, brains, or digestive tracts. They are literally just a bag of wet slop. DNA analysis initially seemed to indicate that they were related to mollusks, until the scientists realized that DNA sample was from the clams they had recently eaten (yes, they can eat with no organs. We don’t know how.)

Scientists then analyzed the data again and tentatively placed them in the group that includes acorn worms, saying that their ancestors probably had eyes, brains, and organs, but simplified as a response to their deep sea ecosystems.

Later DNA testing has since shown that they are their own thing! Xenoturbella, along with another simple and problematic to place creature called acoelomorphs, belong to their own phylum called Xenacelomorpha! This places them as the sister group to all bilateral animals. So, they just never evolved brains, eyes, or organs. They are a glimpse at a very primitive form of animal that never bothered to change, because apparently what they do works. Rock on, purple sock worm.
