I love when bad doesn't miss an opportunity to compliment Pierre (about the translator, his builds, his factories) he never forgets to be nice and I would Love it if other people had the same energy for him instead of taking taking without ever giving back not even a thank you.

Well pierre is the same, bbh online? You mean bebou? Always talking about his dedication and his try hard habits, never did he talk badly about him. When you think about it who is pierre actually close to on the island, even etoiles doesn't know some things I think.

Always talking positively about each other and what they're going to discuss about or show each other. They're so open to the other even when it's not something they particularly like (pierre kidnapping Fred, bad never judged him or the soulfire base, pierre saw it was important for bad so he tried to see it in a positive light) like neither of them ever turned their back on each other EVER and I feel like It won't happen because they're both moral ambiguous characters that stand by their people no matter what (even when Pierre put cameras in bbh's base he didn't react badly, just to show you the level of trust) it's not good moments that are missing just people keeping track of them...

Time for some Morro thoughts. I really appreciate how Morro ties into the themes of season 5. Season 5 focusses a lot on destiny and how even though destiny can predetermine your life, it is not always linear and you can still experience drastic changes to your life. Morro challenges destiny and defies it by escaping the Cursed Realm and it changes the destiny of other characters. Cole becomes a ghost and Nya starts her training as the water ninja. Heck, even Djinjago falls because of the events of Season 5, which heavily affects Nadakhan’s destiny. Also interesting how Morro’s desire to defy destiny started with the Green Ninja prophecy and when he was able to defy it, it was because the actual Green Ninja had opened the Cursed Realm to banish Garmadon

(also an interesting coincidence how the villains of the season are ghosts. You know, beings that defy destiny in a way because they still stick around after their fates kill them. MAYBE IT’S NOT THAT DEEP and I’m looking too into it. Maybe the writers just wanted the ninja to fight ghosts but it’s still a neat coincidence either way. food for thought)

i love the idea that like greyfax by her nature of being an inquisitor and one with the powers that she has is just fundamentally incapable of having like any form of normal sincere vulnerability and human connection. and thus the closest she ever gets to it is this bizarre adversarial relationship she has with a woman she is convinced is either already corrupted or going to become such. and because she is such a deeply suspicious person by nature, any form of positive regard towards celestine just freaks her out worse. because that's dangerous.

my ideal romance dynamic is that celestine is simultaneously the most comforting and terrifying presence in greyfax's miserable life. one that grows progressively more terrifying.
