This sequence (and the ones that follow) are so powerful to me. We see Will become confused, then alarmed, then filled with dread as he realizes something is seriously wrong. And Simon goes through a similar transformation on behalf of Wille. Right after they have finally gotten on the same page about wanting to be with each other, it is all ripped out from under them. And when you rewatch, you see that even as they are making their weekend plans, Wille ignores the phone call most likely from his mother bearing the news. Even that moment of peace was on borrowed time.

As usually, Edvin and Omar's acting deserves all of the recognition. With no dialogue, they manage to completely devastate me every time.
