Mod: Hey, so, it's been a while. Not really sure how to address this, so TL;DR:
I bit off more than I could chew with that last project I took on. Tbh, I didn't plan on doing an ARG, it just kind of... happened... but you can't wing an ARG, and I'm sorry I thought I could.
I thought if I thought about it long enough I would figure out the perfect way to end it, but the longer I thought, the more overwhelmed I became.
In the end, the priority of this blog is not my ego, but answering your questions. I'm sorry I lost sight of that. Making things more complicated than they need to be is a theme with me.
So, what is the future of this blog going forward?
I'm going to answer the rest of the asks, and then I think it's time to retire af-answers.
That won't mean the end of AF content from me: I'm hoping to revive the @otomefowl project once this is done.
I'll talk more about all this closer to time, but on the plus side, there's a good few months of material left! We'll all have time to prepare. Thank you all for your patience and support. I'm sorry for the wait.
Here's to a fitting end.
If I had a nickel for every book about a smart 12-year-old using Santa Claus technology, with tech-elf side characters, mentally ill mother figures, dead dads, themes of loss, and magic ex machina taking place at Christmas time and written by Eoin Colfer, I'd have two nickels.
And somehow the books are foils of each other. Artemis would 100% be Juniper's nemesis if they lived in the same universe. Love that, love them.
Read Juniper's Christmas if you haven't, it's great.
