Men really out here slamming doors on children because they haven't learnt a new name after two fucking months smh
Someone hurts my kid by slamming a door like a moody teen and they're going to end up with much worse than being called the name they were born with

where's bruce wayne giving his kids hugs that are a little too tight and a second too long after they let go because who knows when or if you'll be able to ever hug them again
where's bruce wayne who goes to his kid's recitals and school events when he can because he wants them to be able to see their father's face in the crowd
where's bruce wayne who hangs up and says i love you or that he's proud of them or to be safe because it can be the last thing he's ever said to them. the last thing they ever hear from him.
where's bruce wayne who is a nervous, over involved wreck because he knows how cruel the world can be
where's bruce wayne sucking in a breath and shaking anytime the phone calls because it can be the one to deliver fatal news
where's bruce wayne who's eyes water up when he realizes how much his children grown
where's bruce wayne who makes sure all his kids know they can always return back to the manor. for a day, for a lifetime, there's always a room. that they'll always have a place to stay and it'll always be their home too
where's bruce wayne who checks on his kids before going to bed, who visits the empty rooms too just in case and out of habit
where's bruce wayne who bandages his children's scrapes and bruises when theyre 20 because they'll always be his babies
where's bruce wayne who supports his children and let's them know they never have to be alone
where's bruce wayne who had his parents and childhood so violently ripped away from him that now he gets to be what he always wanted - a father.

omfg people really need to calm the fuck down about people disliking some characters like it's not always a deep seated prejudice or an inability to empathise it's because we are human beings with our own experiences and normal biases and fictional characters are not real and it doesn't matter if you don't like them for pretty much any reason at all and doesn't make you suddenly x just because the character is y it just means you don't like them. obviously other indications of actual prejudice or a repeated pattern mean something else entirely but you can just dislike a character because get this they're a character and not a real person. you can dislike real people too even it's almost like we've got free will. please oh please can we get out of the torture chamber together.

Aemond killing Luke =/= what happened during the night of Blood & Cheese. that was not equal* revenge, the two events can never and will never be equal under any circumstance nor attempts at justification.
I said what I said, and I believe it with my whole chest.
*quick edit on wording, that was my bad, definitely made my point look real stupid... this is why you double-check your rants, especially when they're controversial

it is so fucking crazy and evil that refusing to take a stance is so often touted as like the most reasonable best and “good” opinion to have

its so crazy how someone will go "hey its pretty weird to say you hate kids with your whole chest. you should respect them because theyre young and dont know better most of the time unlike you who have had the years of experience to figure things out unlike them" and a flock of people will bend over backwards to go "no its okay and understandable if you dont like or hate kids for xyz" "actually i hate kids why do you hate me you catholic" " i understand why people hate kids but you should still respect them" "oh actually because of you im disrespecting children out of spite now you catholic sounding fuckwad" as a response.

my dad: oh yeah Millennials are so needy and insecure because they all got told they were special and got all pampered as kids so now they have to be affirmed about everything and need to be woke all the time.
so then i hit him with "isn't it the millennials who are making all the movies about parents apologizing" and he kinda sat there for a moment before shooting off about how somehow its selfish and needy to imagine your parents apologizing to you for the hurt they caused you while still loving you.
well, dad, i don't know how to say this to you, but sometimes people are hurt. and then they want to not be hurt anymore. so they try to protect themselves. and they imagine their parents apologizing to them and making up their relationship. although i guess you wouldn't know anything about that-
