Guess what my dumbass deleted?!

Maybe it was for the best because my speech-to-text was acting up and I sound like I was having a stroke.

So here's the first draft that like I said before, I love @furiousjellifish concept for this AU and I do think that would be wearing in their day-to-day wear. While I think that 6 what they present in when they want to Dazzle it up or have to show up for ceremonies or festivals or other Godly duties.

So I ended up changing a lot because I was not happy with the color placement. And a lot of little things, for example, the arm coverings I was not happy with that. I was bouncing off ideas and I changed my mind a lot. That's why the middle part is green. And while I did end up changing a few things I did keep the design of the crown although I ended up changing the color later.

I noticed that I gave Leo the same expression I gave Lou jitsu when I sketched up the first draft of the god of fame. Because Leo mirroring his dad's personality is a constant throughout the Multiverse.

Fun fact, the reason why his face looks so weird is because when I was coloring it I grabbed the wrong marker, and didn't realize it until it was too late tried to fix it made it worse. Which is sad because I really did like how it was turning out.

Now the crown, at first I did a silver color but I changed my mind and went with gold. I think it matched it better. The stone is sapphire but if you have other suggestions I'm happy to hear them. Now the flowers are white cherry blossoms, I chose the white cherry blossoms because they're very simple flowers, which shows how young, and that he's in the beginning of the journey, there are also a few rose blooms hidden there, to foreshadow becoming the god of Romance. But the main flower are blue clematis, in the west, they represent cleverness, loyalty, and courage that are often found on roads, and grow in bundles so perfect for Leo.

Now on to his outfit, I changed the middle part completely. And I put both the Hamato Clan symbol and the Mad Dog instead of it being on the actual outfit. It's a very simple and very youthful outfit, I was going to go out ,but decided to save that for later.

We agreed that Leo was born at dawn, so that's what I was going for with the sleeves. And also are the colors of his brothers but in a more pastel tone. Besides wanting to tie it to the dawn theme I was going with, the reason why I chose to give Leo such a light blue for his outfit and add the colors of his family, is because Leo hasn't become the god of romance or has been recognized as the god of strategy/ medicine yet. He's still very unsure of his position in the family, he still is very dependent and ties his identity to them. And I wanted that to reflect on his clothing,

So when you look at this outfit, the first thing your eyes are drawn to are the purple red, and orange details.

Then we have his pouch because of course, even when he's in his full get up, he needs to have something that ties him to medicine, and why not the thing that made the whole fandom tie him to that particular head Cannon?

Maybe I'll give him a third outfit like I did with Donnie. After all the god medicine, needs to be able to move around too, but if I do I'll sketch it out when I'm trying to figure out his God of romance outfit, and if you guys have ideas I would love to hear them.

Now we have the Sokka rip-off, I mean the mortal disguise. I originally wanted to give him a cape future Leo Style but decided against it, I also thought about giving him a sun hat, like I did in the Leo Usagi first meeting comic, but I was too lazy to draw it. The colors are more faded due to the fact that he's in disguise. His satchel is brown instead of blue and that also I did have this micro idea of him not wearing his mask when he's down there with Usagi , unlike his brothers, or he stops wearing it the more times that he goes down there. I'm pretty sure there's some symbolism there but I'm too lazy to think of it right now.

In the original post I mentioned, that I stopped drawing when I was in my early teens between 14 and 15, but I started drawing at the end of last year (funny enough it was also because of an elaborate Au I'm working on it) but life got in the and I ended up not drawing for a few months. But working on this Au with you guys, that are so creative and so fun to talk to, I got my mojo back so thank you a lot for that.

…Nah, fuck it. If I ever make an OC, they are going unnamed. I am 1000% sure I will never understand the naming convention of the Carebears series.

Speaking of, here's my OC! Not the most original in terms of species, but she isn't canon now is she? No name given, but she has a tummy badge!

I wanted her to be curious, often searching for stuff that somebody's lost. Or maybe even exploring areas no one's gone before. I'm unsure.

Also I didn't draw the hands because I couldn't come up with how to position them. At least you can see her tummy badge. It's supposed to be a heart-shaped magnifying glass.

Her colors are a pastel purple (fur), lilac (eyes, nose, tummy badge), and white (muzzle, tail tip, inside ears).

Chapter 5: Or worse

"Mister Potter, Mister Weasley. Mister Longbottom and Miss Granger too! Why are you four out this late!" Professor Black exclaimed, looking at his first year students in surprise.

"Do you have any idea what could have happened if I wasn't here. You could have been hurt. You could have killed. I expected better from you." Professor Black said putting down a bucket of what Harry hoped to be raw meat as his professor's worried voice started to become calm as he checked to make sure they have no injuries.

Harry and Ron looked stunned by there professors actions while Neville whimpered in shame and Hermione bursted into tears.

"I'm sorry, I tried to stop them but they didn't listen and I followed along so they wouldn't get hurt and and and," Hermione sniffled trying to talk through her crying.

"Your not in trouble Miss Granger. You children could have gotten into serious danger, you should be very lucky," Professor Black said passing Hermione a black silk handkerchief.

"Ah, so you caught the troublemakers Professor," Mr. Filch said come there way after hearing the ruckus they caused.

"It's fine Mr. Filch, I'll take care of the troublemakers but I am more worried as the how they managed to get so deep into the forbidden corridor. To be able to use such basic spells would be a fault in our abilities if I must say. If you could be so kind Mr. Filch, would you inform Dumbledore that extra precautions are in order?" Professor Black said in a soothing voice as Mr. Filch looked at him with a nod and grumbled off to the headmasters office.

"Now then children, come along." He said as he started to walk off to which they followed suite. Ron was a little beyond worried at the moment because this was becoming eerily similar to the times his mother would drag him off from public's eyes and then proceed to yell at him.

"Professor, all those trophies, awards, medals; why didn't you work for the ministry?" Hermione asked still sniffling as they walked through the halls.

"Didn't want to." He said not wanting to bring up the conversation although is was a couple moments later that Harry spoke out.

"Is it because of your brother?" Harry blurted out.

And at that moment, they saw his Professor flinched and pause for a moment.

"I suppose I did it to please my parents, and to drag attention to me instead of my brother. Of course they always found a way to be angry at him, not to mention he had a natural way of being in the spot light." Professor Black said hesitantly as they arrived to the Gryffindor entrance.

"Now then, detention is in order; I won't take house points if that's what your worried about Miss Granger and this won't be on you record either, there is no need for you to shed any more tears tonight, the Saturday after Halloween would do just fine. But if you get caught out of your dorms again, I will not save you from Mr. Filch again. Now off to bed with you four." Professor Black said as the four went into Gryffindor tower.

"Oh, and Harry." Professor Black spike out getting Harry's attention, "Congratulations on making the quidditch team, I'm sure you'll prove yourself well." He said in a small kind smile he seemed to always carry around.

"Why did they even have that thing in a school," Ron said still unsure what they experienced.

"Did you see, it was guarding something, there was a hatch under its paw." Hermione said already working out thoughts in her head as clenched the handkerchief.

"I was a little to busy looking at it head, if you didn't notice, it had three." Ron retorted.

"Is not one else going to question that the Professor had a bucket of meat with him?" Neville asked trying to stay out of Ron and Hermione's firing range.

"Probably feeding that thing." Ron said.

"But the meat was purple....."

"What so concerning about purple meat! What we should be worried about is that we didn't become dog food or worse." Ron said think of just what kind of punishment he would get if his mother found out.

"You two better get your priorities straight, especially if your going to get us killed again. Or worse. Expelled. Come on Neville; let's go back to are rooms. Hermione stated as she went off to her room and dragging Neville to his.

"Mental that one, isn't that right Harry?"

Harry wasn't sure what to think of Hermione because he was busy thinking of something else at the moment, something he didn't notice before. Professor Black; for a moment, gave Harry a feeling of familiarity.

But that's impossible.

Harry could have not met Professor Black before. Right?

"El Gasp, what are you two doing up so late." George said coming into the common room with Fred as they held several bottles of different colors of liquids.

"Are you causing trouble Ron, I'm so proud you're getting into the family legacy," Fred said pretending to cry tears of joy.

"No I'm not! What are you two doing up so late; what are you carrying." Ron said in bewilderment although Harry to was wondering just what the twins were doing.

"Oh you'll see."

"Isn't dangerous."

"Just causes a loud bang."

"I'll save you the trouble."

"Don't be the first to the Great Hall tomorrow."

"You can say it'll be a colorful day tomorrow," they said in unison as they let out a small laugh and went up to their room leaving Harry and Ron in concern.

"You should have expelled them." Severus Snape said as he stepped out of the shadows were he lurked, having made his presence clear after Regulus had dropped of the kids.

"Anyone can make mistakes, this is their first, it's only right I go easy on them." Regulus told as he took notice Severus appear out of nowhere dramatically as what seems to be a natural ability for Slytherins.

"Your picking favorites."

"I'm not picking favorites Sev."

"Then why watch over him." Severus said; Dumbledore must have told him, although Regulus didn't tell Dumbledore either; Dumbledore knows everything.

"You and I both know that I will take every opportunity I have to messing with his Muggle caretakers. Not only are they ill mannered, wear the most hideous clothes ever! Who in Merlin thought wearing pastel clothes with black shoes was a good thing??!! Did you know they lock him in a closet. They don't even bother to clean it. Not to mention it's a crime on its own to not tell him who he is, they have told him nothing, and fight me if you want; that's just as bad as what my mother did to me," Regulus said as he thought of all the times he watch over Harry, and all the counts of him having to obliviate people that saw to much of Harry's accidents.

Regulus tried to stay away; but he just couldn't.

They were alike; both having family that didn't like different, both having been abandon by the one person that could have saved them.

"It isn't Harry that took my brother away and it wasn't Harry that took her away either."

Group mood boards:

In today’s session we decided as a group to all do research and create mood boards to make sure we are all on the same page as one another with our ideas. All these mood boards show what we want in our brands, weather that is the colours, designs, or style. These mood boards are all inspired my the repurposed rave on the WGSN. Our intentions are not to copy repurposed rave but to take inspiration from it. After we created these mood boards we decided to have a group discussion about them and these are some of the comments we made.

Sushilas board-

Sushi’s board has prioritized what garments she thinks would be suitable with our brand. I like the patchwork idea incorporated in the tops and I think it would be best to have similar materials sewn together like this images. This is because as it may be practical wear it cant be too restrictive. In my opinion the patterns of these tops are nice especially the top left which the combination of pastel shades however I don't think we should include these designs as they aren't practical or comfortable for the comfort wear we are aiming for.

Talishas board-

Talisha has added more images on her board that helps us become inspired by the Repurposed Rave trend. These images seem to suit our desired colour palette more than the brighter colours which the trend report consists of. As we are still aiming to be a sustainable brand, it is harder to create vibrant colours with dyes which aren't chemically based. I like this board as its softer and more relatable to our message of empowering women. The first few images I believe could be used for our garment collection because although its style is slightly different to the standard t-shirt and joggers which you would normally identify with loungewear, they are still simple to an extent in which it would be comfortable for the customer. I think for these designs its important that the member of the group designs realised the patchwork is the unique part of the garment and already differs us from existing loungewear brands so they shouldn't try and make something really extravagant as this would defeat the purpose of being a loungewear brand as its not comfortable.

Shannens board:

I think Shannen's board explains what i was just mentioning in Talisha's analysis. I like this board the most as its simple designs made it the most effective and relatable to our brand. As we want so much incorporated in our brand such as charities, tips and sustainability these simple garments does make our brand look too cluttered. I love the ideas of clashing colours together which this trend is all about however I think its just as beneficial having these designs in one colour as it could reach a wider audience. These styles are much more flattering despite being activewear. This matches our ideas perfectly as it still completed its purpose of supporting a women when working out, it also makes them feel more confident with the help of more flattering neck lines. I really hope we take this board into consideration when creating our garments. I hope using these designs as inspiration can help us achieve our purpose of enabling women to wear whatever they like without these preconception consequences which society have created. This designs would have a women feel more comfortable in their body and empower them to believe anything is achievable. This current lifestyle I think is starting to rise within women and I believe this brand idea could have achieve this shift in society.

My board-

Above is my Board in relation to the trend our brand is interested in. These colours match our brand and the Euphoric colour palette well. Its best if we have a slightly different colour palette for our clothing collection in comparison to our brand aesthetic as the trend wont always be long term. Incorporating some colours such as purple and pinks into our collection will help the collection relate to our brands aesthetic however it would be best if we use some that don't relate in order for our brand to progress in the future when this trend isn't as popular. Again I like this board for its designs however I'm unsure the lace up, criss cross style of tops are going to be practical for our loungewear.

Julia’s board-

This is Julia's work and I think she has got her ideas across well. These style of tops are much more practical than the other boards. We briefly mention creating these clothes that can also be suitable for other occasions which I think Julia has portrayed though the use of the imagery. I also like the pictures of the silhouettes she has used to show this which I think could be an interesting way we could show our designs. I might sketch some illustrations inspired by these silhouettes and show the group to see if they like this idea. I also like the idea of using the brighter colours as a statement piece by incorporating them with neutral shades. This may help a consumer who wants to be more confident in what they wear but isn't their yet and wants to ease into this new lifestyle process. I know that it can take time for some women to achieve this sort of mentality and I think it would be beneficial to covey that we are there for all women.

Jorjas board-

This is jorjas mood board for the group to see. She wanted to incorporate other images which She felt related to our brand in order for the group to visualise the garments with our brand. She decided to find images which show my idea of using patchwork on the same fabrics rather than different cut outs. I think these suit our brand better than the bright and vibrant colours however they don't significantly match the euphoric trend and its idea of using vibrant colours to lift a persons mood. I thinks this board related to the trend Colour Me Happy more as they show more opaque, block colour clashes. I like the idea of adding in drawn illustrations to this brand which I have added into this board. As the logo, which Jorja made in the CAD lectures, is quite childlike and not as mature as existing sustainable loungewear brands I thought it would be good to add illustrations in as it suits our younger audience. In my opinion keeping the garments standard but incorporating the patchwork style would give the best results for the business and help achieve our internal goals. Its important we remember that we want women to feel comfortable yet confident in these clothing and these goals should help change current lifestyles for women in society. I believe things such as flattering necklines and pastel shades would help achieve this in relation to our brand.
