Danganronpa Rebirth - Voice Actor Headcanons.

So here’s the latest update of this little series on my blog where I assign official voice actors to characters that don’t have them. Today we’re doing another Fanganronpa, Danganronpa Rebirth.

Now as per usual, I need to point out a few things.

This is NOT CANON. These are HEADCANONS and are unofficial. It’s just a hypothetical situation. If the characters were voiced, this is who I imagine would voice them.

I am aware of RebirthVoices being a thing, and this post is not to besmirch them or their work or effort. This is just a hypothetical cast that Chunsoft would probably hire assuming Rebirth was actually a canon game in the series.

I did the same thing with other fangans in the past, SDRA2 and Blowback. Check those out if you’re interested.

This series ended up becoming a lot more popular than I initially thought, so I’m just gonna keep up the apparent good work. So without further ado, I hope you enjoy my ideas. Or don’t. Your choice.

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible #01 Episode Director/Storyboard: Kazuomi Koga Chief Animation Director: Yoshiko Saitou Animation Director: Yoshiko Saitou, Mayumi Hidaka, Yasuyuki Noda

I was actually quite looking forward to this series's debut once I found out about the staff. Pine Jam is likely one of the most underrated studios right now, their works are all very distinct from each other while always remaining of good quality. Plus it has a very talented director in Kazuomi Koga, who has been stuck with Rent a Girlfriend in recent years so it's nice to see him do another series that's not cursed.

This episode was just very, very cute. I loved Kazuomi's boarding for exaggeration and chibi. They're all so absolutely adorable. He has a talent for making these chibi expression shots not jarring in any way. And many of the facial expressions likely come directly from his boards.

The show looks cute, and the characters are cute. If you're into fluffy high school romance, this is likely a must-watch this season.

Il secondo progetto deLa serie è Questo è il secondo progetto per il neonato studio GEKKO e alla regia c'è Kazuomi Koga (Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible).

Il fumetto si ispira alle gesta dello storico supereroe protagonista della popolare serie tokusatsu anni ‘60 di Tsuburaya Productions e ne costituisce il sequel.

Film d'animazione tratto dall'omonimo manga one-shot, firmato dal leggendario Akira Toriyama, verrà proiettato nelle sale giapponesi dal 18 agosto.

La pellicola è diretta da Toshihisa Yokoshima e in lavorazione presso gli studi SUNRISE, ANIMA e KAMIKAZE DOUGA.

🔶🔸FLUFFY PARADISE

Inizialmente previsto per quest'anno (ma poi sappiamo il casino che è successo con certe serie), il debutto in tv della serie ispirata all’omonima avventura fantasy slice of life di Himawari, è stato spostato, con mia poca sorpresa, al 2024.

L'anime è in cantiere presso EMT Squared (Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear) e ha come regista il debuttante Jun'ichi Kitamura.

Rent-a-Girlfriend Director Helms Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible TV Anime Adaptation

  The teasing subgenre of romantic comedies is about to get another entry with the TV anime adaptation of Nene Yukimori's Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible manga, which unveiled a teaser visual along with main cast and staff details.

  On the production side, Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible is being directed by Kazuomi Koga (Rent-a-Girlfriend) at studio PINE JAM (Kageki Shojo!!), with series composition by Yuya Takahashi (Selection Project) and character designs by Yoshiko Saito (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation animation director)

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible Delayed After Episode 6 Due to COVID-19

The recently released Rom-com series, which started its journey on January 10, has gone on hiatus. According to my information, the first Rom-Com anime was released this year, just after 2023 began.  As we see the animation, it is a chibi and shows two main characters who are obvious and have feelings for each other. But only 5 episodes have been released so far, and now, because of the widespread COVID-19, the production house will stop airing episode 6 of the anime series. 

Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible overview 

The anime is basically based on the romantic comedy manga by the author Nene Yukimori, which was first serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine on October 24, 2019, under the name of the Young Jump Comics label. The 10 tankoubon volumes of the series will also be released in September 2022.

Plot summary

The story starts with an introvert named Kubo, who sits next to Shiraishi in their first year of high school. Because of this, Shiraishi's confidence and his introverted nature changed drastically.  He started speaking up in class, and soon, with the help of Kubo, he was noticed at school, the bookstore, and all around his locality. Hence Shiraishi's dull and boring life became an exciting journey, which later became a love for each other.

The announcement is made to stop airing Episode 6 due to the COVID-19 issue. But it is also said that anime series will be back with episodes in April, and they will air the episodes from the beginning, like from the first episode itself.
