hmm some jesluktra fluff with nonbinary jesse perhaps? maybe jesse and lukas going to visit petra on her adventure,,,

Jesse hopped on their horse, smiling as Lukas rode up beside them.

“Ready to leave?” He asked, his backpack and camping supplies already mounted on his horse. He gave the steed a gentle pat, awaiting Jesse’s reply.

“Ready as I’ll ever be. Petra was north of here last time she wrote us, right?” Jesse looked up at the clouds, their mind immediately discovering shapes in them as they listened to Lukas speak. It was early that morning, they’d decided to meet Petra as a surprise for her birthday. The dress smelt like fresh dew, the air calm and cool when Jesse first went outside an hour ago to make preparations for their journey.

“North it is. Let’s get going.” Lukas pulled the reigns in his horse, and Jesse watched him for a few moments as he rode along. They gave their horse a gentle pat on her neck, fingers brushing slightly through her rough hair.

“Let’s go.”

It had been a few days since Lukas and Jesse found Petra. They had spent a week traveling, but finding her was much easier than expected.

The horses were tied to a tree, a fire blazing in front of the trio as they made camp for the night. Jesse watched the fire, the light orange hue reminding them of Petra’s flaming hair. They felt a blush rise to their cheeks. Petra scooted closet to them, wrapping an arm around their shoulder. Lukas sat on the other side of Jesse, leaning into their touch.

Maybe it was just unspoken. But they all had this, this thing. Jesse would yearn for Lukas’s gentle touch, and then turn around and ache for Petra’s fiery spirit. Lukas and Petra also shared some nights together, hugging and confiding in each other as old memories lingering in their dreams.

Maybe they all loved each other. Maybe it was just a fling.

Jesse didn’t know, Jesse didn’t care. They were simply content in sitting with their friends, lovers, and watching the fire as they all fell asleep.

“Jesse?” Came Petra’s soft yet scratchy voice from beside them. They turned to her, amber eyes reflecting the fire.

“I love you.” Petra leaned across Jesse’s lap, grabbing Lukas’s hand and laying herself over top the two of them.

“Love you too, Lukas.” She said, yawning and falling asleep soon after. Jess watched Lukas comb his fingers through her hair, a pleasant smile on his face. They leaned closer, pecking Lukas on the cheek.

“Love you.” Jesse mumbled before laying in the grass. Lukas grabbed their hand, thumb stroking over the calloused skin on his palm.

“I love you too, Jesse. I think. I love Petra too.” Lukas laid one the grass next to Jesse, subconsciously pulling Petra up so she lay between them.

“Jesse?” They awoke with Petra lightly shaking them, the sun in their eyes and the smell of fresh fruit tingling their nose.

“Lukas found an apple tree while you and I were sleeping. Breakfast is ready if you wanna get up now.” She teased, smirking at Jesse’s bed head and trail of drool on their chin. They grumbled an okay before sitting up, eyes landing on Lukas who was chuckling softly about Jesse’s appearance. They were always told they had a devious bed head, they never thought it was that bad.

“Morning sleepy head.” Lukas kissed Petra on the cheek as she sat next to him, Jesse was soon to make their way over and lay their head on Lukas’s lap.

“Thanks for letting me sleep in.” Jesse yawned, closing their eyes because damn Lukas’s thighs were comfy.

“Hey, Lukas, Petra?” Jesse spoke groggily, still tired.

“I’m happy with you both. Thank you.”

Jesse was soon back to sleep. Petra smiled at them, shaking her head at their tiredness.

“I’m glad you two came out here. We’ve uh, got a lot off our chests.” Petra grabbed a baked apple from the fire, not giving as much as a flinch as her hands brushed the flames.

“I think, well, I think we’re all happier this way.”

Lukas kissed her on the cheek before leaning down and kissing Jesse’s forehead, pulling back their hair before it got too tangled.

“I’m happy. I think you’re absolutely right, dear Petra.”

They watched the apples in the fire for a moment, Lukas was still smiling. Petra laid her head on his shoulder, eyes drifting closed again.

“Wake me up soon. Don’t wanna nap the day away....”

Lukas sighed, staring into the sky as his two partners slept on him. The position was very uncomfortable, but deep down, Lukas wouldn’t have life any other way.

What a happy day.

Everyone liked Petra. Lukas was sure there were people who didn't. But he had yet to encounter someone who didn't like her. Even Aiden did, and he was picky about the company they keep.

She was something else, really. There was a mystery about her that was appealing. She was also strong and knew how to fight. And it was easy to understand why everyone liked Petra.

Less easy to understand was why Petra liked him. But here he was out and about with her at Endercon, of all places. She was perusing a booth with handcrafted weapons. Asking questions about each one and listening intently to the weaponsmith ramble about her work; her eyes alight with this fire and excitement that Lukas was just getting to know.

After, they walked over to one of the many food booths. Lukas ordered something for the both of them and stood eating their meal, finishing it pretty quick, and taking to watching the people of Endercon. Many were talking animatedly about the building competition.

"You guys did really good on the build. It's a fireworks dispenser right?"

Lukas turned to Petra, blinking.

"Oh! Thank you! Yeah, it is. We perfected the design, made it completely automatic."

She smiled.

"The work paid off."

He nodded.

"Jesse, Olivia, and Axel did pretty well this year. Second place is no easy task to get."

She nodded and then laughed.

"I'm sure Jesse's disappointed. She really wanted to beat you guys."

He frowned and pressed his lips into a line.

He and Jesse weren't rivals per se, at least Lukas didn't think they were. Jesse was Petra's friend. And, as far as Lukas was concerned, any friend of Petra's was a friend of his.

"What's that face for, blondie?"

He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

"Do you think Jesse hates me?"

She frowned and bit her lip.

"No, I don't think so. She's just kinda competitive. She wants that first place prize."

Lukas frowned. They're groups were often at each others throats. How couldn't Jesse hate him?

"Are you sure?"

Petra reached over and squeezed his hand.

"Yes. I mean, who wouldn't like you? Perfect and charming Lukas?"

Lukas's face burned immediately and he bowed his head.

"You're just being nice."

"And you're just being modest."

Lukas scrunched his nose and squeezed the redhead's hand back.

"Thanks, Petra."

She beamed at him.

"I'll talk to Jesse, okay? She's really understanding. Almost to a fault."

"You don't have to."

"It's all good. I want to."

Lukas smiled and they kept their hands linked together for sometime just standing and watching the last fading light of the sunset together.

I absolutely adore Catradora, Glimbow, Seamista, Scorfuma and Entrapdak from She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. (The gays were strong on this show and I'm loving it 🏳️‍🌈!!)

C) A ship you never liked and you probably never will.

Violet Baudelaire/Count Olaf from A Series of Unfortunate Events. Don't come at me.

(For the record, the age of consent in Turkey is 18 and I'm going to build my arguments on this. I'm not "hating" on the ship, I can't stop you and I won't hate if you like this ship, I'm just stating why I find it problematic. Alright? I don't want unnecessary hate or drama. Also, I read the books but I didn't watch the TV show, so I'm going off with what I remember from the books.)

(Also, spoilers.)

Starting off, Violet is 14 (she ages and is 16 at the end of the series but it doesn't change anything in my eyes) while Count Olaf is at least 35 (his hair has whites and all). Usually I don't have a problem with age gap relationships if both ends are over the age of consent and the want of relationship (is that how you say it??? English isn't my first language I'm sorry) is reciprocated by both ends. I don't think the "relationship should be reciprocated by both dudes" box is checked because 1- Count Olaf only wants to marry Violet because of the family's fortune and 2- yeah have I talked about how this guy forced Violet to marry him and he almost succeeded? And now Olaf's literally stalking the Baudelaire siblings, changing into different personalities in order to get his hands on the fortune?

That doesn't exactly spark a "healthy relationship feeling" in me.

Again, I will neither stop you nor hate on you if you like this ship or if you make content about this ship. I'm not hating on it either. I'm just stating why I don't like it.

K) What character has the best/your favorite development arc?

This has to literally be the hardest question on this list 😂

Um, I could be incredibly basic and say "Zuko's redemption arc" which is one of my favorites, but I have wayyyy many more than that. Here are a few:

Usagi's arc throughout Sailor Moon, my god she gets one HELL of a glowup!! From an annoying crybaby to the BAMF we know as the reincarnation of Princess Serenity. Holy crap sis you slay!!!

Catra's redemption. Just... AAAAAAAA!!! It's amazing!!!

Wolf's development from Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts. I'm just so happy to see her finally be able to let her guard down and have such good friends after so long! We know she deserves it. She's amazing.

Freaking 👏 Olivia 👏 from 👏 Minecraft: Story Mode. Like s1 ep 1- she's super anxious and she overthinks a lot (which honestly, SAME). S1 ep5- bRO she kicks ass and she kicks that ass with SASS. I love her with all my heart.

Jim Lake Jr. I love how he went from "screw this I didn't ask for this bs!" to "y'know what I didn't ask for this bs but here we are!". It really shows how much he has grown and how he starts to accept what has already been done instead of denying it and he tries to accustom his life around the given circumstances. I forgot how many times I yelled "JIM I LOVE YOU" to my tablet screen as I was binging Trollhunters tbh.

Lukas pulled at his collar, his dress vest was a bit tight, and very uncomfortable. This was his first time wearing it, so he supposed it would break in after a while, get more comfy to wear. That or he would get used to it. He combed back his hair once more time before putting on some moisturizer and walking out of his bedroom.

The hallways was decorated with pictures of Petra and him, memories of the years they had spent together. He soon was at the door, his wallet and keys in his pocket when the doorbell rang. Lukas was quick to answer it, and upon opening the door he gawked at his girlfriend.

Petra stood there with torn jeans, old sneakers, and a plaid shirt tucked into her waistline. She smirked at Lukas, eyeing him up and down. They both clearly had different definitions of formal.

Lukas looked at her outfit, smiling at how expressive she was.

“Are you ready for our date tonight at the carnival?” She asked, already adjusting Lukas’s tie for him.

“Absolutely. Let’s get on with it, dearest.” Lukas leaned up, giving Petra a quick peck on the cheek before grabbing her hand and walking out with her.

Damn he was lucky. She was probably the best person Lukas had ever dated, definitely the best person he ever will. He had a plan tonight. There were supposed to be fireworks later in the evening when it became dark outside, he had the ring in his pocket, tucked safely away in a small, slim box.

Lukas smiled to himself. Tonight would be the night he proposed.

Just his luck.

Petra had pulled him to the center of the carnival, there had been a small area cleared for people to view the fireworks.

When they started, an excited, almost childish look broke out over Petra’s face. Her cheeks lit up in red, eyes reflecting the colors of the fireworks.

“Lukas! Look-!” Petra grabbed his arm and pointed into the sky. He didn’t notice her moving away from him, or her getting down in one knee, no, he was too occupied reading the message in the sky.

‘Will you marry me, Lukas?’

He felt tears spring to his eyes, of course, Petra had the same idea. He covered his mouth with one hand, turning back to his fiery lover with tears falling down his cheeks. She always did tease him about being emotional.

“So?” She asked, holding out a small box, opened to reveal a small copper ring. It looked handmade. It was just like her to do something like that.

Lukas felt his knees wobble underneath him, he fell to the ground, tears streaming down his face as he repeated yes over and over. Petra was quick to hug him, tears of her own falling down her cheeks. Lukas kissed her before starting to laugh.

“What’s so funny?” Petra asked, gently sliding the ring onto Lukas’s finger as he covered his face.

“Check my pockets.” He whispered, staring at Petra with love in his eyes. She did, checking his left pocket when-

“Oh my god-“ Lukas held his hands over her’s, slowly opening the box to reveal a small silver ring. It was small enough that it wouldn’t get caught in anything while she fought, but it was still lovely.

“You were- oh- Lukas!” Petra dove forward, crashing her lips into Lukas’s and knocking them both completely to the ground.

Two great minds think alike.
