Spawn Of Possession - Cabinet (Osmose Productions, 2013)

Now, for the lovers of technical death metal, here is my favorite. Spawn of Possession. Their album Incurso is some top shit. Apparition is an amazing song which has a whole story baked into it, which is something I just adore.
Unfortunately the band split up, so this was the last album we'll most likely ever get. If it's to your liking, I recommend the entire album, but if you want specific song recommendation, here it is: Bodiless Sleeper. The Evangelist. No Light Spared and Deus Avertat.

Genshin 4.2 spoilers and all of this is just speculation but...
Neuvillette's character story suggesting that the Melusines may be a new species of hydro vishap (which seems to be corroborated at least in some part by the Wild Fairy questline) is extremely wild in terms of overall lore impact.
Because either it means that something from the Abyss (or at least something of Rhinedottir's making) was able to harness the energy of the Light Realm, traditionally only accessible to pure elemental beings and almost always considered diametrically opposed to the Abyss Realm...
Or the body that the Melusines spawned from was originally a Light Realm dragon before Rhinedottir got a hold of it and used it as a vessel for Elynas, and the Melusines are actually a form of hydro vishap because biologically they are descendant from a hydro dragon.
"Neuvillette is the melusines' dad" jokes looking alarmingly canon-adjacent at the moment... 😱

I had an idea for a comic but needed something i liked to make it work that didn't feel like it was blatantly just a copy of anyone else's designs
it did take a lot of looking at both sheep furries and real sheep to find a face shape I enjoyed . bonus below
the main idea, starting postgame (or at least post Nari conversion) is that the lamb's conciousness is frequently ... elsewhere. and so the crown itself is the one piloting the lamb. it's only noticed when lamb's decrees and rituals focus more and more on Sin to the point where it's damaging things that Narinder watched the lamb spend years building. And the lamb everyone is used to stops coming back.

i’m going to be a hater again for like 20 seconds. about astarion. as per usual.
why do ppl insist on reading (spawn and/or pre-ritual) astarion as possessive of his partner? why do we Want him to have that trait? what is the point. why r we trying to make him possessive and protective when he’s like… not? ascended!astarion is right there u can literally have this if u want it! u don’t need to ascribe it to spawn!astarion when it’s not there. there is Literally A Version Of Events Where It Is True
