Back at it again with another Reguri AU that I don't have time to write. So steal it please! Seriously feel free to write, draw, or use it to distract your mind enough to fall asleep (is that a thing other people do or am I just freaking weird)

-Red and Green are on their honeymoon in alola (duh) and they are doing a fun little couples battle with some of the alolan pokemon they've caught

-one of the tapu's sees them and wants to fuck with them cause they're unhinged (my 5 year old has rewatched the sun/moon anime like 15 times and i still can't remember which one does what)

-sends green back into time (note this is gonna be like dragon ball z time travel where it just created a new timeline or whatever)

-he gets transported midbattle with little red, but like not the championship and most of his pokemon haven't evolved yet

-Big!green is just like awwww you guys were so cute, little!red immediately realizes that somehow Green aged like 12 years in a flash and is obv confused, green explains that he was on vacay with his Red and got sent here somehow, let's go to the lab and see if gramps can help

-they travel to the lab or whatever, and the prof is immediately like "My dead son!" cause my hc is that green looks identical to his dad, and big!green is like nah sorry gramps it's just me from the future

-and they all talk and little!red is like, you aren't an asshole, anymore? and big!green like apologizes for little!green, and is like it may not seem like it but i know he cares about you, because big!green knows that during their journey he realized he had feelings for red, but like didn't want them so he just started being an asshole

-at some point daisy sees the ring and is like "oh you got married?! Whos the lucky lady anyone we know yet?" and big!green kinda like does an awkward quick glance at little!red, and is trying to figure out how to not out his past self because this isn't his secret to tell

-the prof is like 'oh holy shit you and red figured things out' cause he observes and figured it out when green was like 7 or something, and little!red is like wtf and big!green is like yeah but not for a while and then he gives little!red some training just cause what else are they going to do, plus little!red is having a crisis, cause he thinks his version of green hates him

-then it like flips to big!red's perspective and little!green shows up freaking out shouting for his red cause they were just together, and he see's big!red who is swole af and doesn't look that much like his red so he thinks his red has been kidnapped or something, and little!green goes absolutely feral, cause remember he has feelings for his red

-he's like i'll kill you, did you hurt him, where's red, and big!red is like this is the most adorable thing I've ever seen, and like big!green at one point had told him that he had feelings for Red when they were small but Red didn't really believe it until that moment, and also he's like hmmm green and i should adopt cause he's like high on honeymoon and little!green is such a cutie

-Big!Red is like i'm red, it's fine, little!green doesn't believe it until big!red brings up something that like only he would remember like they caught a caterpie together or something idk

-big!red goes and buys little!green some food and they kinda talk and little!green can't stop staring cause wow big!red looks so different, then he sees the wedding ring and is like devastated, and is trying not to cry or whatever and big!red is like able to read him like a book cause it's green even though it's little!green it's still green, and he like pulls out his phone and it's a photo from their wedding and little!green like short circuts cause he didn't even realize that was an option

-somehow they get to switch back and the other timeline red/green work out their issues quickly both with knowledge of the future and they start dating at like 14, cause 11 year olds don't date, and red never goes up the mountain except for the occasional week of training and green always goes with him and it's never angsty like the other timeline

-the alolan honeymooners are just glad to be together again and they finish their time in alola and red's like let's adopt and green's like whatever makes you happy

cowboys: green moves to the countryside to get away from transphobic family (professor oak), buying a run-down farmhouse in the middle of nowhere. despite having no experience in renovation, green tries to fix up the house by himself, resulting in him accidentally fucking up the water. he goes to the horse ranch next door to ask for help, where he meets red.

pâtissier green: a kalosian pâtisserie opens up in pallet town, the first new business in red’s lifetime. he isn’t much for sweets, but his best friend, leaf, follows the pâtissier on instagram and really wants to go check it out. red gives in, and even though he doesn’t have a sweet tooth, he does end up finding something he likes in the form of the french twink behind the counter.

alolan honeymoon: very little plot involved, i’ve just been playing through ultra sun lately

more angst: i’ve got a couple doozies in the chamber, if this option wins i’ll give a list of further options

other ships: mostly comfortable writing mlm since i’m a gay man, some options are: appraisalshipping (adaman x volo), kbdn (raihan x leon), originshipping (wallace x steven stone), and preciousmetalshipping (silver x gold), but i’d be willing to branch out :)

And ridding off the headcanon here. When ዘዐጠቿSጎርKክቿነነ is applied to Geeta it just means uh....getting really sick until eventual early death. Since Geeta is part of the INDIGO DISC she can't stay away from Paldea for too long. Short work trips are fine n dandy outside the region but anything longer then a few months in some cases starts causing symptoms before eventual fading.

It's also really dependent on how far too. Alola for example might give her one month tops while neighboring region Kalos might shorten her lifespan by a margin at best.

Man sucks to be part crystal alien. You get stuck with normal human ailments and a funny little crystal timer that ticks down whenever you leave your country. She really wanted to plan that Alolan honeymoon too.

With only one look, it’s clear as day that this is one sassy little devil.

“They– well, they were abandoned, you see, and I–” Needless to say, excuses won’t be necessary; it isn't as if Jasmine hasn't done this before!

It takes James a moment to realise what’s different about the situation, but the Meowth says it all. He blinks a little and breaks into a grin as he turns properly to face her. He’s seen Alolan Meowth and Persian before, of course; they were one of the few regional species that Galar allowed in by dint of Galarian Meowth being native. It was a weird loophole that applied to the Kantonian species too.

Also, well, they had honeymooned in Alola!

“Mad? How could I be?!” James beams as he knelt down. It took him a second as the Meowth padded into the light for him to sex it as a male. “He’s certainly handsome! I-- no, if he was abandoned then I totally understand. He’s not very old either, is he? And in good condition too.”

That was entirely down to Jasmine, James imagined. She was a master of herbal remedies and such, after all.

Cautiously the Meowth pads closer and James lets him sniff his hand before he dares to scratch under his chin. The Alolan Meowth purrs happily, and James isn’t clawed - a win-win! Seems he likes them. That’s good.

Call back to my OW version of this post, Molayne is in the same boat as Junkrat. Any Molayne ship is a good ship. He could smooch anyone, at anytime, and I would agree. I could also see all of these happening in the same universe, as I see Molayne as very non-monogamous and affectionate

Rude girl tries to act like she knows better than me!

Alright so I [27F] and my Husband [28M] went from Unova to Alola for our honeymoon, it was going all fine and well for most of the trip, but then we went to this play in Hau'oli City's Mall, I pointed out how silly it is that they don't worship Arceus, creator of the world, and instead worship some weird birdmon to my husband, he agreed and suddenly this girl, I think just a teenager, came up to us and tried lecturing us about Alolan culture. She said that the Tapus protect the islands and that the Alolan residents have a close bond to them, how they recognize Arceus as what he is, just not a god, and I told her that children had no right to speak to adults like that, and she'd learn when she's older that the Tapus are clearly just fakes. Then her Sylveon slapped me with one of it's ribbons! She tried holding the damn thing back, and everyone else asked what was happening, I explained and they called me rude, insensitive, close minded and tried to say more things before I stormed off! Tip to any couples, do not go to Alola, it is not worth it.

Okay so I was there, and this lady wasn't just talking to a "child", she was talking to the champion of our region, Mara, and her Sylveon, VeeVee. She is 100% an Asshole, and an imbecile at that considering she didn't even think to ask said child why they cared about the information. Pretty sure we also were about to tell her and her husband that before they stormed out, man, could've saved them some embaressment!

Meet Tivus and Regla!

Tivus (from motivus, one root for locomotive), He/they theatre dad.

Flamboyant and over-the-top joyful guy. Loves clashing colors and is an absolute menace (affectionate) when it comes to fashion. (The twins are only allowed monochromatic colors to spare them from his sense of style until they can dress themselves.)

He only has a gliscor, which his beloved caught for him on their honeymoon. He spoils his buddy rotten and occasionally treats Gliscor like the twins' older sibling. Which he kinda is.

Tivus bought a "trains for dummies" book the second the twins started showing an interest in them. But soon they were saying more specialized words, so he had to go more in depth. He actually became friends with people who worked the subway because he'd call them up and ask questions when his research confused him. He'd also ask if they did tours, which they didn't, but eventually made exceptions.

"You don't need to know everything." "I'm their dad, I've gotta at least know more than them!" "You just googled 'wat iz tran'. Go to bed!"

He adopted Elesa (not really). She has unlimited access to his entire stash of theater costumes and random accessories that he impulse buys.

He's decent at sewing and made Ingo and Emmet the prototypes of what would become their signature coats. Elesa helped design them and later got a professional to make the final version.

He makes dad jokes. Lots of goofy poses and dad jokes.

For all his silly antics, the twins still know they can come to him about anything. He can take things seriously and offer mature advice when it matters.

He's the one the kids go to about nightmares, mainly because he'll regale them with a story about how the scary thing was actually a goofy thing, or couldn't get to them because he'd given it bad directions. "Silly logic away the scary" is his specialty.

Regla (base for what became rail), He/Him + She/Her: Genderfluid Ace Trainer papa/mom.

Very sweet, but very shy around new people. Has two separate styles so as to make it very obvious which gender he feels closest to that day because words are hard.

Words are not hard when they are regarding 3 topics: His husband, his sons, or anything regarding pokemon or battling.

He has two teams of three pokemon each. One for guy days, one for gal days.

His sons taught him about double battles as they grew up and that's the only time he'll battle with a full team. Ingo and Emmet have yet to beat him. (Whether that's intentional in later years, it's hard to say.)

He traded a lot with a pen pal in Alola early on in his journey to become champion.

Guy team (grass): Serperior, Ferrothorn, Sawsbuck

Gal team (ghost): Oricorio (sensu style), Banette, Dhelmise

(Pronoun shift. Regla started her journey as a girl and has no shame in talking about the past in such a way.)

Serperior was her starter as a kid, and she caught a ferroseed and deerling early on. They saw her through her journey of self-acceptance, so the grass types are what Regla uses on more masculine days.

He later attracted a shuppet to him one day when feeling full of doubt. Attracting the ghost type made him realize he was envious of his past self. That was a major moment in helping him realize he didn't have to choose to be one gender forever.

Oricorio and Dhelmise came from trading with an Alolan pen-pal that was very supportive of him through and through.

The pen pal wasn't actually the one trading, he more just got Regla in contact with those who'd be willing to trade in Alola and would perform the trade in person.

Why? Because it meant that even though they were too far away to actually hug, the pokemon could play intermediary. Purely as friends, of course. Though a crush might have formed on both sides…

The pen pal was Tivus. He saved up to come see Regla battle the final Elite Four.

Even though he didn't make it the full way, meeting Tivus in person still made it the best day! The two walked and talked for hours and hours. They'd have held hands if either had been able to contain their excitement long enough to do so.

They dated for a long time before settling down to be the mushiest couple and have the cutest twins the world had ever seen. Not a day goes by without at least one of them making it known that they're proud of the Subway Bosses. Usually through a little text. Or a flood of positive memes.

Optional Nimbasa Resonance AU Flavor Packet:

Tivus can shift into a spoon. Just a normal old spoon. He has a slight fear of psychic pokemon because of their purported like of bending utensils.

He has hidden in the dishwasher before to get out of chores. He's the reason spoons don't go into drawers anymore, they stay in a cup on the counter. (This habit follows the twins even after they move out. When Elesa asked about it, they both just say "dad" and fail to elaborate.)

Regla comes from a line of knife shifters, but the power skipped him in favor of his younger twin sisters. The mayhem the three got up to as kids prepared him well for Tivus, Ingo, and Emmet's antics.

They both adore Elesa and feel she's a wonderful meister to both their boys.

| i don’t know, they seem like the dumbasses to fake date. except everyone thought they were actually dating. it makes gladion hella flustered to act lovey dovey in public though (he’s not against it, but still…)

| ash is a morning showerer and gladion is a night showerer. they argue about it until lillie brings up that she showers twice a day. then they combine forces to attack her

| ash loves vines so much and quotes them all the time that gladion completes them for him sometimes

| they like doing puzzles together! somehow it’s super chaotic but they still do a decent job

| oh yeah, ash definitely has gatherings with his friends that gladion tries to participate in, even though he’s always drained by the end of it

| they go to kalos or something together for their honeymoon. of course they pick lumiose city, and they spent their week just travelling around the districts and staring at the pretty night sky together. clemont offered his gym for them to stay since it’s on prism tower

| bonnie really loves them together too. she was also super fascinated by all of gladion’s pokémon and ash’s alolan pokémon

| ash and gladion go on runs together when they both feel like it (rarely though, because dragging gladion out in the sun is already difficult enough. ‘why do i need sun for, ash? do you want me to photosynthesise like a plant?!’)

I have a pair of trainers (doing a collab so one trainer doesn't actually belong to me). They met in Hoenn, but one is visiting from Kanto, so after he does his league challenge in Hoenn, he brings her home to Kanto and lets her do her league challenge there.

But they wanted to do more. So they go to Johto, then Sinnoh, then Unova, they marry in Kalos, and they honeymoon in Alola. But while they're in Alola, they decide to finally settle down and 'retire', holding onto their Alolan Champion titles. They have a child, who also grows up to complete her island challenge with the help of mom, dad, and her 'aunts and uncles from Team Skull'. When she comes of age, they allow her to go on a trip to Galar as part of some foreign exchange program.

The couple had seen just about everything. They've met all of the legendaries and even caught all of them except Arceus.

Their daughter is fifteen now, she's away in Galar. They're watching the news and they hear that the subway in Unova is shutting down due to the fact that the lone conductor is struggling to run it on his own without his brother, who'd mysteriously gone missing five years ago. After commenting on how much of a shame it was, and how they hoped the brother would turn up soon, a rift opens in their living room floor, zapping them both seemingly from existence, leaving their pokemon in shock and total confusion at their trainer's sudden disappearance
