I mean, it's not explicitly stated in canon or anything, but it's pretty clear when you look at his design vs Lilia or Malleus, namely in the ears.

For example:

Both Lilia and Malleus have pointed ears. This is a key feature for fae that not many in the cast have.

Now take a look at Crowley:

I find this kind of interesting because this suggests that Crowley has been alive for a long time, perhaps since the times of the Great Seven. And this makes what he says in the prologue even more interesting...

Now some might say that he's talking to us, but I find it a little strange that he specifically used "fairest one of all." That particular phrasing is only ever used in regards to the Fairest Queen.

And note how he says benefactor. According to Google, a benefactor is a person who gives money or other help to a person or cause. So he couldn't be talking to us. We have nothing to benefit from being brought into Twisted Wonderland...so who is he talking to?

The Fairest Queen herself? I'm not really sure, but it does make me consider some other things...

I bought a mini CD player for my room (QUELLE SURPRISE I KNOW) and I set it up today. I put in my mahiru I Love You CD and holy shit I'm hearing sounds I've never heard before on that song???? like I know there's ticking - I heard that super clearly... but also other little tiny subtle instrumental noises that are brand new to my ears???????
