doctor!Alec/dancer!Magnus AU with kids, what’s not to like? It’s not too rushed nor is it too much of a slowburn. A few angsty moments but mainly fluff, its very cute! Currently WIP but seems likes there’s only a couple of chapters left to go.
Malex:
Pink, Purple & Royal Blue - SuchASeeweedBrain
Okay so this is a Red,White and Royal Blue Malex AU. Now, I haven’t read the book so I can’t say if the plot follows closely or not, but with that in mind I don’t think I’ve missed out on anything because of it. A good mix of angst, smut and fluff, its definitely in my top 3 - I’ve been waiting patiently for it to be updated every few days! WIP, but there’s only a few more chapters left until fully posted.

I was really intrigued by this, I don’t usually read mpreg but it didn’t feel like one of the typical summaries I’d read for that kind of fic so I gave it a go. It’s Malex focused, yet I loved the relationships between them and whole RNM gang as well.
Hang Inappropriate - Sismyn
AU, Alex as Michaels bodyguard. I may have accidentally jumped straight in at part 3 of the series? but, again, I didn’t lose out because of it. I love the way the story plays out, it all feels like natural progressions of a relationship/storyline like this and there wasn’t too much of a slowburn- Also there’s so much sass, I love it. WIP with one chapter left.

Ugh, this got me in the feels! its a oneshot and yet I can’t really explain why it got to me so much. You really feel the angst and misinterpretation on Michael’s side, and then Alex just wants to make sure there’s no miscommunication between them... I Loved it, one of my top 3 of February for sure!

A Fine Romance - DragonSgotenks
teacher!dean and nurse!dad!cas, this was a slowburner! But very much worth it. I really liked the way Cas’ past relationship has been handled so far and why he’s so hesitant because if it. Dean just wants to be in Cas’ life, too cute. WIP, a few chapters left.
Be My Forever - Casloveshisfreckles
Cas has a pet pig called Pug! This grabbed my attention from the get-go. There’s fluff and there’s angst (mainly family related) but its just two guys meeting through odd circumstances and slowly falling in love whilst dealing with annoying brothers. The Cas-Claire relationship is really sweet too!

Faced with the shadows of his past and the tattered remains of his uncle’s bookshop that he desperately wants to restore, Castiel seeks solace in the company of his feisty niece, Claire, and his best friend, Pug, the miniature pig. Pug has an attitude fit to match his fashion sense, so it’s no wonder that they soon become the talk of the neighborhood.
Then comes Dean Winchester - a man as vibrant as his ever-changing hair color. Pug wastes no time expressing his love for Dean, but it’s not quite that simple for a human.
Navigating his new and often rocky road that is his life in New York, Castiel soon realizes that things always seem brighter when Dean is around, and he doesn’t appear to be going anywhere. Is Dean really the answer to everything? Can he be the rainbow after the storm that Castiel has needed for so long? Pug thinks so.

“Thank you, Dean,” Cas says, softly, surprised but looking at Dean in a way that feels dangerous.
He turns away to clean the dishes. The timer for his mac and cheese interrupts any thoughts Dean might have been having, thank fuck. He’s gotta focus. Taking the almost-done dish out of the oven, Dean moves it to the warming rack and makes an executive decision.
“Right. So, this ain’t an episode of Bake Off, ya feel me?”
Cas tilts his head, his mouth full of lobster roll.
“I’m not putting on a show here, I’m working. It’s my job to feed you, but if you’re gonna hang around, you’re gonna have to help out.” It would save Dean a boatload of time if Cas cut up his vegetables for him. “You can handle chopping some veggies, right?”
If Dean lets Cas use his knives, no one needs to know that.
“Don’t cut your finger off, your mom will fire me,” is all the warning Dean heeds once he gets Cas set up with a cutting board and all the vegetables he needs cut up so he can start roasting them. There’s also a bunch of shit that needs to get cut up for the salad he’s making, so Cas has plenty to do if he manages not to slice anything off with Dean’s incredibly sharp knives.
Dean has steaks to prep.

It’s paused halfway to his mouth, his eyebrows raising as Cas comes through the door, his handsome face melting into a warm smile.
“Morning’ sunshine,” Dean drawls. “Some coffee?”
Cas goes right for Dean’s plush, pink lips, cupping Dean’s face as he kisses him hello. Dean’s hands become free enough to grab the back of Cas’s sweaty shirt so he yanks it off, Cas raising his hands and frowning because it forces them out of their kiss.
Dean happily kisses his pout away and Cas tastes coffee when he sucks on Dean’s tongue. By the time they pull back, Cas is flushed… and not just from his run. Foreheads pressed together, Dean slides his fingers down Cas’s sweat slick chest, Cas’s nipples pebbling when Dean brushes his thumbs over them and even though they usually don’t do this here, Cas wouldn’t mind seeing Dean spread out over the island.
He grabs Dean’s breakfast to move it when Dean stops him with a huff. “My cereal’s gonna get soggy.”
“Let it,” Cas growls, not giving a fuck about the cereal. He’ll pour Dean another bowl after he’s done making him—
“Cas, hey!” Rubbing their noses together, Dean soothes the rushing blood under Cas’s skin. “Tell me what you came up with on your run.” He gives Cas a little push, Cas settling against the counter opposite him, crossing his arms over his bare chest to show just how little he likes this idea. If Dean’s not going to let Cas fuck him on the kitchen island, then Cas isn’t going to let him enjoy the view.
Dean narrows his eyes but goes back to drinking his coffee, motioning for Cas to get on with it using a swirling motion that’s way too endearing.
Cas launches into his predictions for today’s game, giving Dean a quick rundown of why he’s sure Dean has at least eleven, if not twelve or thirteen outs in him today.
It’s a game they play, one Dean insists takes the edge off—a final prediction, he likes to say. They spend all week preparing for pitching days but the morning of, Dean likes to make their final guesses on his outcome. Whoever’s closest gets to make the other come first that night, and Cas takes their wager seriously, always wanting to be in charge of Dean’s orgasms.
Dean takes a bite of his cereal as he mulls over Cas’s analysis, grinning when Cas raises his eyebrow at how long he’s taking. They could be spending their time so much better.
Swallowing, Dean grins down into the bowl before glancing up at Cas through his stupidly long eyelashes, so distracting Cas almost doesn’t hear his reply.
“How do you feel about twenty-seven?”
