Meanwhile, you’re aren’t aware of the fact both submas and Volo are self aware and want your attention for themselves

You know those memes of a dog seeing itself in the mirror for the first time and just stares or gets angry?

Add that and the spiderman pointing meme, and you have three self aware men staring at each other baffled.

Until it finally sets in and a speech bubble appears on your monitor.

'I am Emmet, and we will not lose.'

Ingo stays quiet for once. As much as he would like to tell Emmet to be quiet, he agrees with what his twin has to say. He won't let this wanna be champion steal you away from them.

Volo is baffled, and can openly show it, compared to the sprites on screen. That is, until a scowl appears on his face.

'Hmph. As if you are worthy of a god such as them. Bring it on.'

You re enter your room with a hum, sitting down at your computer. All the speech bubbles are gone, and you happily check your switch, before continuing your run on your emulator.

All completely unaware of the declaration of war you had missed.

Hello Bird!

I am soooo sorry this got buried in my Asks, but excuses aside, this is inexcusably late! I want to say thank you so much for your kind compliments and I am so happy the Thranduilions have found a place in your head! <3

As for your question re: the BIG ONE--The Fates of the Thranduilions!

We know what happens to Legolas. The SotWK AU does not deviate from his War of the Ring participation and Fourth Age ending at all.

Mirion and Arvellas (sadly, tragically, but heroically) are killed in separate battles centuries before the events of The Hobbit.

Turhir leaves Mirkwood in TA 2601, soon after the death of Arvellas. His whereabouts and status (alive or dead??) become unknown to the rest of his family for centuries. Can't give more detail than that for the moment.

Queen Maereth is killed in Gundabad in TA 2793 during the War of the Dwarves and Orcs. 

Gelir is banished and leaves Mirkwood in TA 2800. But unlike Turhir, Thranduil and Legolas know he is alive because they occasionally receive news of sightings of him throughout Middle-earth. Gelir travels widely fighting Sauron's evils, trying to avenge his family, very similar to the way Elladan and Elrohir crusade against orcs with the Rangers. In fact, Gelir joins up with the Dunedain several times and even meets young Estel in Rivendell!

Now for the bigger spoiler!

By the time the War of the Ring ends, Gelir AND Turhir DO reappear and return to Mirkwood to reunite with Thranduil and Legolas! They become a happy (although still incomplete) family once more by the dawn of the Fourth Age and the renewed kingdom of Eryn Lasgalen.

Again, I'm going to avoid going into more detail than that for now, because I have to save some stuff for the actual fics I'm writing. XD

Okay, my little musician self saw the instrument ask and went bonkers. As a music major, I'd love to think about techno playing a shit ton of different instruments outside of strings bc some have!! Rlly nice symbolism! And I feel like certain instruments fit his vibe in a weird way.

Like in my brain he fits really hard into strings but also double reeds. But I also feel like he could fir into French horn which is a really nice mix and grey area between woodwinds and brass!

Anyways, I could talk for hours on end about music and its symbolism lol-🐦

For some reason, I was thinking about it afterward and my brain decided the saxophone is a Techno coded instrument too. But honestly I think violin still fits him best <3

I just thought of silly idea: haunted submas plushies

They want to say how much they love you, but can’t speak. So they show through their action by cuddles or getting small objects they somehow got their tiny hands on. Meanwhile, you don’t realize you have plushies haunted by the actual subway bosses and keep them on your bed cuz they make you feel safe for some reason and you get neat shiny stuff!

Imagine you get home from a long day at work, exhausted and a little irritated. But you end up doing a double take when you walk by your couch. Your subway boss plushies, which you thought were in your room, were cutely sitting on your couch. In front of them are little paper flowers. You blink, looking at them carefully. Had one of your friends or family members come into your home and did this as a small surprise? Gently, you scoop them up, and carefully pick up the small paper flowers. You put the flowers on a shelf, before crawling into bed. Pulling the plushies closer, you crash from exhaustion, feeling extra comfortable and safe for some reason. You must really be tired. All while your haunted plushies mentally cheer. They had managed to help make your day a little bit better! ♪(´▽｀)

Bird anon it's been a while! They're doing good! My demon of a bird (affectionate) bit me but it didn't go completely through like another time. Fat boy jumped on my face while I was sleeping and now I have a neat lil scar on my eyelid. Recently wrote a chapter of a fic (that no one will see for ages) and based it off my baby (Carmen, the black cat, the love of my life). Momma has been oddly cuddly lately and will not get off me for some reason? The baby in our house (I say baby but she's four) has learned that she can now pick up Holley (sorta) and Holley is... Indifferent, for the most part (she's very good with the kid). Sombra has also been far more cuddly than usual, I suspect they both have to do with the fact I always have a heating blanket on (and I give the best scritches). Sapphire is loud as always but has been getting better with the baby! The baby knows how to say sit and sapphy will sit for her (as long as she gets a treat out of it). Ruby and I (and also Carmen) are kindred spirits, none of us are fans on the kid but we tolerate her(except Carmen, she just runs which is a mood). She's been extra lovey though and still thinks she's a lap dog despite being like 160 of pure muscle rolling around on you.

And it's spring so they're all blowing their coats and there's fur literally everywhere🙂. I can not emphasize how much fur there is, it is insane.

Oh also I found a raccoon who sometimes jumps in our dumpster and eats the trash (I wanna get one of those wildlife cams to get a pic of him) I've been thinking of naming him butterball🤔
