¿Para qué?

Por un miedo egoísta de sentir ausencia, de aferrarse a lo que no tiene futuro, de extender lo que está condenado a extinguirse, nos seguimos atormentando.

Todo se desgasta, se envejece, se descompone. Pero como todo, según su construcción es más, o menos perdurable en el tiempo.

El interés, el amor, tanto como la materia es efímera. Incluso nuestra existencia intangible, se extingue con la degradación de un cuerpo tangible.

Somos materia y como toda materia, es temporal e histórica, con principio y fin. Y ese es el problema, no estamos acostumbrados al fin, porque duele, penetra en los egos más profundos y genera sensaciones intensas y únicas. Pero acaba siendo una relación directa y proporcional entre prolongar el fin y prolongar el sufrimiento, porque es inevitable.
