Langa is back in Okinawa with his husband but he doesn't think about the people he left behind. Not when that just makes his heart hurt but when a fight and a bit of luck lead him to discover his best friend is still as amazing as ever. Lighting up a stage like his made for it. Langa is 16 again and he doesn't know how to cope.

Reki thought they were supposed to be infinite. Langa had promised after all but here he was at 24, no best friend insight as he plays his heart out for people who should make him feel inspired. So why can't he stop writing songs about the Snow-haired idiot?

Sk8 headcanons (cause I need a break from writing my thesis :,V)

With some input from my friend @crowslikecheesecake cause we create cursed things together <3

Reki's favourite animated movie is "Cars" and he has merch crocs with Lightning McQueen

Langa's on the other spectrum of picky eater - he will eat absolutely everything. But he will rarely comment if he likes the food or nah

Miya has a secret YouTube channel about Minecraft, Fortnite and Roblox, and he thinks no one knows about it - they all know, they're just too scared to tell him

Reki jumps and slaps the top of doorframes before he walks into classrooms

Cherry can't cook at all and he doesn't even want to learn how to do that

Shadow is an absolute king when it comes to skincare routine, he nags Reki and Langa to use proper products cause "they're gonna thank him later"

Since Miya's an iPad kid he knows popular western memes and vines and he will randomly shout them out to confuse others and the only one who understands him is Langa

Miya: I spilled lipstick in your Valentino bag

Langa: youwhahbdhvsghdb you spilled LIPSTICK in my VaLenTino whiTe bag???

Everyone else: ...

Shadow reads GL mangas

Reki has troubles sleeping - he has an irregular sleep schedule, he can fall asleep only when he's totally exhausted and he wakes up pretty early, around 6 or 7 am

Langa on the other hand is a person who can fall asleep anytime and anywhere and when he comes over to Reki for a sleepover he always makes sure to trick Reki into going to sleep early

Miya uses cat emojis all the time

Joe doesn't really like modern technology and he avoids it as much as he can - he writes in a paper calendar, he uses his phone for texting and calling only and he buys a newspaper everyday. He's also super frustrated when it comes to social media and Cherry's the one who takes photos of Joe's meals to post them on Sia la luce Instagram account

Shadow would like to get a flower tattoo someday

When Chery and Joe turned 18 and went on their first trip to France, they didn't have enough money to buy a champagne so they faked a proposal to get it for free

Reki buys colorful band-aids with cartoon characters

Cherry always wears socks when he goes to bed cause he gets cold easily (if we go into slightly nsfw territory - Joe absolutely HATES it cause it's the biggest turn off for him)

Langa and Shadow listen to K-pop from time to time, but Reki's the one who knows the most about it - especially BTS - because his older younger sister is a big fan of them. Reki can recognize all members and knows most of their songs (even solo ones!)

Langa and Joe have no fashion sense at ALL, BUT in different ways - Langa will buy the first thing he sees and choose the most boring clothes and Joe tries, he tries really hard to get a grasp of it, but it's a total disaster anyway

Joe's the most responsible and chill driver ever - he makes sure everyone fastens their seat belts right

"Mi- Miya, I can see that. I don't care you'll crumple your new shirt, you want it a little crumpled or covered in your own blood? Yeah, that's what I thought." "For the last time, Reki, you can't be under the same belt as Langa, it doesn't work like that" "Kaoru, help me out there a little bi-" *Kaoru is asleep*

When Reki and Langa visit Canada, Reki insists to talk in English in shops and restaurants and he has that super heavy Japanese accent, but Langa can't get enough of Reki's pure joy when he gets his point across to the other person so he lets him do that. He hides behind Langa when someone starts speaking French tho

Langa watches conspiracy theories videos unironically (and yes, he even joined a flat-earth group on fb once)

Looks like Reki’s arm is all healed.

Langa being impressive as always with that big air.

Reki is so proud of him too!

I love how much these two bicker with each other.

Even some of the top ranked skaters like Cherry and Joe are impressed with how far Langa has come in the span of a couple months.

Who are these bastards badmouthing Reki? Don’t listen to these random background characters! Their words mean nothing!

Ouch, he skated right by Langa without even saying hello.

Langa is good at soccer too? Damn, this boy is perfect.

Ah, I knew Tadashi sounded familiar. He shares a voice actor with Shikadai.

Reki really stayed home by himself huh.. my poor boy is doubting himself way too much. He looks cute without the usual headband though.

Adam coming through with another dramatic entrance, courtesy of a helicopter and parachute this time.

Okay last confidence sk8 post because I need to stop spilling so much lol

Little thought I have:

We know in Canon Adam went to a different school then Joe and Cherry, meanwhile Joe and Chery went to the same school.

What if Joe and Cherry still went to the same highschool but just never ended up meeting one another? They both kept their skating on the down low. Joe was very much a jock and was definitely on some sort of sports team because it was the easiest way to make friends, meanwhile Cherry often worked with the student body to make banners or posters for them since he needed the practice, he still had his whole punk phase but instead of punk-skater he was known more as punk-artist.

He probably made a banner for the sports team Kojiro was on but the two never actually talked.

Things could have been different had they known eachother. Kaoru would be a little less lonely with Kojiro in his life and Kojiro would have had someone supportive of him being a chef... maybe they would have gone to France together.
