Four North American cities have a Corktown neighbourhood. Toronto’s is by far the most dense, although I’d say Detroit’s is the most exciting. Ottawa and Hamilton are the others. • • • #igerstoronto #toronto #ontario #canada #torontophotography #urban_toronto #corktown #corktownto #skyline #cntower #kingstreeteast #dusk #504king #citylights (at Corktown) https://www.instagram.com/p/Ck4MfAHPtw_/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I have no idea why they named this park after Teddy Roosevelt. Why are we still naming sh*t after racist colonists? Have we not learned anything over the last 10 years?

Thursday ride through Corktown, the oldest neighborhood in Detroit. With the new buildings and murals, there’s also preservation of the old- something I find so charming when I explore the streets. 9/7/23.
