Revisiting information from Tom Bower's book Revenge and current events in the House of Windsor.

Misan Harriman: All Roads lead back, to Soho House & the person Rachel described as her "gay husband," Markus Anderson.

Anglo-Nigerian photographer, Misan Harriman, was instrumental in Meghan’s 2014 post-Trevor re-brand from Deal or No Deal Briefcase Girl to faux philanthropist/humanitarian.

Allegedly he's also gay, along with the other "boys" in MEgain's Soho House Circle. All in "contract" marriages with female "beards" like Rachel Meghan Markle. All liars.

According to Tom Bower's research (Revenge p. 63), Meghan was determined to use One Young World as her launching pad to celebrity philanthropy.

She was unknown to the OYW founders and event staff so she contacted Misan Harriman to ask for an introduction to his friend, tennis star, Boris Becker.

Becker was already scheduled to speak at the Dublin conference and Misan pitched the idea of Meghan's participation.

Becker referred Meghan to HIS AGENT, Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne.

If I remember correctly, in Gina's pre-wedding articles and interviews, she mentioned that Meghan contacted her office in 2014 to express an interest in helping with the OYW conference(s). I had no idea that Meghan and Misan were friendly while Meghan cohabitated with Celebrity Chef Cory.

MEgain did not choose Misan for her engagement photographs. Misan has only been in the photography business for five (5) years.

Soho House members, the York Sisters, invited Misan to capture the moment Edo proposed to Beatrice. (sigh & smh) SAME Eugenie who told the press, "we really like her..." when someone (OMIT & Jessica) gave Camilla Tominey permission to publicize their affair. Camilla repeatedly writes that William MUST forgive Sparry. Tominey cares nothing for the Wales family or the country. Her interests are rooted in greed and irresponsible reporting to sell papers.

Notice The Meghans began paying Misan during MEGXIT. He captured the stills and video footage for Megflix. He is also paid by Invictus. There's a lot of cash flowing into Misan's bank account via The Meghan and their archeficicial business ventures. IRS, where you at???? 🤔

I'm not sure why I included the following in my original 2022 post: "Allegedly, during Harry's 2 nights in Tornto (babysat by Jason Knauf), just before he flew to the US-FL IG, Meghan (while cohabitating w/Cory & just back from spending Mother's Day weekend w/Cory's parents) Meghan told Harry about her interest in helping him with the Invictus Games."

One thing that stands out to me is how much both Meghans lied during the engagement interview:

Sparry & MEgain admitted (on international television) that they were secretly dating for 5-6 months BEFORE Tominey received the story.

Do the math. If they met in July of 2016 and had 5-6 months together in secret, Camilla's article would have been published in December or January, not October/November.

Camilla's article was published at the time of their Toronto (soho house) Halloween party with Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank: October 2016 = only 3 dating months.

If they began dating during Sparry's Spring promotional visit to Toronto for Ingriftus, then YES--- they were "together" (like spooning bananas) for five (5) months before MEgain leaked the details to Tominey

Sparry is just as much of a compulsive liar as his wife. He lies about the unnecessary details:

"we had to announce your megnantcy for the tour because you were showing..."

"It's true, you did blend in-----‐until our farewell week..."

I have future content coming about Victoria Hervey and Dan Wootton's despicable behavior during kategate. At the moment I wish she would stop extending open invitations for Sparry "to come home," when he's repeatedly been clear that America is his home & America is where he feels safe.

In my opinion, Sparry and MEgain deserve to be married to one another FOREVER!! Initially I viewed Sparry as her victim but just because Sparry is mentally & emotionally unstable and intellectually "sub-educational" (as Lady C would say), does not excuse his character issues: lying, cheating, stealing, grifting to achieve fame and fortune in America. People all over the world with low IQs know the difference between right and wrong. There is no excuse for Sparry's crimes.

Royal Families cannot expect their people to look past bad behavior. Charles got what he wanted, "Camilla." Despite the good press she receives, the majority of the world sees Charles as spoiled and feckless. I do think he will be surprised to learn just how many Brits wish he & Camilla would just go on a permanent holiday.

In a world of meritocracy, we have watched Meghan Markle, Sparry, and Andrew get away with murder. Zero on the job consequences for bad behavior------>Out of touch with everyday people.

Andrew & Sparry have caused permanent damage to brand BRF. When Charles chooses tone deafness over humility and shame, they are begging the people for a Republic.

Normal people pay a price for their unwise decisions. Selfish Charles chose Jesus' resurrection day to rub Andrew into the faces of the British people and global royal watchers.

People won't take these moments of pure contempt for the will and opinions of the people and just let it all go due to cancer. Charles is still seen as a feckless king who will ultimately destroy this monarchy because it appears he cannot or will not manage his household.

Go to church Andrew & Fergie, but not in front of the cameras and not at the expense of the taxpayers. These are not difficult situations for Buckingham Palace. Does anyone have a working brain? It's as if Charles is deliberately destroying everything his mother & father worked so hard to preserve.

I agree @sassyfrassboss and don't get me started on Sarah's health related virtue signals. Why is it so difficult for Fergie to stop talking? And why won't Andrew go away and live out a solitary life? No one wants to shake hands with Epstein's pal. No charity wants to be represented by Epstein's pal. Consequences.

Andrew is reviled and despised because he refuses to accept responsibility for his unwise choices. He has no remorse for choosing "sleazy e & co" over his family and his country. It's not complicated.

I have drafts of future content about the York's. Surmise it to say, Andrew and Sarah are just not bright people. What's worse is they are selfish and refuse to step out of the limelight to give their daughters & grandkids a fresh start.

Unfortunately, like The Meghans, Eugenie was willing to exploit the identities of other people's children while concealing the face of her own child with stickers.

Ultimately Eugenie used the Jubilee to change course. She finally held up the child to show his face. Cute child. What's not cute is the elitist mindset that "blue blood makes us extra special."

After visiting Davos, Eugenie was quick to parrot her elitist, WEF talking points. There was no critical thinking about the issue(s) (like, "hmm, my husband wears glasses"), just a regurgitation of elitist talking points.

No one wants to see Andrew on Easter Sunday or for that matter at any other holiday. Seeing him jolly on parade is a slap in the face to all who had a deep affection for Queen Elizabeth's virtues and basic human decency. It's past time for him to retire from public life.

Rolling up to Easter service as though the York's are respectable members of society who serve Jesus Christ is absolutely shameful.

Not because of a liar named Virginia and her fake photo, but because of Andrew's REAL Central Park, NYC photos and the video footage of Andrew coming and going from Epstein's NYC home. Not to mention their big Epstein dinner with guests like Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos and Woody Allen---- to name just a few.

Andrew used tax payer's money to travel in support of Jeffrey Epstein upon his release from prison.

A man who was convicted of sexually assaulting under age girls served about 12 months in prison and upon release he threw a NYC party for his royal pal Andrew! The Palace was "too honorable" to reply, "No thank you. Have a nice life." Andrew seems too self centered to concern himself with the commandments to "avoid even the appearance of evil" and to "honor" his mother & father's legacies.

Guess who is the writing team's favorite character in Only Friends? Easy edition

Let's lay out every single thing we know about the characters in the series:

Boston: Playboy and likes to have sex with everyone no matter who they are, hates betrayal, loves photography, has problems with his dad who is a politician, initially a free-loader in their group project but started to contribute, does not care about repercussions to his actions because he's going to NY.

Nick: Obsessed with Boston and willing to be nasty for him, works at the electronics shop even if that is not his dream, willing to be with Dan or whoever but goes back to Boston if he can

Top: Top-tier, asshole, smug, rich AF, has trauma with fire and smoke but not explored well, not used to sleeping alone that he needs pills, drugs or Mew, CHEATER (as what people say), playboy but we haven't seen him kiss another dude in this series except Mew and Boston

Mew: Virgin and cute, table-keeper aka care-taker of the gang, has two moms, likes to read, wants to have good grades, knows what he wants, got LASIK, willing to party and use drugs after getting his heart broken by a top-tier guy, self-confidence got destroyed, dated his best friend but did not work

Sand: Poor boy (not really but sort of), singer who is in a band, works every day that we even have a breakdown of his source of income, sells plum wine but is cautious because it is prohibited, has an ex and mad at Top for stealing the said ex, has a mom who works in a club and a dad he has never met, dreams of traveling and going to music festivals, mentions songs and bands he likes every chance he can that audience can make a Spotify playlist for him, addicted to Ray no matter how Ray treats him like a door mat for the most part, willing to throw Nick under the bus and steal that recording to have his revenge on Top, paid by Ray's dad, has a dedicated Birthday episode

Ray: Rich that a simple project turned to be a large-scale hostel one, uses drugs, always want to pick a fight with everyone (as established in EP1), hot-headed, chronic alcoholic, has attempted throughout the show to drunk drive, crashed the car that he had to go to community service, treats other people like shit (looking at Sand), obsessed with Mew and/or the idea of Mew, multiple offender of kissing people without their consent, had the guts to force people to have sex with them, goes to people's houses unannounced or gate-crashes campings just because he wants to, CHEATER and two-timer (Top and he are in different fonts but is more nuanced and developed than Top due to screen time, anyway move on), gaslit Mew during their talk that even if they are both at fault Mew is the one who is extremely apologetic, has daddy issues that people can relate to, have extensive mommy issues that are left to be resolved but serve as way for the viewers excuse his behavior, has been given several breaking down scenes to fully sympathize with him no matter what happens

Tell me, based on what I wrote, who is the showrunner's favorite character/s? Tell me who is the character that is fully developed in the writing room? Raise your brows but I am letting this list speak for itself.

Une journée à St Malo avec mes deux amies. J'ai eu des moments de peine, mes amies sont tellement belles et moi je ressemble à une épave mais elles s'obstinaient à vouloir me photographier... Je ne sais pas poser. À part ça on a beaucoup marché, on a bu des litres de café et on a profité d'être juste nous trois dans un autre décor. S. avait besoin de changer d'air et T. aussi ; moi je ne savais pas trop mais je me suis ressaisie et j'ai accepté de venir - elles y tenaient plus que je ne l'imaginais. Dans le TER mes amies se sont endormies et je veillais sur elles un peu comme une grande sœur. Elles ont parlé de remettre ça, de visiter d'autres endroits, et puis elles adorent se prendre en photos (tout l'inverse de moi ; je prends des photos, mais j'évite d'être en photo, surtout en ce moment). Elles ont ri et m'ont applaudi quand je leur racontais l'histoire des corsaires et celle de Chateaubriand à St Malo. J'aurais aimé retourner sur sa tombe mais je crois que je le ferai toute seule une prochaine fois si j'en ai le courage. Je déposerai sur sa tombe un bouquet de verveines... Je sais qu'il les aimait tant.

La mouche scatophage, souvent connue sous le nom de "mouche à fumier", est un insecte fascinant du règne animal. Là encore, rien ne prouve leur existence (mais rien n'indique le contraire...) et dans cette petite bourgade, tout le monde a un avis sur la question.

The following shortened words are really common, and I would argue, could be used in formal setting as well as informal.

(I guess the full version is always better, but "kinésithérapeute" is too long, I'm not saying that)

You're technically not supposed to write any of the shortened version down but if you're texting and using them in the plural, I would suggest putting an "s" at the end, it looks better !

A la demande d'un médecin, les Dame, où leur état s'améliorait un peu ce matin.

Les victimes sont: M Julien Rheault, 38 ans, 1290 Panet; Mme Julien Rheault, 37 ans, née Bourdas (Marie-Blanche); Gérard Rheault, 10 ans; et Bernard Rheault, 6 ans dont l'état était grave, hier soir.

M. Edouard Robert, 32 ans, demeurant à la même adresse, et Mme Edouard Robert, 25 ans, ont aussi souffert d'empoisonnement et ont été hospitalisés au même endroit.

D'après les informations obtenues, les membres des deux familles devinrent très malades vers 10h.30, hier soir. M. Rheault se tordait dans des convulsions sur son lit alors que Mme Rheault était déjà inconsciente dans la cuisine où elle s'était rendue pour boire de l'eau, croyant souffrir d'une simple indigestion. Un des enfants appela Mme J. Bourdas, grand'mère, qui demeure rue Plessis. A son arrivée, Mme Bourdas s’aperçut que tous les membres de la famille étaient malades à l'exception des deux enfants de M. Robert.

Ces derniers, àgés de moins de deux ans, n'avaient pas mangé de viande.

Mme Bourdas s'inquiéta de l'état des malades et manda d'urgence le Dr J-L. Tétreault, 4296 S-Denis, lequel manda l'ambulance de l'hôpital Notre-Dame.

C'est le 2e cas d'empoisonnement à Montréal, en moins d'un mois. On se rappelle le cas de la famille de Mme veuve Emery Lapierre, de la paroisse de l'Immaculée-Conception, dont deux des membres sont morts de la fièvre typhoide, après avoir mangé du saumon en conserve. Deux autres membres gardent encore la chambre actuellement.

Les autorités de l'hôpital ont appris que la viande avait été achetée samedi et que la famille s'en était nourrie su souper. Don't bullshit a bullshiter

Dans All That Jazz, Bob Fosse fait dire à son alter-ego Joe Gideon (joué par Roy Scheider) Don't bullshit a bullshitter. Cette phrase m'a beaucoup marquée quand j'ai vu le film il y a quelques années, tant elle semblait définir les contours de ce que j'aimais dans la fiction. Car oui, une partie de moi a toujours aimé être menée en bateau par les bullshitters, les illusionnistes, ceux qui font de la fiction en emboîtant des matriochkas. D'où — j'imagine — mon amour pour la comédie musicale, pour Bob Fosse, ou pour Fellini.

La semaine dernière j'ai lu Monica de Daniel Clowes et vu Asteroid City de Wes Anderson. Dans les deux œuvres il est question (de près ou de loin) de la peur de l'apocalypse, d'un deuil si douloureux qu'il tord la vision de la réalité (jusqu'à s'inventer un monde de fiction ?), de croyance(s), de cette vie qu'il faut traverser en évitant les cratères et de parents tellement débordés par les événements qu'ils abandonnent leurs enfants ou songent à les abandonner. Les deux œuvres enchaînent aussi des œuvres dans les œuvres, nous forcent à ouvrir sans cesse boîte après boîte après boîte.

Daniel Clowes joue avec les formes et les temporalités du récit, qui s'imbriquent de manière complexe et ne font parfois sens qu'une dizaine de pages plus tard. Monica est découpé en neuf histoires qui racontent une conversation entre deux jeunes hommes pendant la guerre du Vietnam, la vie de Penny dans les années 60 puis de sa fille Monica. Il entrecoupe tout cela d'un conte gothique plus qu'étrange (qui revient me hanter), d'une histoire de détective — autant de fictions qui se font étrangement écho, qui semblent raconter les variations complètement déformées d'une même histoire. Wes Anderson imbrique, lui, une pièce de théâtre et ses coulisses, incluant les névroses de l'auteur et des acteurices.

Les deux œuvres sont sans cesse conscientes de leur fabrication et d'être, en quelque sorte, en train de nous bullshitter. Elles savent qu'elles sont des fictions, qu'elles jouent avec nous, qu'elles nous perdent pour mieux nous rattraper. Elles sont fabriquées à l'extrême. La photographie d'Asteroid City retranscrit à l'image cette sensation désagréable que l'on a quand on regarde le soleil en face trop longtemps et que toute la réalité s'en trouve comme bizarrement affadie. L'auteur de la pièce note que "la lumière du soleil dans le désert n'est ni chaude ni froide, mais toujours propre". Anderson pousse l'esthétisation de son cinéma à outrance, tellement exagérée qu'elle en devient volontairement terne (et "propre" ne peut d'ailleurs qu'être qu'un commentaire méta sur la direction qu'a pris son cinéma). Chez Clowes, les couleurs sont plus vives que jamais, les visages précis, l'auteur a longuement parlé en interview de sa tendance à retravailler chaque page encore, et encore, et encore. Il est capable, en une case, d'invoquer un imaginaire tout entier, de créer un monde, de s'auto-référencer. Dans Asteroid City, le personnage de Jason Schwartzman répète plusieurs fois que ses photos rendent "toujours bien". Il ne s'en réjouit pas mais le dit d'un ton neutre, presque agacé.

Tout est tellement parfait qu'on les voit désormais fabriquer de la fiction. Mais ce que j'ai aimé dans Asteroid City, comme dans Monica, c'est tous ces endroits où la fiction craque. Chez Anderson, quand le personnage de Scarlett Johansson mime un suicide dans une baignoire, entourée de médicaments colorés qui ressemblent à des bonbons et qu'il y a dans toute la fausseté du moment une émotion qui déborde. C'est la mort qu'elle s'imagine pour elle-même, une mort tragique, elle qui est, sans que personne ne le sache, si douée pour la comédie. Ou quand le personnage à qui l'on demande pourquoi il veut toujours qu'on le défie répond "Maybe it's because I'm afraid otherwise, nobody will notice my existence in the universe". Et on a cette impression dans Asteroid City que l'artiste se parle à lui-même. Chez Clowes il y a cette séquence, sans nulle doute la plus belle de la bande dessinée, où Monica trouve une fréquence de radio qui lui permet de parler avec son grand-père disparu. Clowes la dessine, avec ses cheveux verts vifs et sa chemise jaune, le visage tordu par l'angoisse et la tristesse. Derrière ces couleurs qui entament la rétine, la peur du chaos transperce la page. C'est un instant où la réalité n'a aucune importance, où on ne s'intéresse plus à tâtonner pour trouver les limites de la fiction — puisque l'émotion a tout fissuré.

Quelque chose se brise dans les deux œuvres, quelque chose qui est venu parler aux peurs profondes qui m'agitent ces temps-ci. J'ai été émue par la manière dont Asteroid City raconte, en creux, l'impossibilité des personnages de raconter vraiment ce que nous ressentons. Comme si le monde de fiction était un peu mort, lui aussi. Que la transmission était brouillée. Il y a Johansson, qui se dessine un coquard pour essayer de comprendre la violence humaine et de la jouer avec justesse. Ces personnages se regardent créer ce monde de fiction parfait, sans plus savoir l'habiter. Ils en ont ras le bol de devoir dire pour nous. L'actrice, jouée par Scarlett Johansson, admet elle-même que sa connexion avec Augie (Schwartzman) vient du fait qu'il sont deux personnes brisées qui n'arrivent pas à exprimer la profondeur de leur douleur, parce qu'ils ne le veulent tout simplement pas. Dans cet aveu d'échec, il me semble qu'Anderson ne baisse pas les bras mais qu'il baisse un peu les armes.

Le chaos finit par gagner pleinement Monica, il éclate dans une dernière partie qui ne se cache plus derrière tel ou tel genre, derrière le pastiche ou la référence. Monica déterre la radio — la fiction qu'elle a essayé d'oublier — et elle la mène jusqu'à son terme. Elle-même écrit ses propres histoires, et les fait lire dans le dernier chapitre à un personnage qui ressemble étrangement à Clowes lui-même. Et après avoir fait de la fiction dans la fiction, la voilà qui brise quelque chose au sol, comme les parois de sa réalité, and all hell breaks lose.

Fini de bullshiter, donc ?

     All the kpop idols being invited to fashion events and becoming houses ambassadors made me think about how fashion luxury houses are so fast to turn around and try to seduce a public they used to turn their backs to. In fact, these companies have always wanted to dissociate themselves with certain groups and figures. The Kardashians are a great example of this phenomenon, luxury houses didn’t really want anything to do with them until Balmain’s creative director Olivier Rousteing took an interest in the family.

   In France, owning luxury items is popular in urban areas leading to a love and hate relationship between fashion houses and these populations that don’t fit the image of said houses. The derogatory, racist and classist term “Lacoste TN” designate young black and north African men living in urban areas dressing in Lacoste tracksuits with AirMax TN sneakers. The term is widely known and shows the popularity of this style mixing streetwear and luxury. Unfortunately for these houses, this is not the lifestyle and outdoor activities they are trying to promote :(  The luxury tennis outfit oriented brand Lacoste especially, whose popularity in the suburbs is incredible, has been vocal about not wanting to associate with this group. Eventually, with them playing quite a large part in Lacoste’s sales in France, the house ended collaborating with french rapper Moha La Squale. 

   France is not the first country encountering this behavior. Actually, the popularization of streetwear, monogram, sneakers and chunky jewelry in luxury is due to the African American community in neighborhoods of New York and Hip Hop music. Dapper Dan was an amazing designer from Harlem, is influence on black music and the style associated with it is huge. His work at first consisted of creating knock-offs of luxury items and playing around with logos. That is how the monogram print was popularized. Luxury houses which excluded black people, did not want to be associated with them or their music, called their style tacky, ghetto or ratchet started reappropriating these creations and selling them to white rich people in the suburbs. 

   When European luxury houses first made their first steps into Asia, whiteness and the Parisian style was the goal. Boarding school uniform inspired preppy was in vogue in Japan starting from the 1960′s. I have always found it odd how 30 years later, with the rise of Harajuku fashion and the popularity of streetstyle photography magazine FRUiTS, these brands never tried to collaborate or work with young Japanese artists. It was maybe too tacky for them, too out of pocket or too “street” since it seems like it is a global problem. So it is funny now to see how Heavn by Marc Jacobs collaborated with FRUiTS Magazine’s photographer Shoichi Aoki and tried to mimic an aesthetic by watering down alternative asian fashion culture and manufacturing it to sell it to the mass while the whole purpose of the movement was to protest against social norms by being unique and creating unique in the world pieces mixing traditional and modern clothing. I am not trying to say i hate the brand, I actually liked it at first, I am juste a girl in my twenties who likes asian fashion so of course I liked it. But when thinking about it, nothing new has been created, everything they sell is already available on the market. It just caters down to mass consumerism and the “weird girl aesthetic” that for some reason makes me think of the manic pixie dream girl except it is fashion. 

   Now with the influence of Korean culture you know they had to ! Houses will go out of their way to have at least one Korean celebrity sit at their show, idols being the golden ticket. Even if this is not new and even if I am glad artists get this opportunity, I find it sad and sometimes reducing to invite pretty faces instead of actually working with them on interesting projects, especially since South Korea is a buzzing spot for emerging designers and small artists. It is like non white people have two options: be excluded or be a totem.
