If a person loves a flower that is the only one of its kind on all the millions and millions of stars, then gazing at the night sky is enough to make him happy. He says to himself “My flower is out there somewhere.”

A few days ago I saw the clothes used in the picture by chance and was spontaneously reminded of the german/france children's TV show "The Little Prince" which in turn is of course loosely based on the book of the same name.

I couldn't resist making something out of it. As you can see, I opted for two different versions, Antoine and his younger brother Félix. And of course Fox must not be missing. Both are adventurous and always looking for new worlds but also full of longing for their own world and Rose 🌹.

"Der kleine Prinz" feiert seinen 80. Geburtstag. Es war das letzte Werk des Autors und leidenschaftlichen Fliegers Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. Die Geschichte vom kleinen Prinz behandelt die großen Themen des Lebens, wie die Liebe, Einsamkeit und Tod. Es zählt zu den erfolgreichsten Bücher weltweit. Nur ein Jahr nach der Veröffentlichung seines berühmtesten Werks starb Antoine de Saint-Exupéry bei einem Aufklärungsflug am 31. Juli 1944 über dem Mittelmeer.

This is pretty reference-sheet-esque because that's the purpose of the base. I think it's pretty neat if you wanna design an outfit or get a feel for how to draw the character, so you might see it more often on this blog. It definitely worked pretty well for this little project!
