Polls will start to be posted within the next week or so.
Bracket list under the cut!
UPDATE: LIST CANCELLED
*Starred shows have multiple theme songs or I have combined shows in a franchise in an effort to include as much as possible. These will have preliminaries built-into their polls on the first round. This is how it works: 1. all of the songs will go into a poll together against one other show; 2. the COMBINED votes for those songs will determine which show wins that poll; 3. only the top voted song for that show/franchise will move on, if the show has won the poll. (If you are confused it will make more sense when we start, I promise!)

Behold, the king of online cartoons
Ex-Hanna-Barbera whiz Fred Seibert blazing a trail with YouTube network
A couple of times over the years, then-USA Today’s entertainment and tech reporter (and photographer) Jefferson Graham was nice enough to feature me in an article about the cartoons I was producing. First time was in the late 90s with “Oh Yeah! Cartoons,” but in 2015, with streaming video finally reaching the mainstream press (Channel Frederator actually started in 2005) and Graham’s animator son joining our network, he revisited.
Thanks to animator Michael Hilliger, who sent over his copy of the article in 2024.
By Jefferson Graham USA Today July 17, 2015
LOS ANGELES — Fred Seibert wants you to have his card.
And his phone number. He even won't mind if we print his [email protected] e-mail address right here in USA TODAY.
Seibert, 63 is the online toon king, with 400 million views monthly to his Channel Frederator network on YouTube, but he's never sure where his next hit will come from.
So he's always out there looking, at schools, industry gatherings, book signings. You name it.
Next weekend, he'll be at the Vidcon convention near Los Angeles, a gathering of folks who make their living off YouTube, which is where most folks see his online `toons.
"I have no ideas," he says. "But I recognize talent."
That's for sure. Seibert, then president of Hanna-Barbera's cartoon studios in the 1990s, is credited with discovering Seth MacFarlane, the creator of the Family Guy, fresh from college, when he hired him to work on Hanna-Barbera cartoons.
For Seibert's "What a Cartoon!" series for the Cartoon Network, Seibert hit ratings gold, signing up the creators who churned out hits like "The Powerpuff Girls," "Dexter's Laboratory" and "Johnny Bravo." Their series debuted as shorts for first for Seibert's series.
He still serves as executive producer of "The Fairly OddParents," a TV series he began producing in 1998 when it debuted on his "Oh Yeah, Cartoons," series. It's been running ever since on Nickelodeon.
Seibert's biggest audiences, however, have come from online, to the tune of some 1.9 billion views for 'toons like the Bee and PuppyCat and Bravest Warriors.
We had Seibert as a guest on our #TalkingTech podcast in June. At the time, he was averaging 300 million monthly viewers to the Channel Frederator network. Now he's already up to 400 million monthly viewers, and predicts he'll top 700 million by year's end, and 1 billion by 2016.
The reason for the massive growth is that unlike before, when animation was targeted just to young kids, either for Saturday morning TV, and kid-based cartoon TV channels, anyone of all ages can view `toons online.
Seibert's Cartoon Hangover, a Frederator section where he shows the best of his `toons, bills itself as the channel for "cartoons that are too weird, wild, and crazy for television."
“Bee and PuppyCat,” about a young woman with a hybrid dog-cat, is written by Natasha Allegri, a woman in her 20s, about a character in her 20s, and thus, obviously not targeted to the traditional animation crowd.
"No matter what your interest online — whether it be anime, or science fiction or comedy cartoons, there is a place for you," Seibert says. "TV has a tough time supporting the sub-genres. Online is all about sub-genre."
Channel Frederator is what's known as a multi-channel network. Cartoons run on YouTube, but his network promotes them, sells ads and distributes the proceeds to some 2,000 of his video makers.
Through Frederator, the channel makers learn about which color to make their thumbnails to find larger YouTube audiences (he recommends yellow) and which keywords to use in the descriptions ("funny" always works, he says.)
"We give them the tools to grow their performance," he says.
Dominic Panganiban, a 24-year-old animator from Toronto, joined the Frederator network in November, and has seen his subscriber base grow ten times since.
He had been working with Full Screen, another multi-channel network that works with YouTube creators to help them monetize their videos and attract larger audiences.
"Frederator was a better fit, because they cater more towards animation channels," Panganiban says. Because Frederator attracts folks who enjoy cartoons, "I have more potential here."
By being part of the Frederator network, Australian animator Sam Green says he's learned about how to better promote his cartoons, and gotten access to a database of free music and sound effects to use in his cartoons.
He too has seen a spike in traffic.
Being with Seibert "helped me move from my mother's garage to affording my own apartment in the big city," he says.
How did the traffic for both creators go up so dramatically?
Seibert promoted the cartoons to his audience. With 2,000 cartoon makers, that's a lot to choose from. He says he'll plug as many of them as "show an interest" to growing their audience. He looks for people who post new work regularly, stay in touch, and ask "what we can do to help them more."
And despite the massive online audience, Seibert isn't making money yet, and doesn't think he will for another three years.
"Our cartoons are 3-4 minutes long, and the average American watches 6 hours of TV a day," he says. "We have a long way to go to even that out."

Community Palette Project - Update!
We're currently at 464/720 shades claimed.
Things stalled out a little as life got busy, but I'd really love to see this project to its completion. Doing so will require some help, though!
I can't name all those remaining shades by myself. If you have any Cyberpunk 2077 Vs or OCs that you haven't added to the project yet, please feel encouraged to add them, no matter how new or minor they may be in your lore. Do not feel guilty about adding a dozen or two of your most obscure Cyberpunk2077 OCs at this point; I'd love it if you did.
You can also name shades after your fave Cyberpunk 2077 NPCs and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners characters! You can find a list of the main NPCs that are still missing colors beneath the cut, but please keep in mind - if you adore a rather minor NPC, they may not be on this list, but that doesn't mean you can't use the form to name a color after them <3
For Vs, OCs, and NPCs: You can ⭐complete the form here.⭐
Please reblog this post, as outside links can interfere with posts showing properly in the tags. <3 Also, please feel free to send this link to friends, or to share it on other platforms; any visibility that will help the project is appreciated.
"Main" Cyberpunk 2077 NPCs and Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Characters Up For Grabs (as of May 8th):

Character Actor
Douglas Fowley (born Daniel Vincent Fowley, May 30, 1911 – May 21, 1998) Film and television actor in more than 240 films and dozens of television programs, He is probably best remembered for his role as the frustrated movie director Roscoe Dexter in Singin' in the Rain (1952), and for his regular supporting role as Doc Holliday in The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp. He is the father of rock and roll musician and record producer Kim Fowley.
For several seasons, Fowley played the key supporting role of John H. "Doc" Holliday in the 1955-1961 western television series The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp after having appeared as Doc Fabrique in the show's premiere season. This role allowed Fowley to demonstrate his flair for comedy and other acting skills as a clever, sharp-witted, sardonic, cynical, alcoholic, poker-playing foil to the square-jawed, milk-drinking, church-going Wyatt Earp (Hugh O'Brian), whom Holiday nicknamed "Deacon" due to his rigid sense of morality. Not at all so encumbered Doc would occasionally take the law into his own hands behind Earp's back to protect his friend from legal action or even death when the marshal was legally or morally ham-strung. Holliday, as played by Fowley, having no problem working around morals or the law, could be either hilarious or cold-blooded.
From 1966 to 1967, Fowley portrayed Andrew Hanks in Pistols 'n' Petticoats,  a CBS sitcom. Hanks was the patriarch in a family of gun-toting women who seemed to have little need for male assistance.
Fowley portrayed retired businessman Robert Redford in Detective School (1979).
In the 1950s, he appeared as himself on NBC's The Donald O'Connor Show. In 1954, he demonstrated his comic appeal when he appeared alongside Gracie Allen in The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show. He was cast in 1956 as Bob Egan in the "Two-Fisted Saint" episode of the religious anthology series Crossroads. He portrayed a con man in two episodes of the NBC sitcom It's a Great Life. He also guest-starred on Reed Hadley's CBS legal drama The Public Defender. He appeared, too, on the ABC situation comedy The Pride of the Family and on the NBC Western series The Californians and Jefferson Drum. He was cast on two Rod Cameron series, the syndicated City Detective and the Western-themed State Trooper, and in John Bromfield's series, U.S. Marshal. He guest-starred in the David Janssen crime drama Richard Diamond, Private Detective and guest-starred in season two, episode four of the Robert Culp Western Trackdown.
In 1959, Fowley appeared with Frank Ferguson in the episode "A Race for Life" of the CBS Western series The Texan, starring Rory Calhoun.
In 1964, Fowley made a guest appearance on the CBS courtroom drama series Perry Mason playing agent Rubin Cason in "The Case of the Bountiful Beauty". In 1965, he was cast as Sorrowful in episode 83 of the series The Virginian. In 1966, he appeared as "Rufus C. Hoops" in "The Search" season 2, episode 24, of the series "Daniel Boone". Original air date for this episode was March 3, 1966. In 1967, Fowley guest-starred on the short-lived CBS Western Dundee and the Culhane with John Mills.
In 1968, he appeared in episode 273 of My Three Sons as an old pal of Uncle Charley's. He had a role in the syndicated 1959-1960 Western Pony Express in the episode "Showdown at Thirty Mile Ridge". (Wikipedia)

Hot Tuna Duo at Jorma Kaukonen’s Fur Peace Ranch, Pomeroy, Ohio, April 22, 2023
To the people facing the stage, it was music. But to the men on stage, it was the continuation of a conversation that’s been running 60 years now.
The Hot Tuna Duo - guitarist Jorma Kaukonen and bassist Jack Casady - continued the thread April 22 during an intimate matinee at Kaukonen’s Fur Peace Ranch, which brought 200 fans from Chicago, Long Island, Pittsburgh and other locales to Southeast Ohio, or “the land of all weather,” as Casady put it after a frosty morning gave way to a balmy afternoon and sunshine overtook rain showers.
Seated and informal despite their dark sports jackets, the duo delivered 21 songs across two sets that ran 60 and 80 minutes, respectively. The genuine affection between the two men was evident not only in the shared smiles, eye contact and between-song inside jokes they shared, but in the way Cassidy’s rhythm instrument turned lead and Kaukonen’s leads switched to rhythm as the pair discussed their six-decade partnership with chords, riffs, harmonics, fingerpicking, plucking and well-chosen empty spaces.
Kaukonen called the tunes from a master list of Tuna standbys and Casady immediately joined in for selections including “Death Don’t Have No Mercy,” “Barbeque King,” “San Francisco Bay Blues,” “Trouble in Mind,” “Good Shepherd” and “Let Us Get Together Right Down Here” among others that placed the spirituality of the Rev. Gary Davis inside the ribald 12 bars of Jefferson Airplane, Hot Tuna and Kaukonen’s own deep songbooks.
At 79 and 82, respectively, bassist Casady and guitarist Kaukonen retain supple dexterity made even more evident in this unplugged setting. The pair spoke their own wordless language as Kaukonen growled and murmured the stories and music flowed from the Fur Peace speakers like a sparkling stream. It washed over the attentive audience in a secular baptism that was welcomed with spontaneous bursts of appreciative applause from previously dead-silent music lovers.
These were the moments Casady’s eyes popped open and a huge grin crossed his face, while lines deepened around Kaukonen’s closed lids and his white beard and mustache shifted slightly over a wide smile. A delightful thing to witness.
The traditional “I Know You Rider” - extended with four- and six-string showcases - ended the show proper. The friends stood, referred to each other with words and phrases such as luminous, my oldest pal, my best friend and my favorite songwriter.
Without leaving the stage and with the early-evening sun shining in the Fur Peace Station’s uncovered windows, Casady and Kaukonen retook their seats and conjured the instrumental“Water Song.” And the conversation resumed as Hot Tuna presumably discussed what had come before and thanked the crowd on a glistening, cascading flow of sound.
And then it was over. They stood again. They smiled. And the sun sparkled off Kaukonen’s gold tooth like a wink from the music gods.

Roy Ayers (born September 10, 1940) is a funk, soul, and jazz composer, vibraphone player, and music producer. He began his career as a post-bop jazz artist, releasing several albums with Atlantic Records, before his tenure at Polydor Records, during which he helped pioneer jazz funk. He is a key figure in the acid jazz movement, and has been dubbed "The Godfather of Neo-Soul". He is known for his compositions "Everybody Loves the Sunshine", "Searchin", and "Running Away". At one time, he was said to have more sampled hits by rappers than any other artist. He was born and raised in Los Angeles. He grew up in a musical family, where his father played trombone and his mother played piano. At the age of five, he was given his first pair of vibraphone mallets by Lionel Hampton. During high school, he sang in the church choir and fronted a band named The Latin Lyrics, in which he played steel guitar and piano. His high school, Thomas Jefferson High School, produced various talented musicians, such as Dexter Gordon. He has 3 children. He started recording as a bebop sideman in 1962 and rose to prominence when he dropped out of City College and joined jazz flutist Herbie Mann in 1966. He started his band called Roy Ayers Ubiquity, a name he chose because ubiquity means a state of being everywhere at the same time. He was responsible for the highly regarded soundtrack to the film Coffy. He moved from a jazz-funk sound to R&B, as seen on Mystic Voyage, which featured the songs "Evolution" and the underground disco hit "Brother Green (The Disco King)", as well as the title track from his 1976 album Everybody Loves the Sunshine. He produced an album by the group RAMP, Come into Knowledge. That fall, he had his biggest hit with "Running Away". The Roy Ayers Project, featuring Ayers and several artists who have sampled his music and have been influenced by him and his music, has been in development for several years. The Roy Ayers Project has been rebranded as "Roy Ayers Connection", which highlights Roy Ayers and all the people and things that he is connected to. He is a recipient of the CORE Lifetime Achievement Award. #africanhistory365 #africanexcellence https://www.instagram.com/p/CiU7-BHrGsclNpeK8B58xF96EL6xX5S97kXB_M0/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
