Dp x dc prompt/idea:

So you guys know the idea of sister towns/cities right? Like Boring Oregon & Dull Scotland are considered sister/paired towns because of their names are in the same vibe and people think it's funny.

Now consider: Amity Park & Gotham are sister cities, and have been for ages. Since before they were even cities, some say before they were even towns. Both being created by folks of the magical persuasion (though in different veins).

Now over time it's something that people - more so in Gotham, that grew and grew and grew, forgetting some of the "smaller" history along the way - don't think about much any more. A plaque beneath Amity Park's welcome sign. A bit of obscure trivia that gets pulled out in the more serious pub quizzes in Gotham. Nothing that's top of mind to anybody these days, what with Amity's ghosts and Gotham's...well, everything.

At least, it wasn't top of mind until the earthquake hit and the government cut the ailing city off from the rest of the world.

Amity Park has had it's fair share of the US government fucking them over, it took ages to drive out the GIW and for Amity Park to find peace with their undead neighbors and Phantom - their own Ghost King - that called their little city home.

So the people of Amity Park, deeply suspicious and untrusting of the government, used to disasters well beyond the scope of what normal cities are accustomed to facing and stuffed full of Midwestern politeness and a strong sense of duty to help their neighbors - no matter how far away - does what the rest of the world refuses to do.

They come together and do everything they can to help.

The people in the ruins and wreckage of Gotham are not anywhere near prepared for bright green glowing portals to start popping open all over the place. They are even less prepared for those portals to have a strange mix of glowing, flying entities and determined midwesterners brandishing emergency supplies and warm casseroles. But hey, it's not like anyone else in the world seems to give a damn if Gotham lives or dies, and these Amity Park folks seem like their kid of people.

Dp x dc au in which Batman thinks that Danny is Damien's dead twin.

Inspired by that one tumblr post I saw a long ass time ago and can't find anymore about Danny and Damien looking exactly alike but having no relation to each other. In that post one of op's reasons for Danny and Damien looking alike is that there's supposedly seven people in the world who look exactly like you.

Idk bout how accurate that is but imma pick it up and run a marathon anyway.

So, let's just say that Danny's having a particularly rough day, he had to turn in several assignments, most of which he did the night before, had teachers throw pop quizzes at him like everyone throws insults at me and it's overall a very shitty day.

He's tired, he's grouchy, and he can barely lift his head from sheer exhaustion.

Enter a random ghost terrorizing people. Any ghost.

And so Mr. Daniel the-ancients-hate-me Fenton has to take care of it. And he fucks it up and the ghost gets away. Already sleep deprived as he is, he stays up another few nights scouring Amity just to find this ghost.

Needless to say, he doesn't find it.

Eventually, he concludes that the ghost most likely went back to the ghost zone.

...

Unbeknownst to Danny, that ghost just made it's way into Gotham, terrorizing citizens while the resident Bats and Birds aren't able to do anything about it. Apparently normal weaponry just goes through ghosts. Huh.

Batman is not having a good day.

The day gets worse when ANOTHER ghost who looks exactly like Damien comes along and takes care of the situation.

Bruce concludes that Damien had a twin he never told him about/ didn't know about who was experimented on/killed by the league. And now Damien's twin, his son, has returned as a ghost.

....

Meanwhile Danny just saw the news about ghosts in gotham on the internet and dragged his sleep deprived ass all the way there to soup it.

Why is there a bat furry calling him son and trying to get him to "move on".

Oh god where do I even start? Love how gender they are, how different each AU for them ends up, like they have the range darling. But for real I think my fave thing about them is that they're just a dude who wants to protect his loved ones. Like he adopts a few specific kid ghosts in his most 'canon' dp timeline and I love it for him.

14- What outfit would you really like to see this character wear? Or what’s your favourite outfit of theirs?

oh my goddd the celestial boxes, they are so annoying why does it seem like every time they are dished out it gets harder and harder to go through and its almost lile you have to use money to get to the card you want???

i cant get the solomon vampire box ;(

Celestial boxes can really either speed up or slow you down on getting the card you want. If you have a god-tier luck you can advance to the next box much quicker, but say for example you had to roll 250 times in every box until the third, that's getting more item (garlic) to get the ur card compared to the regular pop quiz

But i believe you can still get him without spending money!

Here's my survival guide as an f2p:

If you have some d-energy, use it!

Doing the daily tasks will give you some ap and 18 dp

If you ran out of ap, usually there's a flash sale where you can get 200 ap and 3 d-energy. Buy it! (I guess it's safer to assume it only pops out once a day, so don't miss your chance)

I usually save the ap i get from the ranking rewards of the previous pop quizzes

Pulling for the event cards in the nightmare will give you cheat cards. Cheat cards add extra points when you clear a stage. So for example, if you have an ssr and ur from the event nightmare, instead of getting the default 120 items, you'll get 200 in every stage

(Tho i noticed that when clearing the extreme levels, instead of 200, im getting 180 something :/) Edit: apparently it's because i'm clearing it with an A rank so there's that :(

Try to clear the stage every day

Only grind on the events that you really like. That'll save you a LOT of resources

Adding friends who actively gives ap can also help

If you have no d-energy, you can watch ads after clearing a level instead. You can do this 5 times a day. Same thing goes for ap

Edit: also don't miss the fridge missions!

Edit: skipping instead of using the clear x3 button can give you ap rewards for clearing certain tasks like 'beat a rhythm game using x character'

These are just my suggestions, so it does not apply to everyone. But i hope you'll find these useful jdjddsk

hmmm for the longest time i was torn between cryo or electro vision, but after much self reflection and introspection, (&many quizzes lol) i decided stick with cryo ! cryo sword to be exact—delicate but strong ❄️🗡️

i was a dancer for most of my life + fenced for a while too, so i rlly love the idea of dance-like swordplay ♡ in my pre-cat. khaenri’ah lore my (secret) weapon of choice was also a sword, but my practice was very flow-y and willow-y like a dancer’s movements cus that’s all i was allowed to do before dain teaches me more hehe ! but in my current time lore, one side of my family is quite important in fontaine so that is where i grew up and learned fontainian swordplay becus i soooo wanted to be a champion duelist as a kid, before entering the akademiya.

and a very rough summary of how i got my vision is during my akademiya days & being faced w the fact that someone will always be better than me at smthng, but still preserving down the path that yes, while that may be true, it doesn’t mean i have to just rollover ‘n give up cus i m still going to get everything i want in life even if it’s out of spite hmph ¯\ ( ˘͡ ˘̯) /¯

and um… i guess if i were “playable” i would be a sub dps / burst dps where my skill would do cryo app but my ult is the main damage dealer idk LOL anyways ty for the askie this waz fun to flesh out hehe

Oh man it's been awhile and uhh i didn't flesh out much of it so this is the ones i got so far..?

For starter, Danny is mostly the madoka equivalent. The one that try to protecc ppl with his power but always end up getting corrupted and turned into the Walpurgish Night (not how it works on the actual show but ghostking walpurgish night design was rly cool so ye) I don't....actually have Danny's magia design now that I think about it..

Jazz is the Homura equivalent here, trying to safe her brother from turning and kept failing over and over and over again :))) Eventually got confronted by Clockwork and they both try to figure out how to safe danny so Jazz won't fuck up the timeline by going back in time over and over again

She's the one who uses bow instead of Danny and after many loops she has become very good with it qwq

Clockwork also has time power but he's role is still making sure the timelines are stable and couldnt figure out what fcked it up until the comic with jazz going back in time in front of him He also guarding Pariah's sarcophagus in his.. lair? sorta? Keeping Pariah in stasis so he won't go berserk or gets more corrupted :33c

Both Clockwork and Jazz went to the same college and that's how they meet in this AU. Also CW works under the Observants kyuubei here and this is how they look like lmao

So.. I have two dp OCs, Levi(athan) and 31. And we were joking that they can have the sayaka and kyouko equivalent (but like.. familial) and so we got angst lol

Levi is the kyouko, feral, will bite if given the chance, fun guy. His magia form is a king themed and he fights with swords bc it's fun~

31 (Drake in this AU) is the sayaka. As in, his wish was more for others than himself, it back fired bad, and he end up falling into despair and turned into a witch and they gotta kill him :)))

Levi and Drake aren't blood related siblings. It's more like.. they both adopt each other and now they're brothers no take backsies Which made it even worse when Drake turned into a witch. Because his wish was for a his actual family to get along and be happy but it was just doomed from the start and he was in denial about it qwq

There's a whole tangent about movie plot one Where the casts were trapped in a dream and they had a bit of dilema bc the dream was a nicer place than the real world bc here everyone who died has came back.

And in that one, Levi and Drake can spend way more time as brothers and hang out more than they were in real life and it's jsut super bittersweet for these two im o(TヘTo)

There's also a side bits with Quizz (kawaiijohn's oc) and Levi bc OCTP uwu I didn't actually ahd the time to draw them but i did commissioned sai for it and it's so cute 🥺🥺
