used worchestershire sauce for the first time and tbh it was … not as powerful as i expected. little more tomato paste next time, maybe beef bone broth instead of just beef broth + definitely red wine.
loved having gravy on the side that was so fun hehe. genuinely a whisk is the best thing to mash potatoes with. also yes 1/8” is the correct size to cut your veggies down to lol.
