Çikolatalı Karamelli Babka Malzemeler 4 su bardağı un (540 gr) 1 yemek kaşığı kuru maya 3 yemek kaşığı toz şeker 1 tutam tuz 50 ml su 200 ml süt 2 yumurta 100 gr tereyağı 1 yemek kaşığı vanilya Çikolata Dolgusu İçin 120 gr tereyağı 170 gr bitter çikolata 1/2 su bardağı pudra şekeri 1/2 su bardağı kakao Bir tutam tuz karamel şurubu 1/2 su bardağı toz şeker 1/2 su bardağı su Talimatlar Öncelikle ılık su, maya ve bir tutam şekeri bir kaba alıp mayayı aktif hale getirin. Maya aktifleşince tereyağı hariç tüm malzemeleri ekleyip mikserle veya elinizle 7-8 dakika yoğurun. Ardından üzerini bir bezle örtüp 5-10 dakika bekletin. Daha sonra oda sıcaklığındaki 2-3 parça tereyağını hamura ekleyin ve tekrar 7-8 dakika yoğurun. Üzerini streçle kapatıp 1 gece buzdolabında bekletin. Vaktiniz yoksa 3 saat kadar bekletebilirsiniz. Hamur soğurken çikolata hamurunu hazırlayın. Tereyağı ve çikolatayı orta boy bir tencereye koyun ve çikolata tamamen eriyene kadar kısık ateşte karıştırın. Tencereyi ocaktan alıp kakao, pudra şekeri ve tuzu ekleyin. Malzemeler iyice birleşene kadar çırpın ve ardından bir kaseye aktarın. Çikolata harcı uygulama kıvamına gelene kadar yaklaşık 15 dakika buzdolabında bekletin. 🎉 Açtığınız Hamurunuza çikolatayı sürüp rulo yapın. Buzdolabında 15 dakika bekletin. Ruloyu ortada bıçakla kesip örgü şekli verin kalıbınıza yerleştirin. 15 dakika mayalansın. Isıtılmış fırında 180*pişirin. Diğer tarafta ocakta karamelini hazırlayın. I 💓 Friday’s and hope your week was sweet! Getting ready for Valentine’s Day and did a trial bake on these amazing looking cream puffs. For a first go at it was pretty impressed. Actually a profiterole recipe from @thefoodnetwork.ca and added Valentine’s Sprinkles with Whipped Cream & Cream Cheese filling. These are so not gluten free...so I haven’t tried them but my Daughter assures me they are decadent. I wanted to do a test bake first before messing with the recipe to see if I can get a gluten free puff that looks just as delicious! Sometimes I have success turning a recipe #glutenfree and other times not so much 🙈 lol! Thinking Rice Flour or Gluten Free Pastry Flour Mix might be a good substitute. Any suggestions? Will keep you posted! Something about creating in the kitchen that just soothes the soul and relaxes me. I try to experiment with at least one new recipe a week. Beauty in the kitchen is fun for me and stress relieving too! Sweetest Monday to you! What would Winter be without snowballs right?! These Coconut Snowball Cookies are perfect to give or receive ☃️ Only four ingredients, so even if you’re not a baker they’re pretty darn foolproof. I swiped the recipe from The Food Network and then modified it to be gluten free. Took a couple of try’s to get the results I wanted ~ but they’re amazingly delicious! Perfect to make ahead because they freeze well. Just dust with a little icing sugar before serving for the snowy effect. Feel free to DM me for the modified recipe.
