Indonis Kitchen Pack

Heeeello guys! OMG It's finally here the sequel of Indonis Pack, now for the kitchen with 15 new items!

As before this is supposed to complement/add new options to For Rent EP*, inspired by southeast asian culture with cozy wood counters with rattan decor! I decided to make more wood swatches for all counters and cabinets, so in total there are 17 wood tones and 5 countertop colors, totalizing 85 swatches for each counter! And to match this kitchen I've made a new farm sink, woody/cabinet fridge, stove and a few decors! (oh and all items are base game compatible 😊)

Tomorang Tiles - For Rent Wall and Floor Addon

When I saw the tiles in the new For Rent Expansion, I felt in love. However, talking to HeyHarrie, it became evident that there was a serious oversight not turning these wonderful designs into walls as well. So I set to work making that reality, and with another suggestion, the smaller version was added to the project. Now you can enjoy even more wonderful tiles and not limit yourself just to the floors of your builds.

Can we have Crocodile during Business Hours? Please?

Sir Crocodile

Role: Co-Owner (mostly handles finances and advertising)

Time in the “business”: 20+ years (15 with this Club)

Description (Attire): Out of all the owners, Sir Crocodile is the one who looks like The Owner. Those canon warlord/mafia boss vibes with the big coats, ascots, vest and jacket combinations are pretty true to what he wears during business hours. Custom leather shoes and a cigar that’s probably as expensive as most people’s rent. Not a hair out of place. Three rings on his right hand, and a… slightly less intimidating hook on his left hand.

Description (vibe): Crocodile can be seen talking with investors and high spending regulars, but few others. He’ll let anyone approach him – it wouldn’t do to scare off a new client, and keeping everyone comfortable keeps the budget smoother. He doesn’t have as much “why are you even breathing my air” arrogance plastered on his face, The Club has provided a much less stressful life than he had canonically.

There’s no layers upon layers of plans to overthrow any desert kingdoms, and he and Vivi even get along well in this AU. They’re not besties, but she’s not trying to behead him either.

Crocodile will play host from time to time, especially if there’s an amusing or lucrative reason for him to indulge someone.

Addons: He is an amazing dancer, and it’s about the only add-on he willingly offers. Crocodile’s more of you-massage-him kind of person than someone who massages other people.

Tag line: “Praise the hosts, bring your criticisms to me.”

Chores (Parenthood and/or Discover University) by LittleMsSam

Such a great add on to the sims 4 gameplay!

Creator's notes-

I am preparing myself for University that will be released soon and i plan to add Cleaning Schedules for my Future Roommates. This Mod let’s you add Cleaning Schedules via the Parenthood Bulletin Board. With an Addon (see below) you can use this plus the Main Mod even if you don’t have Parenthood installed!

How the Mod works:

You can set a Schedule for Sims to be on Cleaning Duty. While they are on Duty they will get a visible Buff which gives them a tiny push to do cleaning Interactions if something needs to be done. It will not disable all other autonomously Behaviour so they’ll not end up as Cleaning Robots.

The Buff will be added via the Board itself so if you have a mutli floor House make sure to put one Board on each Floor.

If a Schedule is set a new Interaction to “Remove Cleaning Schedule” will be available to be able to remove Schedules from certain Sims.

How to set a Schedule:

Use the “Add Cleaning Schedule” Interaction on the Board and choose a Sim from the Picker

Choose a Weekday or several Weekdays

Choose an Hours or several Hours

Optional Addon

Not on Duty This Addon disables Cleaning Interactions for Sims (exept Butler, Maid etc.) that are not on Duty when a Sim who is on Duty is instanced on the Residential or owned Lot (including Business/Rented/More buyable Venues Lots). They will not clean up including their Plates after eating etc. so the Sim on Duty is indeed on Duty of Cleaning.

University Board This adds the Chores Interactions to the Board that came with University. You can use this plus the Main Mod even if you don’t have Parenthood installed!

How to install this Mod:

Extract the Package (& Addon Script if wanted) into your Mods Folder (..Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods). Install the Files maximal one Subfolder deep and enable Mods & Script Mods in Game Options -> Other.

Apparently not done with default replacements for today!

ymbodyhoodedbaggypants replaced with 3t2 Boho Vintage Beads & Sash by @rented-space, which is basically what @yerluvinuncle did here so I made my version vastly different by enabling the outfit for athletic as well... Oh, and I made a teen conversion which is bundled with the default replacement in the file labeled ADDONS. Fat morph isn’t the greatest because I was lazy and used WSOs, but then again male morphs aren’t amazing to begin with. /shrug

hi! I love your CCs so much, especially your DLC addons! Will there be a For Rent addon? I built a house riad style the other day and I was so frustrated by the windows. Some have options with open shutters and closed shutters, some only have closed shutters, some could have been arches as well, etc etc. I would love for a set of matching windows, arches and doors!

Yeah, i would love some open versions of some of them too. I can't make any promises but i hope to try and catch up on addons this year so it will be on the list. No idea what is capable of being created at this point however

Longer version of Minicule’s 4t2 SP32 Dress Silk. Might make a shorter version too, and someone needs to kick me to age convert the originals

A swimwear I was meant to do like 2 years ago, aka another mashup of Rented-Space’s 3t2 Frilly Blouse and an MDP swimwear. The wonkiness won’t be visible, it’s just milkshape being milkshape

Marilu’s ring display, but I swapped out the rings to these... eaxis ones? Idk I got them from a deco set of MsBarrows. Will be functional of course

Found these crib pillows in a Simaddict99 addon mesh and decided to separate them (they’re already mapped to the crib bedding anyway)
