something about blogs revolving around talking about antisemitism who pay lip service to being pro-palestine but never bring up the horrific, unparalleled massacre currently happening unless it's to debunk some kind of (real or imagined)(usually imagined) misinfo from the pro-palestine camp or as part of a both-sidesing statement like "yes i care about gazans being killed BUT you shouldn't be antisemitic about it!" and that is the only context in which they talk about it. never a single statement of clear unqualified solidarity with or compassion for palestinians currently being killed in mind-boggling numbers. these people will go on all day about being falsely painted as zionists and how anyone can get called a zionist these days but that is so clearly what they are

i’m busy today with my OWN father (affectionate) but in my head i’m microwave rotating an image of adam sitting in a chair and renée is standing beside him leaning over and kissing his cheek and juliette is standing on the other side of him smiling with a hand on his shoulder and maurice is sitting on his lap with his hands up and a :D face. adam has the softest most genuine smile on his own face, loving his babies more than life itself. anyway happy father’s day to adam, his kiddos simply love him so much.
