i just want to wish everyone good luck for their gcse results today! i myself have had to wake up at 3 am and receive them through email because i’m on vacation 🌱 remember, a series of numbers doesn’t determine your intelligence and whatever comes next i hope you grow and flourish from it ✨

Ok now I’ve got my grades back I think it’s safe to compile a list of iconic things me and my friends did in exam season:

•I got a nosebleed and bled all over my french paper (sorry examiner if ur reading this :(( )

•in the same exam I mentioned I was gay billions of times so if they failed me I could say they were being homophobes :/

•nearly fainted in my physics

•instead of revising before chemistry me and my friends talked about the Sparticle Mystery (iconic U.K. kids show) for 3. Hours.

•included the phrase ‘my dad was tragically struck down by a Toyota’ in my English language exam and somehow got a 9 (a**)

•in English lit one of the essays we had to write was on a character’s fears, and I totally projected and wrote about my own fears cause I had 0 other ideas

•On one of my subjects we had 3 things we were marked on - on the first 2 things, I only dropped one mark on each (so basically full marks) then on the other paper I somehow dropped nearly 40 marks (getting that one remarked probably)

•25% of my business studies gcse depended on giving good advice to a horse charity

•in religious studies I quoted the Bible a lot and just guessed the chapters and verses like half the time (got a 9 tho lmao)

•was just generally a mess

On a day like today in 2005 I remember being in the shoes, well trainers lol of year 11 pupils getting my results. I'm so happy to see young adults have taken their education seriously it is not a joke and can take you to great places in life. With that, it is so humbling to see @itv has liked my slogan #workharddreambig the movement is growing and it's a beautiful process unravelling in front of my eyes. If you speak to any young adults who have achieved today tell them to continuously Work Hard and Dream Big. Also to those who think it's over, let them know a new start is right around the corner.
