Before someone says something, gntsu is in everywhere and i tried to like gntsu before, so i ended up absorving content.

Gntsus who are also Tskki fans, have a tendence of being super rabid abt her, so i thought they cared a lot of her, but when you see how they act, you start questioning who they like more, gntsu or Tskki? I already said it before, they take out Hinowa and Seita from her life, but it doesn't stop there, a lot of them prefer Tskki interacting with Gn or alone, rather them she staying with other girls (with a excpetion of Kagura sometimes) and they also get mad at ppl headcanon her as lesbian, bc y'know... or even when someone ships her with other women, some of them are ok with other ships for her, but then the person also needs to ship gntsu, think that it's better than their opposing ship and never talk bad abt gntsu, so... And there's still the fact they think Tskki crush on Gn is a sacred thing, as if her character loses a giant part of herself if she's not crushing on him? They got real mad man, even say stuff like "If you don't like gntsu or prefer her crushing someone else, you're a misogynist! Plus how dare you don't want her to be happy? She only can be happy with this man, if you don't like this, you don't like her character because you're against her happiness!" i hate these kind of fandoms omg, it's like they arrest Tskki to with gntsu, y'know? And i not gonna even start with how they have Red Spider Arc as their favorite...

Despite that, her character in fanon doesn't stray that much from her og character, she still is a tsundere, which get frustraed easily and doesn't know how to show much affection, but she's way too submissive, because in every f/m ship they need to make women the submissive one, there's some exceptions same if it's totally out of her character.

Right now, Gntoki... A super funny thing, is that they don't hold him with gntsu, as they do with Tskki (HOW FUNNY ISN'T IT?).

About content, i know it's their content, they do what they want blah, blah, blah, but why Gntoki never looks like Gn? He's charming, cute, affectionate, romantic, clingy (Gn hates clingy ppl, how ironic), the only traits he still has are sweet addiction, being a shounen jump fan and a perv... His laziness? He not being able to show affection as well? Being broke? His addiction to games of chance? His mental scars from war? Fuck that! Let's make him a man from generic romance #5034... I really don't understand why... don't they love Gntoki so much? Why change him so drastically then? Don't they like their canon interactions? Ugh, why they do that to my man? Don't even get me started on ppl who turn him into a malewife...

And this is where the self insert enters! Because of course ppl would like to stay with the generic romance guy #5034 with Gn appearence, instead of a broke, lazy, kinda cold and addicted to games of chance and drinks.

A crescent moon hangs low over Yoshiwara and the only thing running through his mind at this point is how to stop himself from saying what he means to say. If he opens his mouth, he'll tell her she has the prettiest pair of eyes he has ever seen but he's afraid he'll mean it in a way that goes beyond what they have between them currently.

She heaves a heavy sign, tired of the day’s work. The smoke from her kiseru swirls around them in patterns that he swears spell out what she does to his heart. He wonders if she can read it as well.

"It's getting late, you should head back."

Not good. He can't answer. The words he's holding back threaten to spill out so he just takes a few steps forwards before his legs refuse to take him any further.

Tsukuyo raises her brow at him before taking another puff.

"You alright?"

"Yeah, I just... nevermind." He looks over his shoulder to see his favourite pair of irises looking at him with worry and feels his heart loosening the hold of his ribs.

"You're right, I better head back." He musters up all his willpower to get himself to walk away from her.

He wishes someday, he'll be able to tell her, how he wants her eyes to look only at him. But today he returns home with his mouth a graveyard of words he barely managed to keep from getting out.

A Gintama episode a day keeps the ending away…Episode 142

Episode Title: Life Is A Series Of Choices

MY 23 FAVORITE MOMENTS IN EPISODE 142 (manga chaps 217, 218 and 219):

Love this episode so much! My favorite ep of the arc and the best one, imo. While Gintoki’s fight with Housen later is quite awesome and brutal, in terms of emotional resonance, I have to give the win to Kagura and Shinpachi’s two-on-one face-off against Abuto. The brutality of their fight never fails to make me clench my teeth so hard that my jaw is usually achy by the end of it. I love every second of it and I wish it lasted longer.

1) Bless this very human boy for trying to protect a powerful Yato girl from powerful Yato man.

2) This moment of Yorozuya-on-Yorozuya violence was especially sweet since they were fighting over their protection of each other. 

3) I love this family.

4) Tsukky being awesome and looking beautiful while doing it.

5) Such a heart-wrenching yet amazing image, and so meaningful too since Tsukky got the strength to stand up because she remembered Gintoki’s words of encouragement. 

6) I always get teary-eyed even though I technically disagree with the whole throwing away their womanhood thing. I think they’re still complete women through and through even with their scares and their past and their duty.

7) This fucking psycho rabbit. After watching V/H/S 2 and seeing that image of the bloody cult dude, I can never not think of that guy when I see this scene of Kamui now. Makes it that much more disturbing.

8) Those poor women. I appreciate the muting of the colors in that moment but it really doesn’t lessen the brutality of Kamui’s actions.

9) Abuto trying to bond with Kagura over her crazy brother’s abusive tendencies.

10)  You know it’s going to be an awesome fight when they go wide-screen at the start.

11) I think this is where my teeth clenching starts: you can totally tell that even though Kagura was putting all her strength into her swings and kicks, they were still barely doing anything to Abuto.

12) I love Kagura. I want to grow up to be like her.

13) I worship our Queen so much.

14) This and the noise and Kagura’s scream that resulted from it always makes me wince so hard that I actually get tears in my eyes. I could almost feel her pain from having her arm broken by Abuto. 

15) Again, bless this very human boy for even attempting something like that Would’ve been more effective if he aimed for Abuto’s head, but then that wouldn’t have been in character for him and that’s why Shinpachi is so lovable.

16) In retrospect, considering the damage Abuto was inflicting on these two people that I love, it’s really amazing that he actually managed to redeem himself completely by the end of the fight.

17) I feel a sympathy pain in my gut every time I see this scene. It’s nothing short of a miracle that Shinpachi’s internal organs were permanently damaged by what Abuto did to him.

18) The moment when Kagura’s chains start coming undone.

19) I clench down here too even though Abuto took the pulverization pretty well. Seriously how did he develop such a resilience to pain? I have to wonder just how abusive Kamui has been to him over the years.

20) Holy fuck. I mean, what else can I say?

21) And yet, I still hope we get to see this side of Kagura before it’s all over because she’s just so horrifyingly amazing in that condition. I mean, I hope she learns to control the bloodlust so she doesn’t lose herself completely, but I really want to see her going berserk again. Her and Kamui, going full berserker mode on Utsuro maybe. Omg that will be so freaking awesome!!!

22) Dear sweet Abuto. He’s so helpless to this nutty Yato fam.

23)  Last time someone tried to interfere with two Yatos fighting, one person got a hand through his chest and the other got his arm ripped clear off. Shinpachi is a truly brave soul.

24) Yeah, I probably was destined to love Abuto right from the start. He basically forfeited his own safety in order to save Kagura and Shinpachi: he kicked pushed them onto a roof and made no attempt whatsoever to save himself. I love that even though he was set up as a villain, he still had this compassionate side to him. Reminded me of Bansai...which I guess was the point since both of them similarly and hopelessly devoted to two misguided yet endearing psychopaths.

SHIPS TALLY:

Gintoki x Tsukuyo: lotsa mutual feelings going on between them in this arc. I would have to be blind not to see the signs. They definitely made me fear for my OTP. 

Abuto x Kamui: I think it’s pretty fair to say they were pretty much canon from the get-go. It’s my fault for getting distracted with other ships for Kamui.

Tsukuyo x Hinowa: the mutual feelings were strong for them too. I mean, heck, if Sorachi-sama were to refer to Gintoki and Hijikata as the sun and moon of Edo, I would freak the F out (even though, technically that would also mean they are destined to never be together other than during an eclipse like Isabeau and Navarre in Ladyhawke, but I’m just going to ignore that part).

Well, considering how a lot of them ignore other Gin and Tskki relationships, i agree 😃

It actually kinda annoys me y'know? Because one of the things that is amazing in gntm are the found families, this is a thing that both characters have in common, but... sadly yorozuya family and yoshiwara family are kinda pushed away, it's like they aren't that important y'know? Despite being the most important bonds in their lifes!

This necessity of putting other characters away, at least for me it's a sign that their relationship as it is doesn't work, especially when i see them erasing Tae and Joui 4 relationships, i mean for what other reason they would do that?

Y'know that they see more gntsu than anything else, when some Gin behaviours are considered shippy but only with her! Because him getting mad at villains hurting the women who are close to him isn't shippy, Gin calling other girls beautiful isn't shippy, Gin showing desire to other women isn't shippy, Gin risking his life for a girl that he barely met isn't shippy, but then he does it to Tskki and magically and the is ship almost canon? Huh?

And i think that this whole "just gntsu" thing is what made them think that Tskki has the most important role in his life and vice versa, but actually isn't neither of them, to Gintoki are a lot of people like yorozuya family, Joui 4 and Shoyo, but for Tskki it was HINOWA! Their history is so fcking beautiful, why ppl decide to forget it 😭.

Lol, I suddenly got an urge to complete this fanfiction I wrote last year after getting four of my teeth pulled out to get my braces. 

Title: Toothache

Word count: 1,699

Fandom: Gintama

Pairing: Gintsu

Sakata Gintoki was a big baby. And to say that Tsukuyo didn’t know this when she was getting into a relationship with him, would be wrong. It was just that she didn’t know the severity of the situation.

You see, if you would’ve told her that The Shiroyasha, one of the Four Heavenly Kings and the Savior of Yoshiwara was afraid of the ‘dentist’ and would lock himself up in a room the moment you even mentioned the word, she would’ve thought you were joking. Because sure, the man still behaved like a ten year old but to think that you could get him to sweat bullets by saying the words ‘dentist, clinic, and tooth extraction’ in one sentence, was something she hadn’t quite anticipated.

In the years she had come to know him, she had figured out that the man had a huge sweet tooth and would look for any opportunity to stuff his mouth with the sweetest thing he could find and she was more than fine with it, because Hey? She liked to smoke, he liked to eat disgustingly sweet things and everybody else on Earth was probably also addicted to atleast something. But it becomes a problem when your ‘addiction’ causes you to suffer, which in Gintoki’s case, manifested in the form an extremely painful toothache.

“I am not leaving this room, you hear me!” He shouted from inside as he held his cheek trying to soothe his pain. He thought about the last time he had visited the dentist and shuddered. Looking at his free hand, he thanked God that he didn’t walk out of the clinic that day with a toothbrush in place of his arm.

“He’ll just take a look and we’ll be back before we know it!” Tsukuyo shouted back, still trying to get the door to open but it seemed as if Gintoki had blocked it from the inside somehow.

“That’s what they all say! And then before you know it, you’re walking out of the clinic with a tooth missing from your mouth!”

Tsukuyo rolled her eyes at his childish argument. She figured she wasn’t going to have any luck opening the door by force so she decided to be crafty. Perhaps a bribe would work better. She smirked as her mind began to cook up an offer he could not refuse.

“Okay, if you don’t wanna go, it’s fine.”

Gintoki’s ears perked up when he heard her say those words. It seemed highly suspicious to him that after pestering him for a whole day to go the doctor, she would give up like that. But then again if he hadn’t whined so much about his toothache in the first place, she wouldn’t have even asked him to get it checked out.

Maybe, she decided to let it go?

He slowly got up and opened the door slightly to see what was going on.

Tsukuyo was sitting on the couch, smoking her pipe. He let out a sigh of relief and decided to walk over to her, one hand still on his cheek. He sat down opposite to her and opened his copy of Shonen jump, hoping it would help him take his mind off the throbbing pain in his gums.

“It’s really unfortunate you know. Hinowa was just telling me about this amazing desserts shop that opened last week but since you have a toothache, we can’t really go.”

So that was her plan.

Gintoki smirked understanding all too quick what she was trying to do, but he wasn’t going go down that easy.

“I see. Well, maybe it’s about time I start cutting down on my sugar intake.” He lied. There was nothing in this world that could make him do that but if he wanted to win against her, he had to make bold statements.

“Really? Well, I guess you’ll miss out on their special jumbo parfait then.”

“That’s fine with me.”

“I heard it reaches 3 feet high.”

“Uh-huh.”

“And it’s supposed to taste like every dessert combined.”

“…”

“They even top it off with this divine strawberry syr-”

“FINE! I’ll go get it checked out, but you’re going to take me to this new place as soon as we leave.”

Maybe he was wrong. Maybe he needed more than bold statements to win against Tsukuyo. So he surrendered. And in the next hour he found himself sitting in the most dreadful seat he had ever been in.

The walls of the clinic were pink in color and the furniture along with the dental chair was white, as if the architect wanted to mimic an actual mouth.  There were posters of people smiling, showing off their perfectly straight, white and cavity-free teeth. There was another one with a dentist standing next to a tooth, which had face on it and both of them seemed to be doing a fist bump. To Gintoki, that was something he’d see in his nightmares but for the sake of his jumbo parfait that Tsukuyo had promised him, he suppressed his urge to scream at it.

“Don’t let go of my hand okay?” he tightened his grip on her hand and looked at her as if he was about to die. All the color on his face had drained and at that moment she really was sure he would faint the moment the doctor entered the room.

“Gintoki…”

By the way he was acting; even Tsukuyo had started to get afraid. Was getting a tooth extraction really that big of a deal? She shook her head in denial. Even if did hurt as bad as he was acting it would, she was going to make sure he got it. Because she definitely wasn’t going to spend another day listening to him whine about how bad his toothache was.

“Okay, but promise me you won’t run away when the doctor comes?”

Gintoki nodded his head vigorously before shutting his eyes close.

That’s right. He didn’t need to see anything happen. It can’t hurt you if you don’t acknowledge it. Right! Everything was for the sake of the Jumbo parfait that was waiting for him outside the doors of this place.

Bracing himself for the dread that was about to come, he took a deep breath and felt his soul leave his body as he heard the door open with an eerie creak.

“Ah, I see you’re already settled. Well then, let’s see how bad the damage is?”

He heard the Doctor put on his latex gloves and opened his mouth reluctantly. He felt something cold touch the inside of his cheeks and closed his free hand into a fist. Turning his attention away from click and clack of the dental equipment hitting the tray, he tried to focus on the ticking of the clock hanging above him.

Wrong move.

With every passing second he became more and more aware that death would soon come take him but what annoyed him the most was how slowly time was passing. He mentally cursed the clock for mocking and teasing him in his time of worry.

“Hmmm…. Well, the cavity has grown pretty deep. The only option is to remove it.”

There it was. The death sentence.

He slowly opened one of his eye to take a look at what happening and saw the doctor smile back at him innocently as if he wasn’t about to rob him of his tooth in a few minutes. He also took a look at Tsukuyo who was looking worriedly at the huge syringe in the Dentist’s hand. It was then that he realized that his grip on her hand had loosed a while ago and now, she was the one clutching his hand. A little too tight that it hurt but if he was being honest, if this pain would take his mind off his awaiting tooth extraction, he was ready to endure it.

“Open wide for me.”

The doctor administered the local anesthesia and waited for a while before grabbing a forceps-like tool from his tray.

Gintoki shut his eyes once again and counted to three before he felt Tsukuyo’s hold on him loosen. He slowly opened his eyes again and saw the dentist setting his tooth aside on the tray.

“The anesthesia will wear off in about two hours. Remove the gauze after about an hour and it’s fine to see a little bit of blood in your saliva but if the bleeding is heavy, it will treated as a medical emergency. Oh, and be sure to eat only soft food for a few days like soup or ice-cream.”

Tsukuyo listened intently to the instructions of the dentist and thanked him for his work before looking back at Gintoki, giving him a relaxed smile.

“Right. Ice-cream it is.”

Walking out the clinic, Gintoki felt like a new man. Finally, he was free to go drown himself in all the ice-cream and parfaits he could manage but first…

“See? That wasn’t all that bad was it?” Tsukuyo walked a little infront him and said in a told-you-so voice.

“I don’t know, I had others things occupying my mind at the time, but maybe you could tell me?” He wasn’t really supposed to talk after his treatment but he couldn’t wait to see her reaction any longer.

Tsukuyo turned around at his remark with a confused face and saw him holding up his right hand directly at her which had a very visible bright red imprint of her own on it.

“T-That is-” She turned around nervously sputtering something he couldn’t quite understand and started walking at a fast pace.

“Oi, you sure you wanna leave me here? You seemed pretty worried about me a while ago? Why don’t you hold my hand again so we don’t get separated?”

She could feel him smiling smugly at her and picked up her pace even more.

“Shut up! Do you want go get the parfait or not?!”

Gintoki relished in his successful attempt of making her embarrassed a little while longer before letting out a sigh.

“Alright, I’m coming.” He scratched the back of his head and started following behind her.

Man, He really couldn’t win against Tsukuyo.

Hey guys, we are back with another gintsu event! This year, Gintsu week will be held from 9th February to 15th February. Here are the guidelines for the event:

So, they fucked each other’s brains out, leveling up their fighters and finding out they liked each other a little more than they realized.

The Yorozuya's latest job involves old gods, marriage issues, a sun that decides to stop setting, and way too much collateral damage. GinTsu Week Day 4:

As a big (hoe) fan of family fluff, I loved this fic so much ; - ; 💖 It follows the life of Gin-san and Tsukky's life during her pregnancy 'til she gave birth. It was such a fun read for a 4 chapter fic!!

Also, my dumbass keeps forgetting every time to mention this but, if you are planning to read some of these I recommended, I'd encourage everyone to not just leave kudos on their works but a review, even just a short one, too!!
