Just finished magic funhouse and I cant stop thinking about how Arlo must feel like he has to excel at all times because he feels like his success on the show is what is keeping his makeshift family together and he is constantly afraid of being left behind while everyone lives their lives and he's stuck in one place again :( could you please write a fic where dave might take him out to like an arcade or skating or just something they both missed out on in their childhood to show that Arlo means more to them than mr. marble ❤ I'm always down for romantic and sweet but can be platonic and sweet too ❤

Oooh, the ideas are already flowing. To be fair, I will keep it platonic, but I think this would fit really well into the fic I'm currently working on (first chapter is already on ao3, I'm working on putting it on wattpad soon too just for the sake of it)

Hiiii Bestie!!!

This gonna be the looongest message I have ever written (sorry for my mistake in advance) but it’s been a long time since something pissed me off more than this game. It should be a joy, and the last few episodes are just a joke.

I restarted the game and started playing right from the start. And I had a really good time. Even Dana was great from the start, despite the whole thing with Suresh, I really felt she would be such a BFF for MC. Same thing with Kat. I tried to ignore Suresh and tried with Alfie, but it didn't work 😂 I commitmend to Alfie, but after the kiss I kew I will go for Suresh or Finn.

And this is where it all starts. All that fighting with Kat, Arlo and Alfie didn’t amuse me anymore. Everyone started treating MC as an enemy. Like she is the one who cheated. Dana started behaving, and Casa came. It got worse than the time when everyone found out MC wanted to propose.

Right now, I think I need to take a break from playing. I had a way in my head, I knew who MC would end up with and stuff. But right now, I feel like FB is unfortunately playing with us and forgetting everything that happened before. Where’s that Alfie who said MC was the only one Suresh was, who was sure to get her back, where are the FRIENDS? I am just disappointed.

Anyway, I’m gonna look here again (probably everyday) because you make my day better and your work here is amazing. And sorry for writting this as anonim, but I am just shy and all lol.

IDK how long you've been following me but ive been making excuses for Suresh for WEEKS and it's getting SO HARD. to the point where im like woah im getting second hand embarrassment! my only saving grace is that ive created so many fan fics for him I feel like my suresh lives in another world entirely different to FB's Suresh.

Im EXTREMELY disappointed in the mistreatment of frankly all of the characters this season. so I totally understand you needing to take a little break!! take all the time you need, the game will always be there!! I will say I know it may not seem like it now but I do think Alfie is end game if you want him back. If you did the Eddie Gem Scene you found out the Alfie secret he tells you that he still has feelings for you! So food for thought. I dont think we'll get Suresh until the end 😭 and Finn honestly almost made me jump ship this week if u did his gem scene, he was very sweet and he gave me the attention I needed.

As you remember, I had an idea for comfort one shots including Arlo and Cliff, so following that logic, let's be fair and give one to Sierra as well.

So imagine a Reader that has a fear/slash phobia of dog Pokemon (some scar from the event that happened in the past is a solid proof for that). As we know, Sierra almost never parts apart with her Houndoom. So I think this would make the Reader uneasy about being around it.

What will be Sierra's reaction to this and will she help the Reader overcome her fear?

You tensed up as you saw Sierra's Houndoom, he was licking her face as she cooed over him.

"That's my good boy, are you a good boy?!" She squealed. It was amusing to see her so doting and happy when she thought no one was looking.

But you?

You felt scared of it.

Ever since you didn't realize you got too close to a pack of baby Growlithes when you were seven years old and the mother Arcanine bit your arm, you were terrified of large dog Pokemon.

It was the very reason you tried to avoid reporting to Sierra. Her Houndoom was her baby. But boss needed you to report him and you didn't want to see what would happen if you turned the job down, so you sucked it up.

You were regretting it now.

That's when Sierra seemed to notice you and immediately straightened up. "Y/n! What can I do for you?" She asked.

"U-Uh, boss needs you back at HQ and..." Your thoughts cut off as you kept an eye on her Houndoom, who simply tilted his head at you curiously.

"Y/n?" Sierra asked, raising an eyebrow. "Are you alright, dear?"

"I...I'm sorry, I..." You were at a loss for words, self consciously gripping your scarred arm.

That's when Sierra widened her eyes and realized what was happening. Cliff had told her the story of your scar and she felt bad.

"Y/n...I-it's ok. My Houndoom is friendly, aren't you, baby?" She scratched him behind the ear, which earned her happy pants from the pokemon.

You still tensed. Even if it was friendly, you could never be sure.

"Y/n..." Sierra sighed. "I know it's hard for you, but not all pokemon are like that Arcanine. That Arcanine was only protecting her babies, but you didn't know. Houndoom would never attack another human." She assured.

"But...how can I know?" You asked.

"Would you...maybe like to pet him?" Sierra offered. "It'll be therapeutic, promise."

You gulped, unsure. But knew you couldn't defy a leader like Sierra so you nodded stiffly. You walked over slowly and Houndoom tilted it's head at you again.

You slowly reached out and stroked his head, minding the horns. His fur was softer then you expected. "W-wow, he's..." You were amazed.

"See? Not all of them are bad, they just need to be given a chance." Sierra smiled. "Right baby?"

Houndoom let out a happy bark, which startled you a little but you started laughing as he jumped on you and licked you.

Maybe being around dog pokemon wasn't as bad as you thought.

As you and Dean are sitting in the car waiting, your favorite song comes on your playlist. You start to softly sing to it and as it gets to the corus, you hear Dean humming to it. You slowly turn your head to him and smile.

"You know this song?" A slight smirk forms on your face.

Dean looks back at you, almost looking offended that you asked. "(Y/F/S) is good, plus you play this at least 20 times when we're in here."

You giggle and shrug. Just as the song ends, Kennedy and Alana pull up and you see that Arlo, the once little puppy, is now a huge dog. You gasp announcing, "A Dog!" as you get out of Baby.

"Of course that's how you react." He chuckles slightly.

You ignore him running over to Arlo. "Oh my gosh! Look how big you've gotten!"

"And look what he's learned since then. Arlo, shake!" Arlo sticks out his paw to you and you gasp and take his paw and shake it.

"Oh my gosh! Such a good boy!" You rub behind his ears and stand up

Dean smiles coming up beside you. "Alright ladies, we ready?"

Kennedy and Alana look at you and Dean and share a knowing look, you also knowing what that exchange between them meant. You all nod and start walking. 

"So, how did y’all meet?" Dean asks, trying to break the silence.

"Well me and Y/N met in Pre-K, and me and Alana met in Kindergarten," Kennedy replies.

"Yep and Alana's mom knew my mom and she used to come over sometimes," you continued.

Dean smiles. "So you all knew each other at some point in time?"

"Yep!" You all three said at the same time.

"So," Dean said walking next to you, Alana and Kennedy walking ahead of y'all, side by side as well. "What was Y/N like when she was younger?"

"Mean and gripey," Kennedy jokes.

Dean laughs. "Oh, so you mean nothing has changed." 

"Hey!" You elbow him in his side.

Alana cuts in, "But she's always been the 'tough' one. Like if anyone tried to hurt us, she'd be the first one to say something, or just punch them."

"Yeah, like this one time, we were at work and this lady was being a really big jerk to me, which, I didn't even know she was. But, Y/N came up behind me and she gave the lady a look and the lady was super nice after that," Kennedy continues. 

"Or that time she almost beat up a guy for following us around at the store one night," Alana added.

You chuckle shyly. "Okay, okay, I've almost beaten up a lot of people. We get it."

Kennedy laughs and shakes her head. "The point is, she seems grouchy, but she would do anything for her friends and family at the drop of a hat. She's pretty honest too."

Dean looks at you for a moment, softly smiling. "Yeah, she's pretty badass." He wraps an arm around your shoulders as you walk.

You blush and smile back at him.

Alana blurts out, interrupting you and Dean's moment once more. "Alright. So what's the real reason you're here?"

"What do you mean?" You all stop, you and Dean taken aback.

"I mean, you said you would never come back to this town after you left. So there must have been a reason that you're here,” she states matter of factly.

"I....well... I'm here because there's… a band reunion!" You cringe at how dumb the lie was.

"No there isn't. Aamir would have been in if that was the case," Kennedy says, using the band director’s daughter as an example. "Plus, why would you have brought your 'traveling partner' with you?" She raises her eyebrows.

"Well I.....ummmm.-" you try to think of a reason.

"Ya see, 'traveling partner' is keyword for 'boyfriend.’ You two were right… I'm actually Y/N's boyfriend, and after months and months of begging her to show me where she grew up, she finally caved." Dean smiles, placing his hand on the small of your back.

You blush a crimson red now, not ever thinking Dean would have said that about you. 

"Yeah....yep...my boyfriend." You say weakly, looking up at him with wide eyes and then back at my friends who are smiling like they were going to get all the details later.

"Y/N...you have a boyfriend? AND YOU DIDN'T TELL US?" Kennedy yells at you, punching your arm. 

"Ow," You rub your arm to ease the pain from the punch.  "And no, I didn't think it was that big of a deal." You rub your shoulder more.

"Of course it was a big deal! You used to say you never wanted a boyfriend to tie you down."

"Yeah, well, guess I found one that likes to adventure with me." You shrug and smile weakly.

Alana smiles. "Well, we're glad you're happy. Treat her good Dean!"

Dean nods and they continue walking again as you stay there, you hold Dean's arm back as he tries to continue walking too.

"What the hell Dean… my boyfriend?!" you whisper shout at him.

"What? you weren't doing so hot on the lie, so I came up with something on the spot," he whisper shouts back.

"Oh this is bad, this is really bad." You start to chew on your nails, a nervous habit you’ve always had. 

Dean slumps a little bit and slightly frowns. "You really think that me being your boyfriend is gonna be that bad?"

"No Dean! It's not that." he perks up a bit. "It's just they are gonna know we aren't actually together and then are gonna dig even more on why we're here and you saw how I was, lying to them the first time. Plus, what if they see you with some random chick?"

"What do you mean, some random chick?" Dean scoffs.

"Let's be honest Dean, you hookup with at least one woman from every town you're in." You roll your eyes.

"W....well....I....I won't this time....I'll commit to this." Dean straightens his posture and raises his pinky up to you. "Pinky, promise."

You look at his pinky for a second, before rolling your eyes and sticking out yours too and linking it with his. "Fine. But we're only keeping this up until we get out of Graham." You say with sternness in your voice.

Dean nods and you two start walking again. A little quicker so it seems like you were behind Kennedy and Alana the whole time.
